Holy ****, why is it so complicated to do something so simple as having a Sim swap done with @bell? 25 minutes of circular discussion with a call center in the Philippines (we do have people in this country available to do this kind of work) to be told they have no way to help.

@Bell_Support Considering you guys told me to power cycle my defective modem for six months instead of sending a new one and then throttled my speed for another six months while charging me for higher speeds, perhaps bragging about your service integrity isn't exactly prudent
