Holy ****, why is it so complicated to do something so simple as having a Sim swap done with @bell? 25 minutes of circular discussion with a call center in the Philippines (we do have people in this country available to do this kind of work) to be told they have no way to help.

Hello @Bell You service technician showed up and decided to leave cause we won't wear a mask inside our house. Why should we be in our house? and wasn't even a polite request - it was like making his own rules and calling it his workspace.

@Bell_Support . Still the worst service ever. Went to your chat today to ask about service. 10 min later, I'm FINALLY told what I already knew-it's available in my area. 15 min later, still no pricing provided. Requests for my phone number to call me. AS IF!

@Bell_Support last few days, watching tv has been glitchy/stalled/broken up. Reset the modem but Fibe still acting up. Also affecting web use, ie-slow page loads. thanks
