Absolutely terrible customer service in store @Bell_LetsTalk @Bell - sent to 3 different shops for a broken tablet which I have only had a month. Finally told to contact manufacturer after 3 hours wasted. I am stunned at how much the store staff did not care. #metrotown

  • CanuckSlvrBlk
Silver&BlackCanuck (@CanuckSlvrBlk) reported from Port Coquitlam, British Columbia

@VancitySaggu It's solely on @bell. 650 is competition for them but they aren't thr ones who terminated good people to cut a profit. It's a harah industry with technology remodeling it regularly. What people are saying to SN650 staff is cowardly and I have no issue calling them out for it

@Bell you messed up. Vancouver loves #TSN1040 I don't know what to say, but I know it won't he anything in your support.

@Bell_Support Hey thanks but no thanks - I called yesterday and was dismissed by your customer service staff. I was treated with very little respect and @Rogers has my business now. Maybe next time treat your loyal customers a little better.

  • apukwa
Scott M. (@apukwa) reported from Port Moody, British Columbia

@gregobr @CarttCa @Bell I also wonder when these news stories are read by non-industry readers if there are some people left under the impression that their unserved village will all of the sudden get service as a license is obtained.

@Bell_Support So what’s the hold up? This is terrible customer srvc. Can someone please assist me with my issue who is less rude (3/3)

If only there was a radio show to break down this game and vent your frustration... If only @Bell hadn't chosen greed

  • ChellieMC

@Bell I called the Guildford location on separate days and they were so rude and not helpful. Rogers, Freedom & Fido have it in stock (2/3)

  • apukwa
Scott M. (@apukwa) reported from Port Moody, British Columbia

@gregobr @Quebecor @Bell @TVASports If @CRTC doesn't slap them down hard, and fast, then they might as well give up regulating BDUs altogether. In Bell's position, I'd ask if it's okay to bootleg TVA Sports' signal from another BDU, or maybe even do it without asking. Perhaps with a Videotron box. ;)

@ChefSperlz Tell everyone you know that pays or supports anything @Bell to cancel it. And hopefully some of the guys from TSN1040 will get picked up over at Sportsnet650.

@TSN_Sports @BellMediaPR @Bell fix your ******* TSN app. Biggest sporting event in the world and you can't even provide a clean proper stream

  • LoveMy7Wood
Love My 7 Wood (@LoveMy7Wood) reported

In my recent travails with @rogers, one thing that happened was their service technician accidentally disconnected my @bell home phone. Rather than have him reconnect it I realized I was paying $98.88 per month for something I rarely used, and received almost exclusively junk calls and scam calls on, so I called Bell and cancelled it. That’s $1200 back in my pocket every year. Boy, it feels good.

  • shaghayegh755
    Sherry Rezaie, MD (@shaghayegh755) reported

@Bell 24-hour update: @Bell still hasn’t managed to fully cancel my service. After multiple conversations and repeated assurances, I’m now being told it’s only partially cancelled. This is unbelievably frustrating. I genuinely don’t understand how a simple cancellation can be this difficult. Signing up took 5 minutes; cancelling has taken 24 hours and still isn’t resolved. Do better, @Bell. #BellCanada #CustomerServiceFail

@Highteaspeaks @Bell Something to do with interconnection. Called so many times and they say they fix it but when I try again same thing. It's super frustrating! @Bell fix this

  • katiehasbangs
    katiehasbangs (@katiehasbangs) reported

@Bell AT LEAST DRAIN OUR DAMN RIVER r/shade ….honestly though, if you can, try to play with the water levels. There was sort of this, well, accident in 1908 when the S.S Medicine Hat literally ran into our traffic bridge because the water was too high. Yeah.
