-
Carrie Kan (@cckan79) reported from Burlington, Ontario@Bell_Support This isn't directed to those who work for Bell but rather to "the powers that be" @Bell. People are relying on your services for their income and YOU AREN'T PROVIDING SUPPORT. A week with no home services isn't acceptable now.
-

David O'Connell (@doccreative) reported from Milton, OntarioHey @bell get your act together. We waste so much time on the same issue and your reps always say “we will put notes on the account” then never read those notes or they are deleted once the call is over only have to repeat ourselves again #frustrated #updateyourcrm

-
Robin Read Griffin (@socialrobin) reported from Milton, Ontario@CaseP @Raptors @Bell It wasn't widespread. I have Bell Fibe and had no issues. I imagine that would have been frustrating though. Such a close game!
-
AJ (@AJHorfilla88) reported from Mississauga, OntarioI’m so fckng stressed out that @Bell is asking us to pay a $500 bill for an Internet account that we never ask for to install. 😳

Will Wilbrink (@WillWilbrink) reported from Oakville, Ontario@Bell_Support epic failure. We reported a problem with the home hub 2000 and pods. Tech support said they would send new equipment. They lied and only sent the home hub. When we called to ask about the pods they gave us the run around and treated us like children.
-
Hisham Qaddoumi (@hqaddomi) reported from Mississauga, Ontario@Bell_Support I'm switching to another provider by January. Your service is so expensive, you don't care about your loyal customers and your sales reps are always trying to get people buy services they said time and time again they DON'T need. I don't know if you can help with any of that!
-
Lesley Pavan (@lesley_pavan) reported from Mississauga, Ontario@Bell can you please update your network outage page. It’s been over 15 hrs with your network equipment problem. The information says it was to be fixed by now. My online inquiry landed me to a site that wanted to charge me to answer the question.
-
Jordan (@JordanR199966) reported from Mississauga, OntarioSad when you have to leave a company that you have been with for 20+ years @Bell @Bell_Support and switch service providers all to save money during these difficult times. Real shame @Bell should be better than this... @Ooma for the win! @CRTCeng
-
MilkyPotatoes (@Murray_7298) reported from Milton, Ontario@Bell_Support so my wifi is horrible in Milton Ontario I pay way to much for it to be this bad
Bell Canada Issues Reports
Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:
-
Rocco Signorile (@imthedarkknight) reported@RogersHelps Yes and the transfer fee of $80 is completely RIDICULOUS! How would I know if they did it by mistake. I CLEARLY asked him AND my son as well. He responded on more than one occasion “ YES NO PROBLEM” Yet he did. So he is now a @Bell customer & will be joining him. “Sorry 2cu go”
-
Infinitus Capital (@InfinitusCap) reported@Bell_Support Thanks Only took four hours for one department to talk to another department about this issue This seems to happen ever six months Work better so these issues don't keep repeating themselves every six months .
-
Agent 47 (@47TheAgnt) reported@TorontoKOI @Bell Lag was so bad that it forced them to drop Joe and pick up Neptune
-
𝐏𝐡𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐩 𝐓𝐞𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐡 𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐫𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐞, 𝐏𝐡𝐃 (@ModernAgri_Tips) reportedNo internet from @Bell because my installation never happened, since Jun 11. Meanwhile @Rogers cut off my service 15 days before contract end. Two telecom giants, one customer caught in the middle. Is consumer choice in Canada becoming meaningless? #ConsumerRights #Telecom
-
Olori Savage (@Big_preety) reported@MichaelBrains @Highteaspeaks @Bell Freedom will likely frustrate you. Speaking from experience, i had to port to rogers after serious network issues. Phone would be on with full bars but i’d get a text notification for missed calls or vm because people couldn’t reach me. My husband too…
-
Justin S (@thej_schro) reported@POW2112 @CraveCanada @Bell BBUS moving homes was inevitable. There’s no way another network was going to allow a popular franchise like BB to go un-monitized in Canada. That said I’m glad the deal also includes BBCAN.
-
Sherry Rezaie, MD (@shaghayegh755) reported@Bell 24-hour update: @Bell still hasn’t managed to fully cancel my service. After multiple conversations and repeated assurances, I’m now being told it’s only partially cancelled. This is unbelievably frustrating. I genuinely don’t understand how a simple cancellation can be this difficult. Signing up took 5 minutes; cancelling has taken 24 hours and still isn’t resolved. Do better, @Bell. #BellCanada #CustomerServiceFail
-
Love My 7 Wood (@LoveMy7Wood) reportedIn my recent travails with @rogers, one thing that happened was their service technician accidentally disconnected my @bell home phone. Rather than have him reconnect it I realized I was paying $98.88 per month for something I rarely used, and received almost exclusively junk calls and scam calls on, so I called Bell and cancelled it. That’s $1200 back in my pocket every year. Boy, it feels good.
-
Robert Montemurro (@rmontemurro1) reported@Starlink @Bell is so bad that everyone should switch to this.
-
Rick O'Connor (@ricksmsnet) reported@Bell @peterlogz @bill_dub My address is 642 Crozier Rd, Oxford Mills ON K0G 1S0 I asked the rude Team Leader for his boss’ name & number & he refused. He asked for my number & he would call me. No call. I was also without my internet and tv from Thursday afternoon to today at noon. WOW, did I miss it.
