Iโve spoken to one agent then transferred to โlevel 2โ only to explain my issue again and be told Iโll need to speak to a different โlevel 2โ rep. Been on hold for 36 minutes. Oh and I have to be at the airport in 4 hours.

There are so many areas where there is no service at all, or while driving north, even to Espanola or Elliot Lake, calls drop consistently!
