    You know what I miss? UK phone plans. Cheap and reliable. Trying to set one up with @Bell_Support is actually laughable. The way they treat their “preferred customers” is appalling.

    @ErinDurant42 yup ... and @Bell ****** up my internet, took me 2 hours to figure out how to tether my phone to my computer and tablet, by which time my phone was down to 15%, when I finally got through to them by phone THEY CUT ME OFF

    @kevinodotnet @Bell The capitalization might be in CSS...to show like that they must have double escaped it. Probably both are errors in rendering rather than in the db. It’s a matter of testing and caring.

    @Jessturr @Bell_Support After 3 different agents got disconnected midway and I had to repeat the explanation of the issue and the validation process.... finally fixed last night.

    @Bell_Support I’m sorry but I live in Stonebridge,Ottawa and it’s not working. Bell Fibe TV is working, Bell home phone seems to be working.......Fibe Internet is not working......and my BELL Mobility is working but very slow on my iPhone and cellular iPad . So it’s not working

    @Bell_Support #BellInternet issues today well we had the outage here #KanataNorth #Ottawa but some where someone did something as now our service is back 😷I had to restart my Bell modem mind you .

    Long story short, I've now got an FTTH line installed in my wall and no intention of using it unless Bell opens their network. And don't be fooled - @Bell will still profit from selling wholesale bandwidth to 3rd parties.

    @Bell generates over 20 billion dollars of revenue a year in Canada. After operating expenses, they have about 10 billion in profit, which they cut down via additional costs, depreciation, taxes, etc. End of the day, balance sheet is net positive at about 3.5 billion $/year.
