In Bell's position, I'd ask if it's okay to bootleg TVA Sports' signal from another BDU, or maybe even do it without asking. Perhaps with a Videotron box. ;)

I wonder if any other provider like @Videotron might set up a cellular network in La Tuque or go into partnership with a local provider like Sogetel? The problem with @Bell is that their billing is completely unreliable and it takes forever to fix errors.
