  Holy ****, why is it so complicated to do something so simple as having a Sim swap done with @bell? 25 minutes of circular discussion with a call center in the Philippines (we do have people in this country available to do this kind of work) to be told they have no way to help.

  @TekSavvyBuzz @Bell Exorbitant cellphones & internet prices are almost criminal in Canada. It is bewildering that people have just got used to these prices. Cell phone companies do not even allow carry forward of unused data to next billing cycle even though customer has already paid for it.

  @PaulChapman_ @ZoSoNuck @Bell All gone now :(. Super upsetting still 3 days later and I feel I have to keep repeating... It wasn't me who lost my livelyhood out of nowhere.. like man it sucks for everyone but mostly for the staff now unemployed.
