James Heffron (@jamesheffron) reported from Milton, Ontario@cogeco it amazes me that you can get through to sales within seconds but end up on hold to cancel one of three services. Your website for self serve Epico premium internet has been down for days. It seems easier to switch to @Bell?
-
Deb 🇨🇦 (@ThatGirlOntario) reported from Burlington, Ontario@blaufman @louford1 @Bell_Support 👋 For the short time when I lived in Brantford (“The Telephone City” of all places!) I have a few Bell customer support & service horror stories.
-
James Rubec (@JamesRRubec) reported from Mississauga, Ontario@Bell The continued journey to find good internet returns #Mississauga @steve_cornwell Internet with Bell has been down all morning. I cancelled @Rogers for issues half this bad. Worked great for a week. $149 a month gets you 4 work days of access and 2 hours with Support.
-
Carrie Kan (@cckan79) reported from Burlington, Ontario@Bell All home services are down. We can't even get through to someone to help us. Internet and phone are essential to work from home.

bren bear 🐻🇨🇦 (@spikestabber) reported from Milton, Ontario@TimLCriddle @TELUS @Bell That announcement was jumping the gun, suspicious timeline like they were testing waters as more important issues takeover headlines.
-
Mushref AQ (@MM87AQ) reported from Mississauga, OntarioI called @Bell many times regarding update for my status and this is going to fat I feel that they are playing with their customers and not giving the right answer . Seriously what is wrong with @bell are you really going to be a name with bad services. #boycutbell
-
Hisham Qaddoumi (@hqaddomi) reported from Mississauga, Ontario@Bell_Support I'm switching to another provider by January. Your service is so expensive, you don't care about your loyal customers and your sales reps are always trying to get people buy services they said time and time again they DON'T need. I don't know if you can help with any of that!
-
Carrie Kan (@cckan79) reported from Burlington, Ontario@Bell_Support This isn't directed to those who work for Bell but rather to "the powers that be" @Bell. People are relying on your services for their income and YOU AREN'T PROVIDING SUPPORT. A week with no home services isn't acceptable now.
-
Ambarish Sharma (@sharmaambarish) reported from Mississauga, Ontario@Bell_Support the internet sucks.
-
L (@RoxanneCWhiting) reported from Mississauga, Ontario@WhoBelongs @Bell_Support Exactly. Or the... it’s a 3 month free trial but YOU have to call and cancel before the end of the 3 month time frame. No one remembers. So I say. Ok I’ll take the 3 months and give you permission to cancel at the end of 3 month.. OH SORRY YOU HAVE TO CALL BACK TO CANCEL
-
Will Wilbrink (@WillWilbrink) reported from Oakville, Ontario@Bell_Support epic failure. We reported a problem with the home hub 2000 and pods. Tech support said they would send new equipment. They lied and only sent the home hub. When we called to ask about the pods they gave us the run around and treated us like children.
-
MilkyPotatoes (@Murray_7298) reported from Milton, Ontario@Bell_Support so my wifi is horrible in Milton Ontario I pay way to much for it to be this bad
-
joe (@449_joe) reported from Burlington, Ontario@JustinTrudeau @Bell It's either you gave in to China or it's going to cost Canadians$s. Sounds like your government is caving in to Huawei to save face. Using Bell as a ****. Selling out Canada as usual. Best thing is to step down and give your party a good Chance to stay in power. Remember K Wynne
-
Prime Time (@goldentally69) reported from Mississauga, Ontario@Bell internet service is beyond slow and this has been a drastic change and all of a sudden nothing gets downloaded in a reasonable amount of time.

-
Joan Reed (@JoanRee71984820) reported@RyanCartiers @Bell @Virgin I have the same problem Ryan. Spam calls daily. I have a phone that blocks 200 spam numbers. It's full..I am on the do not call list, it doesn't work. Several numbers display local numbers, but are spam. Bell does nothing
-
Therese (@theresemacdona6) reportedOk @Bell Do u actually have service in Lucan Ontario? Someone was waiting ALL DAY for you to come as per the appointment to set up television etc..!!!! Unable to get a proper response from phone staff. “Someone to call tomorrow”!!! 🙄😡
-
Phathandomar (@phathandomar) reported@minaaahz @Bell_Support So ****** up. Came home with no home wifi, and rogers phone is down at the same time
-
Olori Savage (@Big_preety) reported@MichaelBrains @Highteaspeaks @Bell Freedom will likely frustrate you. Speaking from experience, i had to port to rogers after serious network issues. Phone would be on with full bars but i’d get a text notification for missed calls or vm because people couldn’t reach me. My husband too…
-
Sherry Rezaie, MD (@shaghayegh755) reported@Bell 24-hour update: @Bell still hasn’t managed to fully cancel my service. After multiple conversations and repeated assurances, I’m now being told it’s only partially cancelled. This is unbelievably frustrating. I genuinely don’t understand how a simple cancellation can be this difficult. Signing up took 5 minutes; cancelling has taken 24 hours and still isn’t resolved. Do better, @Bell. #BellCanada #CustomerServiceFail
-
Hightea🍁 (@Highteaspeaks) reportedBREAKING NEWS 🚨 After 4 years of faithful service, @Bell and I have mutually agreed to go our separate ways. I have successfully escaped a $90+ monthly phone bill and migrated to $39.55, with a pathway to $33.60 in 30 days. That’s about $700 staying in my pocket every year instead of funding Bell’s next board meeting 😭 I wish the company well in all their future endeavours! Today is a good day.💃🏻🤭
-
re:printed 3D (@reprinted3D) reported@3DInPhil @RogersBiz @Bell With so many companies competing in the same spaces these days, customer service will really determine which will succeed and which will fail.
-
Kevin MacKenzie (@kevthegrad) reported@Rogers @Bell dear telecommunications Giants, as somebody who drives between Peterborough Ontario and York region every single day, I just wanted to ask how it is conceivable in 2026 that I cannot maintain a phone call along Highway 115 without signal death !?!? Fix your towers!
-
jamieks (@jamiekseymour) reported@Bell THE ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE/SATISFACTION EVER! Same ongoing issue for over a year now with same NONE resolution from you!! DISGUSTING!! Time to move on!!
-
𝐏𝐡𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐩 𝐓𝐞𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐡 𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐫𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐞, 𝐏𝐡𝐃 (@ModernAgri_Tips) reported@Bell Thanks for responding. Please stop the calls warning I'll lose service if I don't connect within 30 days. The delay isn't on my end. @Bell hasn't completed the installation. How can I connect to a service that hasn't been delivered? Connect to what, exactly?
