David O'Connell (@doccreative) reported from Milton, OntarioHey @bell get your act together. Matthew Gamble (@mgamble) reported from Oakville, Ontario@bramabramson @Mark_Goldberg @Bell @Rogers @TELUS @Videotron @ShawInfo The problem today is mostly on inter-carrier calls, so if calls can be routed without using those trunks it would be a big win. I think I’m going to write a follow up post this week with a primer on PSTN routing.
-
Pierre Ferland (@PierreTFO) reported from Mississauga, Ontario@Bell is sending me an email to answer a survey about "service experience". I clicked on the link to find out that the survey is "currently not available, please try again". I think this answers the question about their level of services... #EpicFail

Robert Montemurro (@rmontemurro1) reported from Mississauga, Ontario@Bell @Bell_Support You guys suck! I can’t believe you are still in business. @rogers is a far better company with great service. If anyone is considering opening an account with bell think again. Please!!
-
🥕Anthoney glazed carrots 🥕 (@DjSuppaHotFire) reported from Mississauga, OntarioI swear to god if @Bell doesn't actually fix my internet tomorrow I'm switching to something better.
-
Danielle (@danlanaddy) reported from Mississauga, Ontario@Bell_Support To be sent out to maintain it. The fence is falling down, the rods protrude into the sidewalk unless WE bend them back and pull the fence up every other day. It’s not safe and at the end of the day, it’s our home. It doesn’t need to be that way for 6+ months.
-
Carrie Kan (@cckan79) reported from Burlington, Ontario@Bell_Support This isn't directed to those who work for Bell but rather to "the powers that be" @Bell. People are relying on your services for their income and YOU AREN'T PROVIDING SUPPORT. A week with no home services isn't acceptable now.
-
Michele Belanger (@BelangerMichele) reported from Mississauga, Ontario@Bell_Support having lots of issues with our internet! Very very slow uploading and downloading very difficult when working from home. Called did the reboot test still very poor. Thinking of switching providers as nothing changes. Frustrated

-
North (@Northdaddy) reported@CTVNews @CTV @Bell You are the worst. The reason I cancelled traditional TV. I'll always ensure to make an effort that not a single dollar from our family it's way into your shill, propagandist, hands. Pathetic.
-
AC (@Mel41177) reported@Sunshineways66 @ryangerritsen @Bell So I have bell ($110/month) at my home and starlink at the cottage. Just signed up at cottage with EBox for 500 meg speed for $45, bell internet price was $75 for both 500M and 1.5G. Called Bell for home and asked for a better deal and they would only go down to $90. I said my next call will be to cancel .
-
ryan_weal (@ryan_weal) reported@ryangerritsen @Bell Nobody needs Bell, stop complaining. They are well-known for their contractual shenanigans. Starlink base plan is $7/month for "suspend" mode and the receiver fits in a backpack. You don't even need to use Rogers or Telus/Virgin/etc on Bell's network.
-
Rockstar (@Rockztar_1) reported@Bell worst network ever!!
-
Miss Peepers (@miss_peepers) reported@Bell_Support Why are your online reps more interested in fighting to make their point than accept the multiple incident numbers I'm providing to them?
-
Cale Boam (@nascar_master) reported@tsn is a complete joke. Why is the Rae only on TSN+? I am ready to cancel all my @bell services because of this. Why am I paying for cable if nothing is on it?
-
Stu Caz (@StuCaz861391) reported@Bell Our Giga Hub 3000 shows a red Internet light since Friday night. We replaced the modem as instructed and service is still down. Only our house is affected. This outage is unacceptable — please document it and apply a credit for the lost weekend.

*Honk Honk* Canada First🇨🇦 (@Spigirl2018) reported@nath_beauregard @Bell Bell is awful to deal with. They don’t listen, employees all sound like they are reading from a script. Years ago when we left them to go elsewhere, they told the new company we had changed our minds and were keeping their services. Horrible company.
