This is CLEARLY a Bell problem in the area. I better start switch my email contacts over so I can switch ISPs. Enough is Enough.

Issue not resolved even though after each call we were told it was fixed. Finally told they would issue a ticket for investigation and call us back after a frustrating 3rd call. Abysmal customer service!

It was so bad I was allowed to leave early and they apologized and I never had to pay the early termination fee . This whole experience last for 1 and 1/2 months don't waste your time #BellSucks

Not only do they not care about your services, they don’t care if they are the only internet you can get and use that to work from home because they way they can charge you $2400 for 2 months of service then turn it off without an email or phone call
