    3 calls and over 4 hours with @Bell today over ongoing email lockouts. Issue not resolved even though after each call we were told it was fixed. Finally told they would issue a ticket for investigation and call us back after a frustrating 3rd call. Abysmal customer service!

    @Bell_Support it’s been two days of no wifi. I’m running out of data on my phone I’ve unplugged all modems and your tech support was no help. FIX THIS! You’re charging us hundreds for a service that is already **** connection to begin with and now it’s down all together.

    @ghostinthenet @Bell The problem is that end users see no practical benefit to v6. It’s all mumbo jumbo to the broader masses and until they can correlate v6 to something tangible (services they can’t access, but want to), I fear it will always be a dead end technology.

    @Rogers worst #customerservice experience! My elderly parents have had awful cable TV service for over a month. Your customer service rep was so rude and wanted to charge them for an extra box while they wait for you to replace it! Going to switch to @bell ASAP

    After 4 technicians have screwed up everything, after a blockage on an unlimited data plan, and after repeated contact with completely useless Bell employees I absolutely hate @Bell and support @bellcanadahater in exposing the grift.
