Holy ****, why is it so complicated to do something so simple as having a Sim swap done with @bell? 25 minutes of circular discussion with a call center in the Philippines (we do have people in this country available to do this kind of work) to be told they have no way to help.

Worst customer service award goes to @Bell as usual. Rude manager on the phone after we’ve had to call four times to get a receiver replaced. We got a new replacement receiver that was already broken and clearly refurbished. Manager just put me on hold without a word. Garbage

Don't use @PurolatorInc if don't need to. Trying send @Bell an old modem. I had a scheduled pickup for 9-12 this AM. It's now 2PM, 3 calls later, still no DAMN pickup. DO NOT USE PUROLATOR PUROLATOR SUCKS BELL.. FIND A NEW WAY MY TIME IS VALUABLE TOO. DON'T USE PUROLATOR
