  • Kymzz78 kim montague 🍁 (@Kymzz78) reported from Petty Harbour-Maddox Cove, Newfoundland and Labrador

@Bell_Support Thank you very much! The girl said I have to wait until my bill this month to see if the credit is put back and I'm billed correctly. If not will message directly here!! I'm a loyal customer so I'm not going anywhere! 😆

  • Kymzz78 kim montague 🍁 (@Kymzz78) reported from Petty Harbour-Maddox Cove, Newfoundland and Labrador

@Pascal1Rodier @veethspace @Bell @Bell_Support I had a little bit of trouble after I moved as well. But after 3 calls and a wonderful girl that helped me on the last call, I'm hoping my problems are resolved this month.

  • MissColey91 Kristyn Coley (@MissColey91) reported from St. John's, Newfoundland and Labrador

@bell_support And now they "think" my tech might be 4 hours late but they can't confirm. This is after 4 people (including 2 supervisors) told me it was impossible to know the time. I guess @Bell_Aliant considers missing an appt and making me wait all day good customer service

  • MissColey91 Kristyn Coley (@MissColey91) reported from St. John's, Newfoundland and Labrador

@Ryandj70 @Bell_Aliant @Bell_Support Let's hope that we never go virtual again because Bell obviously can't support it! Thankfully I have had one helpful person add some data to my account but my tech missed the appt and no one can tell me when they're coming. I guess I'm going into lockdown for the day waiting hah

  • TheGameGuyDev thegameguy.com 🇨🇦 (@TheGameGuyDev) reported from St. John's, Newfoundland and Labrador

@Bell_Support cellular data Newfoundland broken pls advise

  • vince_gibbons Vince Gibbons (@vince_gibbons) reported from St. John's, Newfoundland and Labrador

@oskeremmie @Bell @TELUS Funny enough the night before last I took a drive up signal hill, parked, picked up my phone and “5G”. Then 2 seconds later it switched back to LTE… thought my phone was on the blink.

  • Bradleytilley Bradley Tilley (@Bradleytilley) reported from Paradise, Newfoundland and Labrador

@Bell @Google so recently while working from home and utilizing my pixel 4, the speaker has been overheating while I'm making phone calls longer than 5 minutes. There's no bell stores open and I need a working phone. Help me out.

  • SirQuilty Scott Quilty (@SirQuilty) reported from St. John's, Newfoundland and Labrador

@Bell You offer the worst support I have ever seen! I can't even get a qoute on 3 cell phones from you for my new business after a week of phone calls. @Rogers & @Eastlink have provided me qoutes.

  • EddySt Eddy St. Coeur (@EddySt) reported from St. John's, Newfoundland and Labrador

"I guess I'll give Bell another go in this house" *Your service appointment is confirmed* "Wow, that was easy" Two hours later *your service appointment has been put on hold, please call this number* Great. Wonderful start @Bell. I'm thrilled to be sending you money already.

Bell Canada Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • word2lee lee🫧 (@word2lee) reported

@Bell i’m going insane with these wifi problems , atrocious service for my money tbh

  • WeatherLandG 🌤 L&G Weather, News & Traffic 🌡 (@WeatherLandG) reported from Augusta, Ontario

In 9 years my rural internet has improved…from 7 Mbps down 1 up to 35 Mbps down 5 up. 50 down / 10 up is considered essential in Canada but @bell boasts that their customers get 3 GB down 3 GB up. I live in a subdivision 5 mins north of @TownofPrescott not the middle of the bush

  • CurlyPlanet Janet Manzo (@CurlyPlanet) reported

@Bell_Support My 92-year old dad’s phone in the Sault has been down for a week (P6C). Was to be fixed yesterday. Now today. Still not. And his lifeline won’t work. Critical issue!

  • morfer1621 Fernando Morais (@morfer1621) reported

@Bell So what your saying is that Bell WI-FI is crap, right?

  • adrianbdwalker Adrian Walker 🇨🇦🇬🇧🔭🥃 (@adrianbdwalker) reported

Welp, I've been a @Bell customer for exactly one week and already I hate dealing with the company. One week. That's a new record for a Canadian telecommunications company.

  • t3kfr34k troy soper (@t3kfr34k) reported

@Bell_Support All that does is tell me if there is an outage. There is no outage, I just get extremely poor download rates for some reason. I shouldn’t be download at hundreds of MB. I should be download over a GB a second. Nobody else is using the connection while im playing. Makes no sense.

  • angeMbowd Angela Bowdridge (@angeMbowd) reported from Irishtown-Summerside, Newfoundland and Labrador

@Bell if I'm on hold for over 20 minutes before I get to speak to a human, then not only does your custom service need work, you also need more people on staff. #FixIt

  • GeoffreyMBCrowe Geoffrey Crowe 🇺🇦 (@GeoffreyMBCrowe) reported

@RogersHelps I appreciate that auto response. But the problem is you haven’t invested in infrastructure in my neighbourhood in decades. Have already gone over this repeatedly with reps and not worth rehashing. @Bell just put in #Fibe around the corner so should be coming to our street soon!

  • pictorobs Bill Gardner (@pictorobs) reported

@DebLaceKelly @Bell Never experienced anything like you describe. Uptime is near 100%. Worst I had was at beginning of covid due to non use, required a reboot/reinitialization of our line from their end, not just a router restart. That was frustrating as how would I have known.

  • kickitgood25 Johannes Briek (@kickitgood25) reported

@TekSavvyCSR can you tell me what type of DSL options you have in Frankford Ontario? All your site shows are cable options. Since @cogeco refuses to fix faulty lines cable is useless to me. And @Bell just keeps cranking up the prices of our 10/1 internet. nearing $95 now.
