Holy ****, why is it so complicated to do something so simple as having a Sim swap done with @bell? 25 minutes of circular discussion with a call center in the Philippines (we do have people in this country available to do this kind of work) to be told they have no way to help.

BREAKING NEWS ๐Ÿšจ After 4 years of faithful service, @Bell and I have mutually agreed to go our separate ways. I have successfully escaped a $90+ monthly phone bill and migrated to $39.55, with a pathway to $33.60 in 30 days. Thatโ€™s about $700 staying in my pocket every year instead of funding Bellโ€™s next board meeting ๐Ÿ˜ญ I wish the company well in all their future endeavours! Today is a good day.๐Ÿ’ƒ๐Ÿป๐Ÿคญ

@Bell customer service is unbelievably bad. I have an auto credit applied to my account that keeps getting randomly deactivated every month, and I have to call again and again to get it fixed. Multiple calls, hours wasted, still no permanent resolution. Do better @Bell_Support

@Highteaspeaks @Bell lol, Iโ€™m with virgin plus, paying $30 for 100gb monthly (after tax $32). What I did ? I was on 60gb for the same price , I moved to Koodo , virgin plus called me after 21 days offering 100gb for $30 because they wants old their customer back ๐Ÿ˜Ž

@MichaelBrains @Highteaspeaks @Bell Freedom will likely frustrate you. Speaking from experience, i had to port to rogers after serious network issues. Phone would be on with full bars but iโ€™d get a text notification for missed calls or vm because people couldnโ€™t reach me. My husband tooโ€ฆ

@Bell you guys have the worst service ever have had a downed telephone pole in our yard for over two months and I contacted you two months ago and four times since then and you guys say you will take care of it and you send someone every time and itโ€™s still not replaced

@Highteaspeaks @Bell Never use the top tier provider unless they're giving you some sort of sweet deal. Use second tier Rogers? Use Fido. Bell? Use Virgin Telus? Koodo Same network, lower rates

@EyitayoFajinmi @Highteaspeaks @Bell Yes, just call the customer service and tell them that you wanna switch to BYOD Max plan (Bring Your Own Device).

@Bell If the average Canadian consumer matters to you, please send me a DM instead of asking me to send one to you. You know there are restrictions that prevent some users from initiating DMs. Asking me to message you when I can't does little to resolve the issue.
