They lied and only sent the home hub. When we called to ask about the pods they gave us the run around and treated us like children.

I’m looking to open a new account and after two hours in a bell store and 55 minutes on the phone with 5 different people I’m still not done. They keep transferring me to the wrong department. Firemarshal_bil (@FireMarshal_Bil) reported@Bell just had my tenth modem swap over the last three years of being with @bell due to constant internet problems. This last one lasted about 1-1/2 hrs before quitting again. No bell tech has an answer. Going for #11 modem today. Wish me luck
