Your support line isn't working every time I try and call @Bell: 1-866-310-2355 I need to talk to someone ASAP about my Internet/TV bill.

  • cckan79 Carrie Kan (@cckan79) reported from Burlington, Ontario

@Bell_Support This isn't directed to those who work for Bell but rather to "the powers that be" @Bell. People are relying on your services for their income and YOU AREN'T PROVIDING SUPPORT. A week with no home services isn't acceptable now.

  • ChrisSagal Chris Sagal (@ChrisSagal) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@Bell_Support having some serious issues with my Fibe TV theres just a black screen with no picture, can’t access the guide noting works been on the phone for over 2 hours need assistance

  • FitzDrum Michael Fitzgibbon (@FitzDrum) reported from Toronto, Ontario

My @Bell wifi is down, and my @Rogers LTE is barely getting a signal. This is the telecom gov’t-mandated oligopoly in Canada: excessively expensive and terrible quality.

  • ShukzzA shuks (@ShukzzA) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@Bell_Support internet is down. I was on hold for an hour before getting disconnected. Please help I need to be online for work.

  • SamanthaWishes Samantha🌻 (@SamanthaWishes) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@Bell your staff is LESS than helpful. My account was taken through the SIM card fraud and I’ve never had an account with BELL but now can’t get my account back and your phone line lady hung up on us because she’s wanting us to leave quarantine to come into a bell store

  • jayvijaygohil Jayvijaysinh Gohil (@jayvijaygohil) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@Bell_Support Hey guys, can’t get to talk to a customer representative. I have been waiting for an hour now. There definitely is an outage in Toronto. At least make an official announcement on social media.

  • cckan79 Carrie Kan (@cckan79) reported from Burlington, Ontario

@Bell WE NEED HELP. WE HAVE TO WORK FROM HOME. NONE OF OUR SERVICES ARE WORKING.

  • CrazyEarthling2 Chester Marchello (@CrazyEarthling2) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@Bell When you read @Bell upside down and through two opposing mirrors.. apparently it spells Satan.. all about the money.

  • mgamble Matthew Gamble (@mgamble) reported from Oakville, Ontario

@bramabramson @Mark_Goldberg @Bell @Rogers @TELUS @Videotron @ShawInfo The problem today is mostly on inter-carrier calls, so if calls can be routed without using those trunks it would be a big win. I think I’m going to write a follow up post this week with a primer on PSTN routing.

  • DJToronto_ David J (@DJToronto_) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@Bell I am getting no cell phone reception but see no official announcements on your twitter page or web site. Is this a know. Technical issue

  • LuiSays Trevor Lui (@LuiSays) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@Bell_Support looking for outage update in downtown Toronto area for Fibe service. Been down for 10 hours.

  • AkoSiLAD bradly paitim (@AkoSiLAD) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@Bell NO internet service, of course NO fibe tv (M6J___ area)as well..... for more than 3 hours now... #StayAtHomeOrder is bad enough (but willingly!) without internet & tv is the ultimate. Rogers service is working. time to switch

  • cckan79 Carrie Kan (@cckan79) reported from Burlington, Ontario

@Bell All home services are down. We can't even get through to someone to help us. Internet and phone are essential to work from home.

  • shurmanator ℙ𝕖𝕥𝕖𝕣 𝕊𝕙𝕦𝕣𝕞𝕒𝕟 (@shurmanator) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@georganneb @char_lawyer @Bell @Rogers @TELUS Georganne, nobody dislikes those guys more than me but the systems were not designed for this. Same for internet. It’s like a water pipe to service an apartment complex is a foot in diameter but not if everybody is always home and taking showers simultaneously. Get used to it.

  • jayvijaygohil Jayvijaysinh Gohil (@jayvijaygohil) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@PhillSnel @guitardawn @CTVToronto @CBCNews @Bell These sites allow actual users like me to report if it’s down for us or not. There is nothing coming from Bell (which sucks) so those sites would be the closest you can get to get an idea of how big the outage is.

  • GliderCPD2cT Charles Petersen (@GliderCPD2cT) reported from Toronto, Ontario

A big shout-out to the cheery and patient support tech Leslie in the @bell Orillia call centre. She succeeded where two before her had not. Happily reconnected to the internet FIBE

Bell fix your terrible internet service @Bell

  • DJToronto_ David J (@DJToronto_) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@Bell_Support I can’t get through to@your company phone and just realized my other calls are either failing or barely perceptible. I don’t see any official announcements on your web site is this a known technical issue

  • jayvijaygohil Jayvijaysinh Gohil (@jayvijaygohil) reported from Toronto, Ontario

    @barrybernstein @steveyyz @Bell_Support Nope. It’s a lot of people. A big outage basically.

Bell Canada Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • inphotog_ Ivan (@inphotog_) reported

Tried to explain the story and why I went directly to CCTS. I was shut down with a "I'm going to stop you right there, you should have called into Bell". Excuse you? I'm not calling Bell, waiting 30 mins, only to get the same reply we've gotten in the past 20 years. @Bell

  • AhrarAhmed9 Ahrar Ahmed (@AhrarAhmed9) reported

Worst experience ever with @Bell_Support please contact me on for more information.

  • MgniM The Canadian (@MgniM) reported

@Bell_Support I called. They were unable to help. Bell takes care of new customers much better than they take care of loyal, decades-long, customers. Reel them in. Raise the rates! Very disappointing.

  • ontariomamma Nancy B (@ontariomamma) reported

@Bell_Support Communication on what's happening would be appreciated. 6 days in. 5 tech's looking at broken poles. 1.5 hours on phone with techinicsl services. Virtual tool states service today at 10pm. Broken poles still broken and no techs in area. Lack of communication to customers is bad

  • ItsKnucklesUp SYLYX | KnucklesUp/Michael (@ItsKnucklesUp) reported

@TorontoUltra @Bell Who can I talk to about ticket support??

  • TheeMarcFrancis Wow & Flutter (@TheeMarcFrancis) reported

Just a wee reminder for anyone who may have forgot: @Bell is absolutely one of the worst companies on the planet. Just total garbage.

  • kaitlynlee08 Kaitlyn (@kaitlynlee08) reported

@muinabit @Bell @Bell_News I thought I was going crazy but bell Fibe TV app hasn't worked for 2 days now for me either... what crap service! And no announcement from their Twitter On the outage.

  • arkade_arak arkade (@arkade_arak) reported

@LeFortniteJesu1 @Bell 5mbps would make sense, however, 5gbps is the fastest internet offered in Canada and isn’t available for most residential homes. Therefore it wouldn’t apply to this scenario. Could you please elaborate on what I’m not understanding? Not trying to be rude.

  • troymore Troy More (@troymore) reported from Saanich, British Columbia

@Bell_Support 5G in the Gordon Head area of Victoria BC for the past few days is almost unusable. When working, latency is very high and speeds are very slow. Had to drive to a different area just to send this.

  • MarkyB04019844 Marky_B (@MarkyB04019844) reported

Today a tech visited and inspected my lines-5th time this mon- and said there’s 40.8V AC on my line along with various bridge taps and end taps. Still no resolution. This has gone on since 2016. I have a 30pg file of documentation. Still @Bell refuses to return calls of fix it.
