You also double charged me $8 per day for being in the USA and $12 for being in Mexico for the exact same day!

I would suggest calling customer retention and explain what a good customer you are. In most cases they will work with you to keep you as a customer. And being rude to me on the phone when I asked to be credit for the days without service! I’m so glad I’m a 20 year customer! Oh and let’s not forget the round the minuet charge ups!

Bell Fibe TV is working, Bell home phone seems to be working.......Fibe Internet is not working......and my BELL Mobility is working but very slow on my iPhone and cellular iPad ....so it’s not normal or fixed....

I have been with them for over 10 years and all original equip and still paying exorbitant $ I hate the process of calling, they absolutely suck and cannot speak directly with mgt.
