I was treated with very little respect and @Rogers has my business now. Maybe next time treat your loyal customers a little better.

In Bell's position, I'd ask if it's okay to bootleg TVA Sports' signal from another BDU, or maybe even do it without asking. Perhaps with a Videotron box. ;)

Before recently I had very few options because I live out in the Ontario farmland and there are no cables. Fiber optic cables are being laid down now and if Bell can't get its act together there is will be no hesitation to change.
