@Bell have upgrade 2 phones, paid taxes and fees, called customer service 10+ #lostcount ,requested a manager call back 3 times and nothing! Bill is still saying outstanding even though bell customer service keeps telling me they made a mistake. #nothappy #longtimecustomer

@gregobr @Quebecor @Bell @TVASports If @CRTC doesn't slap them down hard, and fast, then they might as well give up regulating BDUs altogether. In Bell's position, I'd ask if it's okay to bootleg TVA Sports' signal from another BDU, or maybe even do it without asking. Perhaps with a Videotron box. ;)

@Bell My folks are in their 80's, disabled, and couldn't afford to pay their $600 long distance bill & service was cut. Bell left Wi-Fi service on but on a limited basis so that long distance calling on WhatsApp is not allowed. Someone thought this out. Shame.
