Jeffrey Luscombe (@JeffreyLuscombe) reported from Toronto, OntarioI was told an hour ago @Bell_Support is on the way to fix the problem the other tech couldn’t fix a couple of days ago after days of them trying to fix remotely. Think I’ll get a rebate for the weeks not working?

Tech says there's no lines left so has to downgrade our service in order to stabilize it. Ron Perlman's chin (@burkby) reported from Toronto, Ontario@imthegaybaker @Bell @comcast Good luck! Bell responses are indeed robotic. All the responses from their call center in the Philippines are also heavily scripted. You pay a premium for the service, and they outsource the support to the cheapest customer service they can find. Says a lot.
-
Collin Ng (@c_snapper) reported from Toronto, OntarioNever thought I’d say this but….I miss my internet and TV services from @Bell. @Rogers is included in the new condo but the speed is pathetic for 1GB service.
-
elle alder (@analogmotoring) reported from Toronto, Ontariofun: 3 hrs referred from @Bell store to store to store to find one to verify my identity at this address, only to find that I can only do so with a gas/power/water bill, but *not* a rental agreement—even though that covers all of those utilities. Never thought I’d consider Rogers
-
Robert Montemurro (@rmontemurro1) reported from Mississauga, Ontario@Bell_Support you guys are just terrible. I’m looking to open a new account and after two hours in a bell store and 55 minutes on the phone with 5 different people I’m still not done. They keep transferring me to the wrong department. I’m going to @rogers much better company!
