    @Bell why can I nit get a straight answer from an agent..12 calls 7 hrs total. zero results.Time to switch providers.Useless and horrible service. Promises made but never given. Deplorable service. 12 year customer now going elsewhere.

    @Bell_Support interested in the policy. as you know we pay sone of the highest rates in the world for mobile service. what is the rationale behind service demotions? is it supposed to discourage ppl from using bandwidth? is there an upgrade option?

    @PrintGuyChris @Bell_Support Iโ€™m in the same area, error code 1201 no internet since last night and their rep said no ETA on the fix. Which is crazy.

    @TheHunterChef @Bell @FibeBell I went through the same thing a couple of months ago. I had to unplug my modem for a few minutes to solve the issue. Just rebooting didn't do anything, took a complete shutdown to resolve the problem.

    @cityoftoronto what a ridiculous, outdated requirement that our pool cannot open because @Bell cannot sort the line needed for emergency landline telephone. Most people here wouldnโ€™t know how to use a landline and in an emergency would use their mobile.

    @Bell I attempted to upgrade my wireless home internet package and your customer service team CANCELS my existing plan;now it will take 8 days for a tech to replace a modem that already works-all because you can't reactive my old plan.Seriously, how can you be so incompetent!

    @Bell If the average Canadian consumer matters to you, please send me a DM instead of asking me to send one to you. You know there are restrictions that prevent some users from initiating DMs. Asking me to message you when I can't does little to resolve the issue.
