We waste so much time on the same issue and your reps always say “we will put notes on the account” then never read those notes or they are deleted once the call is over only have to repeat ourselves again #frustrated #updateyourcrm
-
L (@RoxanneCWhiting) reported from Mississauga, Ontario@JimCaseNL @HMcPhersonMP @theJagmeetSingh @Bell @RogersHelps They call it Fib making people think it’s fibre optic which it isn’t. So you just feel taken advantage of. Son and I never use the satellite at cottage just internet for Netflix or Amazon prime

-
Dan Temby (@dantemby) reported from Mississauga, OntarioDear @CTV and @Bell. Did you know your CTV app on platforms like apple TV and firestick is the absolute worst? Well, it's the absolute worst. Has anyone there ever used it, ever? Please do some QA and implement advertising in a way that works and respects a paying subscriber. Smh

Hisham Qaddoumi (@hqaddomi) reported from Mississauga, Ontario@Bell_Support I'm switching to another provider by January. Your service is so expensive, you don't care about your loyal customers and your sales reps are always trying to get people buy services they said time and time again they DON'T need. I don't know if you can help with any of that!
-
Danielle (@danlanaddy) reported from Mississauga, Ontario@Bell_Support To be sent out to maintain it. The fence is falling down, the rods protrude into the sidewalk unless WE bend them back and pull the fence up every other day. It’s not safe and at the end of the day, it’s our home. It doesn’t need to be that way for 6+ months.
-
Geoff (@geoffburnside) reported from Burlington, Ontario@laurenhockin @SimoneGiertz @LastWeekTonight @HBO @Bell I do pay them. Geographic restrictions are still stupid
-
🇨🇦 ♋⚡BlackSunshine⚾️🇹🇹 (@r2_JustinB) reported from Lorne Park, OntarioEither my phone Sucks. Or @BELL's📱5g network is A*s. I used to get better speeds with my old S4. It's not bad All the time. But pretty often though
-
Matthew Gamble (@mgamble) reported from Oakville, Ontario@bramabramson @Mark_Goldberg @Bell @Rogers @TELUS @Videotron @ShawInfo The problem today is mostly on inter-carrier calls, so if calls can be routed without using those trunks it would be a big win. I think I’m going to write a follow up post this week with a primer on PSTN routing.
-
Wajeeha Hussain (@Wajeeha_H) reported from Mississauga, OntarioOne of the reasons I won’t change my service provider is this initiative. Thanks @Bell for doing this every year for #MentalHealthAwareness #EndTheStigma #BellLetsTalk #PeelFam
-
Carrie Kan (@cckan79) reported from Burlington, Ontario@Bell WE NEED HELP. WE HAVE TO WORK FROM HOME. NONE OF OUR SERVICES ARE WORKING.
-
Danielle (@danlanaddy) reported from Mississauga, OntarioFor over a month before we fixed it so people could access the sidewalk. We’re getting no help from @Bell (our provider) or @Rogers who the hole is under contract. 6 months with a 6’ x 6’ hole that is well over 6ft deep is NOT ACCEPTABLE for a street filled with kids. Help!
-
Mushref AQ (@MM87AQ) reported from Mississauga, OntarioI called @Bell many times regarding update for my status and this is going to fat I feel that they are playing with their customers and not giving the right answer . -
Fur momma 🍁 (@d_brier) reported@Sportsnet @Bell can you all get your **** together. Every day there is no issues with watching tv shows no matter the station. Yet exactly when the Toronto Blur Jays start to play, it keeps freezing and I’m barely seeing any of the game. Not a great way to treat customers
-
Ichnos Maris (@ichnosmaris) reportedDealing with @premium is like dealing with Customer Service from @TELUS and @Bell - useless.
-
North (@Northdaddy) reported@CTVNews @CTV @Bell You are the worst. The reason I cancelled traditional TV. I'll always ensure to make an effort that not a single dollar from our family it's way into your shill, propagandist, hands. Pathetic.
-
Mark Thorpe (@StarThorpe68) reported@Bell seduced me to leave @TELUS last November for great mobile rates as long as I kept my internet service with them. Since then they have increased the cost of my internet so now I am almost paying the same total as before. Time to shop for a better deal!
-
Demeter (@Lexikonin) reportedCalled @Bell to upgrade my Mobility plan from the $35 plan to the $85 Ultra Plan. I was told as a loyal customer I would have to pay $105. The advertised $85 rate is only available to new customers. How does this make any sense?
-
Spexon Toronto (@spexontoronto) reportedHi @Bell_Support is internet/wifi going to restored and if so when to 75/95 Havenbrook and 5 Parkway Forest Drive, Toronto. Leo (@Leo71106092) reported@Bell Would love to but home phone has been down for almost a week. @Bell @Bell_Support keeps lying, saying it will be fixed and it never is…. It’s supposed to be fixed by 10pm tonight - guessing another lie because I asked a tech in the area and he said next week at the earliest.
-
Helen Forbes (@forhpm) reported@Bell I’ve been on the phone for 1 hour 25 minutes, 4 different people. After explaining why I cancelled my service, Randy the manager asked me if I wanted a Bell router. Now he’s told me he’s the highest person I can speak to. Won’t give me a supervisor name, vp name. @CRTCeng

OK universe you're in charge (@ABhummingbird) reported@Bell Why is my 83yr old mom paying $81/month for 20GB on a paid-off iPhone 13 with no bundle/extras? Loyal customer for years. Why are long-time customers, esp seniors, left on outdated plans while newer customers get better pricing? You’re abusing loyalty. @cbcgopublic
