I have been with them for over 10 years and all original equip and still paying exorbitant $ I hate the process of calling, they absolutely suck and cannot speak directly with mgt.

Not cool @Bell To avoid a wasteful delivery I never asked for I have to give you my name address and phone number. Not cool.

I would suggest calling customer retention and explain what a good customer you are. In most cases they will work with you to keep you as a customer. And in US my service was faster than when I was with Bell
