I’ve spoken to one agent then transferred to “level 2” only to explain my issue again and be told I’ll need to speak to a different “level 2” rep. Been on hold for 36 minutes. Oh and I have to be at the airport in 4 hours.

So if I switched my ‘net to @Bell does that mean I could receive paper billing if I cancel a service that is one of your criteria?

After multiple conversations and repeated assurances, I’m now being told it’s only partially cancelled. This is unbelievably frustrating.
