Hey there @Bell you have brutal customer service. Spoke to two different agents today. The first one did not follow through on anything from our discussion and the second told me how policies work there and I was misinformed from a previous agent. Glad I’ve canceled

Against my gut feeling, I gave @Bell a chance this year. In fact I gave them 2 chances. They screwed it up both times! Never again. And it's impossible to speak with anyone so I'm paying them about $250 for 3 days of internet service just to get them to stop calling me. 😡

@Bell That’s just the standard response I’ve seen all day on Twitter. Can we have a real update please as this is a joke of a service now.

@BellAliantCntr @Bell_Support wondering if it’s time after 15 years as a VIP customer to change providers. Have been trying to resolve an issue since Dec 17th to be told it will take 2 days to resolve, then another 2 days then told there is nothing “we” can do but wait! UPSET

I was kind of expecting that as customer service with @Bell isn't their strong point. It's stuff like that that keeps me from pulling the trigger to switch to @Bell as they have a great product, but the implementation of that product is often questionable at best.

Jessica James (@Ottawa367) reported
@Bell_Support we have had intermittent issues all day... (No offence) we pay a lot for fib internet!!! WTF?!?!

Yesterday I worked on moving a client’s home network from @Rogers to @Bell and I have to give @Bell credit in terms how fast their Internet speeds are. Their 500 Mbps service is WAY better than my Gigabit service.

Great. Thanks Bell. 2 jumps in my bill pricing in November and December and now this. $6 increase as of March 1, 2021. Before you'll reply with the generic contact customer service support, please note that I have already. @Bell @Bell_Support #bellinternet #bell
