Hey @bell get your act together. We waste so much time on the same issue and your reps always say “we will put notes on the account” then never read those notes or they are deleted once the call is over only have to repeat ourselves again #frustrated #updateyourcrm

So @Bell_Support is unlike any of the others .. pay more for less ? 50mbps vs 500mbps is more 💰 but probly worse service than I had before 🤔 Fibe ? @bellcanadalies has not impressed... and I can sign on a better $ plan on their own website for what I have?

…Activation expedited, I’m told will occur Sat by a technician willing to be tested. Now I receive a call & told Mon. Wait over 30 mins to speak to a supervisor, only to be told no technicians available today. Is this how @Bell_Support provides service? Totally unacceptable!!

We are still sharing quality time on the phone while I try to get the last of the equipment returned and final, final, final billing sorted out. They asked in I would use Bell again. I won't say never but I will need to be some desperate.
