@Bell_Support Hi thanks for the response. I have wifi and TV now but I have those wifi repeater pods and they are flashing and not getting any signal. I'll try to reboot the modem.

3 calls and over 4 hours with @Bell today over ongoing email lockouts. Issue not resolved even though after each call we were told it was fixed. Finally told they would issue a ticket for investigation and call us back after a frustrating 3rd call. Abysmal customer service!

Watching @bell replay the same stupid bell and CTV ads over and over again for the Super Bowl warms my heart. Would love to find out how much money they are losing on this game. Good thing you got the crtc to ban US ads!

The woman was so rude to me on the phone I had to literally tell her to stop being snarky with me. She said they’d have to request the recordings of my calls the week before and I’d have to wait+
@Bell_Support I am getting error 2000 on my bell modem since 4:00 pm, Ottawa , I reboot a couple of times and still not working, is there something that I can do?
@Bell Why am I paying almost 150.$ a month for such poor service?. Improve the service or cut my bill.
I can’t wrap my head around how @bell tells me bc I’m a loyal customer I can have a $100 credit towards a new phone but then my dad calls to see if they could give him a better price to move his phone over to Bell and they give him the same deal....what’s the loyalty benefit?
@Bell you guys and your Indian call centers are an absolute disgrace. Impossible to get any service. Constantly get hung up on. Impossible to talk to a manager. You made a mistake and won't do anything to solve it. Why do I pay you $400monthly???
@Bell I called and the foreman from @TorontoHydro has also called and still a whole area without service. You have techs why aren’t they capable to fix a line!!!
@Bell how can a whole day pass and one line can’t be fixed. People have to work, schooling as well as do business itself. I get 2hrs someone will call to only wait from 10am with no resolution. You all are the worst!!!!
@Bell my service is painfully slow. I need to reduce coverage as I am now paying more money each month and getting poor service. As someone that is retired in the middle of a pandemic. Something must be done
