Why would we need any help with speed or usage! I get the same answer every time I ask..which is every month..no. Doesn’t matter if it’s my small business internet or my residential internet. They lost 3 phones ,tv and home internet ,they did nothing and we got a bill by Saturday !!! Never again !!!🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬
