So if I switched my ‘net to @Bell does that mean I could receive paper billing if I cancel a service that is one of your criteria?

I would suggest calling customer retention and explain what a good customer you are. In most cases they will work with you to keep you as a customer. They have to reschedule due to being too late in the day after literally 3 hours of back in forth on the phone. Conclusion: cancel @bell even b4 it started
