    @greg_rodrigo @Bell @Rogers That is a good one Greg 🤣. Rural internet users are not “real” users. Why would we need any help with speed or usage! I get the same answer every time I ask..which is every Doesn’t matter if it’s my small business internet or my residential internet. They both suck.

    @Bell_Support Sorry, I don't have time to sit on hold for 30-45 minutes. If you are not aware of your problems with @Microsoft and #Windows10, I'm probably subscribing to the wrong service. Your overall rates have soared to the point where I think I should find another provider for TVInternet.

In addition, when he said this he put his hand on my shoulder & I told him to never touch me again & my lawyer was so embarrassed by my reaction & then she was mad when when I changed counsel

    @Bell - been without internet for two days and can't get anyone from tech support to resolve the issue. Was sent a new modem, it's broken, was told to use my phone and hotspot...not ideal during a global pandemic when trying to work from home...

    @Bell is sending people door to door in Peterborough Ontario to solicit sales. It's a bad time for that considering #COVIDー19 and all. #JustinTrudeau has no intention of reducing anyones bills as promised. He actually allowed them to increase my prices with @TekSavvyBuzz.

    @Humanitaires @Bell @Bell_Support Don't fix, just leave and go with an other provider. Until they figure out how to treat people or figure out a BETTER WAY to have actual people on the phone with them and not make them get out on hold for 1h 30m only to get hung up on... switch. That's my suggestion
