And being rude to me on the phone when I asked to be credit for the days without service! I’m so glad I’m a 20 year customer! Oh and let’s not forget the round the minuet charge ups!

Understand Bell expects it to be up and running in the next hour so. And yes - message should change so new customers don’t go messing with their passwords.

I would suggest calling customer retention and explain what a good customer you are. In most cases they will work with you to keep you as a customer. Bell Fibe TV is working, Bell home phone seems to be working.......Fibe Internet is not working......and my BELL Mobility is working but very slow on my iPhone and cellular iPad ....so it’s not normal or fixed....
