@Bell_Support on @TwitterCanada were the only Bell Support people that knew what to do to assist me. They were the ones that recovered my e-Mail addresses, after phone support said it could not be done. Thanks for making it right!

@Bell how can you leave an 87+ yr old couple without phone service until Tuesday. This has been an ongoing issue that they've reported several times. These wonderful people do not have cell phones, that is why they pay for home line service. @CBCNS @CBC
