@sashillington @Bell There is a website on the bottom of the front cover. You have to fill in personal info to opt out. Not cool @Bell To avoid a wasteful delivery I never asked for I have to give you my name address and phone number. Not cool.

Wow! @Bell is scamming loyal clients during these awful times hoping people won’t notice!! Check your bills folks! Mine went up 22$/month with ZERO notification! I give more than 50% of what I receive on long term disability so my family can have phones, the internet and tv #SCAM

@brian5or6 @jeanhuguesc @Bell_Support Brian you have been totally screwed by the fine print. I would suggest calling customer retention and explain what a good customer you are. In most cases they will work with you to keep you as a customer. Questions DM me as I have spent way to many hours with Bell.

@Bell your EPP cust service agents need more training , I switched over and the next week learned it cost me an extra $15/mth in service fees, if this had been disclosed to me I never would have switched and now no one will fix this error on your agents part , 10 yr Loy cust :(

@Bell_Support I resolved the issue through another source. But I had to call bell first. I was redirected to three different people on a single call and put on hold for 20 mins then cut off three times in a row with nobody able to do a simple unlock. Nobody knew what to do. So they cut me off.
