Latest outage, problems and issue reports in Washington and nearby locations:

  • aanderson_94 Alex Anderson (@aanderson_94) reported from Waterloo, Ontario

It took me over 40 (yes, forty) minutes on the phone to cancel my @bell internet. I lost count after refusing 12 predatory, aggressive sales pitches and retention efforts. Would love to see @CRTCeng levy sanctions on them for their numerous unethical practices.

  • LesterZhang Lester (@LesterZhang) reported from Waterloo, Ontario

@Bell_Support Yes, my internet is still unstable, how can I get help, what do you need from me. Thanks.

  • ChrisArnold33 Chris Arnold (@ChrisArnold33) reported from Kitchener, Ontario

@Bell you took two days to install internet and phone into my office. You’ve now taken my main phone line down for 2.5 days just to add voice mail due to a programming error and now sending out a tech. Businesses can’t operate like this! @Bell_Support

  • ishansa Ishan Abeywardena (@ishansa) reported from Kitchener, Ontario

@Bell_Support I have already spoken to your support desk and cancelled my connection request. Shame that @Bell was my first choice. Lesson learned. Moving on.

  • ChrisArnold33 Chris Arnold (@ChrisArnold33) reported from Kitchener, Ontario

@Bell_Support all I wanted to do was add voice to mail to my business phone and you’ve now taken my main phone line down for over 24 hours to do so. How is this a thing?! Support isn’t even sure. No business phone line for over a day because we added voicemail. Unreliable servicd

  • StefanichMatt Matt Stefanich (@StefanichMatt) reported from Kitchener, Ontario

Not happy with @Bell right now. Internet was supposed to be installed LAST Tuesday. Called today and was only notified AFTER CALLING that a contractor would come JULY 24th. Almost a month without service, and I only got an install date after my 3rd call. Seriously...?

  • MisicFitness Sasa Misic (@MisicFitness) reported from Kitchener, Ontario

@Bell_Support is your service down in r Kitchener, ON area? Or is this just me?

  • chevvy786 Abu (@chevvy786) reported from Kitchener, Ontario

@Bell I don't understand how such a large corporation that's been in existence since forever does not understand how to provide decent customer service or a pain free internet set up. Here's to hoping Rogers can beat the extremely low bar you have set.

  • ChrisArnold33 Chris Arnold (@ChrisArnold33) reported from Kitchener, Ontario

More @Bell rants. I’ve now found out from a higher level tech that the lower level techs (three different ones) never put my support through properly. 3 days now without business phone because I added voice mail. Do better @Bell_Support

  • ishansa Ishan Abeywardena (@ishansa) reported from Kitchener, Ontario

Still no internet after two weeks of trying. @Bell sucks! Trying another provider now. Let's see whether I can come out of the dark ages soon.

  • TheJarraCanuck Greg Smith (@TheJarraCanuck) reported from Waterloo, Ontario

Seriously @Bell your service is the absolute worst #bellfibe #raptors AGAIN!!!

@patriciaannmcd2 @bow_en_arrow @globeandmail @Bell @BellMediaPR @Pepperfire I had one go viral. I was at work and had no idea how bad. My daughter deleted the tweet. She called me to let me know. I apologized to those involved. @DinoRancho @freakindelight probably remember.

  • JamieLapointe James Lapointe (@JamieLapointe) reported from Wilmot Centre, Ontario

Bell Canada Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • summersmilliexo Summer💋 (@summersmilliexo) reported

@Bell_Support @ImKables Take responsibility for your company and ****** service and do something about it instead of gaslighting your customers.

  • lilopeka suki tasire (@lilopeka) reported

@Bell Now I know for sure, I will never, ever purchase anything from Bell Canada

  • _tweeeet_ ◽️tweet◽️ (@_tweeeet_) reported

@Bell_Support No. Fix your end. As you can see it is on all browsers, wifi and 5G. Not my end. DM will do zip. I don't think I want to be your customer if everything will be my fault. I suppose I should unplug my computer for 30 seconds and reboot my phone. And my router & restore my phone.

  • BuddyBrennan Buddy Brennan (@BuddyBrennan) reported

Trying to find a great VOIP phone service in Southern Ontario ... tried really hard to go to @Bell (Bell Canada) but after wasting so much time on a chat they told me to call another department! That is really poor customer service but they are too big to care!

  • Rohit4256 Rohit Kumar (@Rohit4256) reported

@Bell Call it as service lag…company who couldn’t do installation in 3 months..

  • tonysevens T. (@tonysevens) reported

I have gone through so many issues with Freedom Mobile in the last 90 days, I can't help but feel this is retaliation for THEIR failures which I called them out on previously. @Rogers @Bell does anyone want my business bad enough to give me the right deal??

  • MandoBrave MandoBrave (@MandoBrave) reported

@RogersBiz No, you can’t, continued outages with no backup solution for small businesses. @bell offers back up solutions even from homes.

  • berniecbbc Bernie MacEachern (@berniecbbc) reported

One thing power outages are good for is to remind us how bad @Bell @Rogers @Telus are failing in providing adequate cell coverage to rural areas. At least NS Power has crews out working when an outage occurs, but Cell cos... its BAU.

  • chigurrh Chigurh (@chigurrh) reported

@LukasReichelSzn @Senators @Bell The team still sucks anyway?

  • PheLibertatis Jean-Michael Belle 🇨🇦 (@PheLibertatis) reported

@Bell Here's the deal, I'll think about giving your company more money after you get around to making some sort of effort to expand your Fibe network to my rural community, a service that ends a mere 1 km or so away up the road and has remained in that state for about a decade.
