Our @Bell internet went down this AM, and now we have to wait for two days for a technician to call us to schedule a time to come yo our home… that turnaround time is too long! 😡

@Jennjo22 @Bell I called to cancel in July after finally getting in touch them but they did not cancel my service. I have been with them for over 10 years and all original equip and still paying exorbitant $ I hate the process of calling, they absolutely suck and cannot speak directly with mgt.

@RogersHelps No. That was not my question: Why, because I pay for your internet AND I’m under 65 years of age is the option to receive paper billing removed? So if I switched my ‘net to @Bell does that mean I could receive paper billing if I cancel a service that is one of your criteria?
