I cancelled @Rogers for issues half this bad. Worked great for a week. $149 a month gets you 4 work days of access and 2 hours with Support.

Was offered 50 credit against upfront cost of cell phone. As a new customer I can walk off the st and get the IPHONE 11

We’re getting no help from @Bell (our provider) or @Rogers who the hole is under contract. 6 months with a 6’ x 6’ hole that is well over 6ft deep is NOT ACCEPTABLE for a street filled with kids. After the typical questions and quick fix scenarios offered it was determined the issue was outside our house. I checked the exposed fibe line outside the house. No breaks. So we book a technician to come. No one available outside of normal work hours. Simply hilarious. Next move? @Rogers
