Why would we need any help with speed or usage! I get the same answer every time I ask..which is every month..no. Doesn’t matter if it’s my small business internet or my residential internet. I had tech out yesterday. Phone worked for 1 F’ing day!!! Today loud hum. I pay $57+/month for a phone I can’t use! Time to cancel!
