    @FidoSolutions Those are not hiccups, out of the last 7 days, I had problems in 4 days. No internet for hours, including this moment right now, I'm tweeting with my friends @Bell data plan, which is working by the way.

    Well done @Bell_Support! First time calling as aa new customer and you completely cocked it up. I'll be cancelling my account, returning the phone & going to either Telus, or back to Rogers. You still haven't learned to value your customers & treat them like people.

    @elTIGREblanc What? We've basic cable they put us on in an shifty way, - not on contract with satellite or one phone. That leaves one phone that's it @Bell_Support yet costs 300+ a month. Horrible phone support & service. Hospital tried + it said my number was not in service. Epileptic

    @Bell_Support - the last time I checked Yonge and Davenport isn't in a third-world country. Question then: WHY CAN'T I GET RELIABLE INTERNET SERVICE? 😡😡😡
