Trying to switch from Rogers to Bell for internet and somehow Bell keeps dropping the ball. It's as if they don't want new customers. @Bell it should not take 3 appts and counting to figure out what is needed for my installation. Terrible first impression.

Why does @Bell customer service number keeps hanging up ??????

This is why @Bell is so bad. Wires down, across multiple houses driveways and all they say, is we will get someone there in 2 days or more. People can't leave their house all Bell is taking +2 days?!?!?!?

  • ItsJennyJ
Jennybean (@ItsJennyJ) reported from Bramalea Woods, Ontario

@Bell this phone number called claiming to be customer service agents. +14164665544 First person I spoke to was Jessica. Her badge/agent number apparently is: EQ5164. Offering to reduce my monthly bill by 30%

  • _Jaspreet_Somal

@CRTCeng @Bell @CCTS_CPRST no resolution of my problem with bell. They always tell me that a tech representative will visit my area but this never has happened. And funny thing is, 5g symbol shows on my phone screen wen calls are dropping and data is slower than 2g. This looks like a scam. Plz look into it

  • gio_graphical

We’re in 2021. Why is home internet so terrible @Bell ?

  • hqaddomi
Hisham Qaddoumi (@hqaddomi) reported from Mississauga, Ontario

I woke up this morning to find that my #Bell internet is down! After many trials I called @Bell_Support to find out that my area has an outage. No email, no text message and they told me that they posted it on the website but I couldn't find it anywhere! Really?

  • _Jaspreet_Somal
Jaspreet (@_Jaspreet_Somal) reported from Brampton, Ontario

@CCTS_CPRST @CRTCeng @Bell Hello, I have filled in the complaint form at crtc. The incident number is 00000001213483. I hope they have a look at it then earliest, my phone services are surviving on wifi at this moment . Calls are dropping, and it’s cellular data is not working at all.

  • c_snapper
Collin Ng (@c_snapper) reported from Toronto, Ontario

Never thought I’d say this but….I miss my internet and TV services from @Bell. @Rogers is included in the new condo but the speed is pathetic for 1GB service.

  • MarcoJBraam
Marco Joshua Braam (@MarcoJBraam) reported from Brampton, Ontario

Another "Not my problem" experience with @Bell_Support . Tech says there's no lines left so has to downgrade our service in order to stabilize it. Bell won't fix the infrastructure until they can bring in Fiber to the neighborhood, not any time soon. #Monopolywithnoaccountability

  • lesley_pavan
Lesley Pavan (@lesley_pavan) reported from Mississauga, Ontario

@Bell can you please update your network outage page. It’s been over 15 hrs with your network equipment problem. The information says it was to be fixed by now. My online inquiry landed me to a site that wanted to charge me to answer the question.

  • oralpholiveira
Ralph Oliveira (@oralpholiveira) reported from Toronto, Ontario

Two of your agents are in my house right now installing a new order that I put of pure fiber, @Bell_Support Jesus Christ, why those guys have to speak on the phone all the time while they are at customer's house? This is completely inappropriate!

  • nejsnave
jennifer evans 🇵🇰 (@nejsnave) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@Bell_Support interested in the policy. as you know we pay sone of the highest rates in the world for mobile service. what is the rationale behind service demotions? is it supposed to discourage ppl from using bandwidth? is there an upgrade option?

  • T_Bar12
T-Bar (@T_Bar12) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@Bell_Support is there a problem with the Bell TV app or is just me?

  • Bucky_5000
Ariel White (@Bucky_5000) reported from Toronto, Ontario

Ok @Bell_Support four texts, several emails and app updates are appreciated during an outage but the outage was like seven minutes. I’m ok.

  • AmeliaLeckey
Amelia Leckey (@AmeliaLeckey) reported from Toronto, Ontario

Figured out why @Bell bills are so high. Took 4 hours and 7 people for my Mom to cancel an appointment.

  • analogmotoring
elle alder (@analogmotoring) reported from Toronto, Ontario

fun: 3 hrs referred from @Bell store to store to store to find one to verify my identity at this address, only to find that I can only do so with a gas/power/water bill, but *not* a rental agreement—even though that covers all of those utilities. Never thought I’d consider Rogers

@Bell @UnknownLegendEF Seriously for a communications company the app’s you guys roll out are garbage. Old app freezes all the time - new app is barely functional. Nothing works - Illegal streams are more reliable.

  • _noon278

@Highteaspeaks @Bell Watch out for the monthly offers in your mail box in a neat white envelope. I’ve never seen a company so relentless after they’ve lost all their goodwill.

  • JordyGold
    Jordy Gold (@JordyGold) reported

@Bell @Bell_Support I'm furious. You ripped us off for yrs. Service much slower than promised. Internet stopped working. Netflix stopped working. TV stopped working. Competition offered us a massive permanent discount. Bell's response: save $15/month & hung up on me. What a joke

  • noidlegovnomore
    Fuddle Duddle (@noidlegovnomore) reported

@Bell No. Just fix the problem. @BellMediaPR

    Leo (@Leo71106092) reported

@Bell I’m pretty sure you already know this is an issue - apparently it’s a pretty big issue that doesn’t seem to a sense of urgency attached to it. So make a couple inquiries into the damaged bell cable impacting home phone service in West Burlington/Aldershot - with Hamilton numbers

  • Kyle_AD_Voice
    Kyle Warwick-Mathieu (@Kyle_AD_Voice) reported

Why did my @Bell_Support internet have to die tonight? Some idiot cut a cable line somewhere, and now I can’t get any work done. #DoBetter

  • sobola_jats
    Olujide 'Chukwudi' Sobola (@sobola_jats) reported

@Highteaspeaks @ajayi_g @Bell It is good you had a good offer from Chatr. I used Chatr for 2 years. I was paying 50 cad per month, tax inclusive for 5GB data. When I was frustrated and called them, their customer service person did not care. I had to port to Telus to get 60GB data for same price.

  • tuxking2000
    tuxking2000 (@tuxking2000) reported

@bell fibe pvr still sucks big time, backup, forward during the hockey game just freezes. programmed by monkeys. infrared signals still don't work like they should. just a flaming pile of excrement.

  • ABhummingbird
OK universe you're in charge (@ABhummingbird) reported

@Bell Why is my 83yr old mom paying $81/month for 20GB on a paid-off iPhone 13 with no bundle/extras? Loyal customer for years. Why are long-time customers, esp seniors, left on outdated plans while newer customers get better pricing? You’re abusing loyalty. @cbcgopublic
