    It took me over 40 (yes, forty) minutes on the phone to cancel my @bell internet. I lost count after refusing 12 predatory, aggressive sales pitches and retention efforts. Would love to see @CRTCeng levy sanctions on them for their numerous unethical practices.

    More @Bell rants. I’ve now found out from a higher level tech that the lower level techs (three different ones) never put my support through properly. 3 days now without business phone because I added voice mail. Do better @Bell_Support

    @Bell_Support all I wanted to do was add voice to mail to my business phone and you’ve now taken my main phone line down for over 24 hours to do so. How is this a thing?! Support isn’t even sure. No business phone line for over a day because we added voicemail. Unreliable servicd

    @Bell you took two days to install internet and phone into my office. You’ve now taken my main phone line down for 2.5 days just to add voice mail due to a programming error and now sending out a tech. Businesses can’t operate like this! @Bell_Support

    Not happy with @Bell right now. Internet was supposed to be installed LAST Tuesday. Called today and was only notified AFTER CALLING that a contractor would come JULY 24th. Almost a month without service, and I only got an install date after my 3rd call. Seriously...?

    @brendatruenorth @PriyaSam @Bell As an employee of Bell they abused till I completely broke down & they continued to fight me while I been sick for 12 yrs in & out of hospitals. There is many articles how they treat employees, how they use & dispose of people like trash & if you dare speak up we will destroy you

    @Bell_Support , It is very sad that , I have to wait for 3 days for a small Fibre fix. So poor intelligence to detect automatically and assign a technician for an uninterrupted customer service. Too costly but poor in customer service. Unfortunately weekend, @Bell can't fix 😪
