I have been with them for over 10 years and all original equip and still paying exorbitant $ I hate the process of calling, they absolutely suck and cannot speak directly with mgt.

I'd like to encourage more tows like Toronto does. Toronto towed a constant FedEx scofflaw. So ticket plus tow plus impound plus customer refunds for missing delivery deadlines equals mucho buckos.

I would suggest calling customer retention and explain what a good customer you are. In most cases they will work with you to keep you as a customer. Activate the sim card by migrating your existing number to it. You can call the customer to help you to do that. Downloaded PcMobile app. Choose the data plan you want.
