    @Bell_Support They’ve been phoning repeatedly and when I answer no one’s there. I asked customer support to put a note on my file to not call but apparently that hasn’t happened.

    @gregobr @CarttCa @Bell I also wonder when these news stories are read by non-industry readers if there are some people left under the impression that their unserved village will all of the sudden get service as a license is obtained.

    Absolutely terrible customer service in store @Bell_LetsTalk @Bell - sent to 3 different shops for a broken tablet which I have only had a month. Finally told to contact manufacturer after 3 hours wasted. I am stunned at how much the store staff did not care. #metrotown

    @gregobr @Quebecor @Bell @TVASports If @CRTC doesn't slap them down hard, and fast, then they might as well give up regulating BDUs altogether. In Bell's position, I'd ask if it's okay to bootleg TVA Sports' signal from another BDU, or maybe even do it without asking. Perhaps with a Videotron box. ;)

    @Bell_Support hello, I’m the last half hour it seems that I have lost all connectivity to 5G, LTE and the other cellular data networks. Only have access to the basic for phone calling, was wondering if there is a system outage?
