@Bell_Support I’m sorry but I live in Stonebridge,Ottawa and it’s not working. Bell Fibe TV is working, Bell home phone seems to be working.......Fibe Internet is not working......and my BELL Mobility is working but very slow on my iPhone and cellular iPad . So it’s not working

Hey @Bell ! My husband in on the phone for almost 40 minutes to cancel his mobile line. Someone talk to him in less than 1 and a half minute, but as long as he said CANCELLATION he’s on hold. What a shame. @BellCanadaWatch

You know what I miss? UK phone plans. Cheap and reliable. Trying to set one up with @Bell_Support is actually laughable. The way they treat their “preferred customers” is appalling.

@Bell I just spent 35 minutes on hold after it said the wait was going to be 25. Then randomly says sorry our office is now closed at "5:50" this is terrible. My Fibe tv isn't working, neither is your virtual repair.
