-
carolinegodin (@carolinegodin) reported from Toronto, Ontario@louford1 @Bell_Support If it makes you feel any better, @Rogers told you to do that and then when it doesn't work they try to up-sell you to Ignite. I told them when they get the service that I have actually working and stable, I'll consider upgrading.
-
elle alder (@analogmotoring) reported from Toronto, Ontariofun: 3 hrs referred from @Bell store to store to store to find one to verify my identity at this address, only to find that I can only do so with a gas/power/water bill, but *not* a rental agreement—even though that covers all of those utilities. Never thought I’d consider Rogers

Shital Desai (@SaTSlabYorkU) reported from Toronto, Ontario@G5Rovic @Bell_Support And found that another technician in the process of fixing the outage in the area disconnected my internet. Shouldn't I be compensated for this mistake @Bell_Support ?
-
Jeffrey Luscombe (@JeffreyLuscombe) reported from Toronto, OntarioTech can’t fix the problem with my Internet but he did understand the problem. He’s trying to fix the one phone jack but Internet can’t be fixed (tho still being billed, of course). @Bell_Support
-
Amanda Mae Risser (@AmandaRisser1) reported from Toronto, Ontario@UniforTheUnion @Bell why would an employee that doesn't get the same pension, etc. vote yes to strike to support people they don't even know and possibly lose money(income) and/or their job? They have nothing to gain from it. They aren't 'brothers' and 'sisters' as u say.
-
Kevin Kerr (@KerrEteach) reported from Toronto, OntarioNot usually one for these type of tweets but DONE with @Bell @Bell_Support. Into day two of no phone, wifi or TV. ZERO outreach, only info is from us calling or DM. Vague details of a fix by 10 pm tomorrow. Unacceptable. Rogers, here we come.
-
Jeffrey Luscombe (@JeffreyLuscombe) reported from Toronto, OntarioMy favourite line working with @Bell_Support when I asked them to try calling my phone line when it suddenly went down. “We cannot call out by phone.” The phone company said (wrote) that to me. They cannot call out by phone.
-
julia ribeiro (@juliarib) reported from Toronto, Ontarioyou may not care about the telecom monopoly in Canada until you need something urgent from @Bell_Support or Rogers and all the alternatives use the same cables/networks and you have no option but wait and miss work so they can solve issues as they wish.
-
Modern Pundit (@sen127) reported from Toronto, OntarioIf you want to have the worse telecom experience go with @Rogers. They have all this network outages and connection issues and still if you keep it they don’t appreciate the business. Customer service/sales are rude. Better cancel instead of calling them. Go with @Bell or @TELUS
-
James Harbeck, still here (@sesquiotic) reported from Toronto, OntarioI finally get a live chat person and my @bell craps out again. Why in hell do I pay these people so much money for such spotty service
-
Jeffery (@ifonezombie) reported from Toronto, Ontario@Bell_Support quick and pleasant customer service but maybe have resources to say there is an outage rather than sending an unvaccinated guy to a mall to replace a modem which wasn’t broken? Better communication in and outside company would be great
-
Oleander Floral (@OleanderFloral) reported from Toronto, OntarioGood morning @Bell_Support When can I expect support to contact me and tech to arrive. Small business, no internet, no phone lines = $$$ #helpplease #smallbusiness #shopthekingsway
-
Pierre Ferland (@PierreTFO) reported from Mississauga, Ontario@Bell is sending me an email to answer a survey about "service experience". I clicked on the link to find out that the survey is "currently not available, please try again". I think this answers the question about their level of services... #EpicFail
-
THE WOOD COMMISSION (@Thewoodcomm) reported from Toronto, Ontario@ItsDeanBlundell @Bell_Support Ironic how Bell can never call us back.....not allowed in the system!

Bell Canada Issues Reports
Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:
-
Krista Jensen 🇨🇦 (@shortstuffpb) reported@Reil76 @Bell There's a faulty connection for the input signal somewhere, causing it to drop. When I had it happen, it was actually the modem, itself, but I had to totally spell out all the troubleshooting steps I'd taken to get them to listen to me.
-
306 Shane (@NoSacredBeliefs) reported@Bell And DM'd you were... And unsurprisingly, you have no solutions. You discovered that life in Canada is expensive and so people are cutting down on expenses where they can... But you couldn't possibly have that. So now you seek to curtail one's ability to use their hotspot to try and drive people to take on Home Internet service... Something you don't even provide in the province of Saskatchewan. Interesting times when you opt to make your service delivery worse than Rogers.
-
The Snoman (@craz4sno) reportedHow many @Bell technicians does it take to properly run a cable to my house? Tomorrow will be the fifth one in over 2 years who will tell me that they can’t help and it needs to be the infrastructure team. Trees are not cable mounts.
-
The Truth (@the_truth1234) reported@MattWalshBlog Cell coverage was better in 2009. Calls drop all over now even just outside major cities. It’s terrible service in Canada and we pay the highest fees. @Rogers @Bell
-
MarkyG (@leos_lover_2000) reportedIs internet down in M6K 0A5 area of Toronto? @Bell_Support

-
🇨🇦Wayne🇨🇦 (@Reil76) reported@sunnydriver1970 @Bell About 3000k sqft. And for some reason they installed it all downstairs. But it’s been there the whole time and only being an issue now.
-
CDN_Karma (@cdn_karma) reported@CTVNews Since your pretending your elbows are up? I notice you missed a huge Elbows Down announcement by your parent company @bell Why did you not cover your company outsourcing tons of Jobs from Peterborough Ontario and other small towns to Morrocco? How Bizzare you didn't cover your own companies news about how having Elbows Down and not supporting Canada is Okay again...
