I would suggest calling customer retention and explain what a good customer you are. In most cases they will work with you to keep you as a customer. Questions DM me as I have spent way to many hours with Bell.

I’ve spoken to one agent then transferred to “level 2” only to explain my issue again and be told I’ll need to speak to a different “level 2” rep. Been on hold for 36 minutes. Oh and I have to be at the airport in 4 hours.

I have been with them for over 10 years and all original equip and still paying exorbitant $ I hate the process of calling, they absolutely suck and cannot speak directly with mgt.

Bell Fibe TV is working, Bell home phone seems to be working.......Fibe Internet is not working......and my BELL Mobility is working but very slow on my iPhone and cellular iPad . So it’s not working

I have noticed my ability to use cell networks in Ottawa and area seem to have greatly gone down on multiple devices(Apple/android) many friends agree the service has gotten really lousy and slow. Barb Richard (@brichard2014) reported@TheHunterChef @Bell @FibeBell I went through the same thing a couple of months ago. I had to unplug my modem for a few minutes to solve the issue. Just rebooting didn't do anything, took a complete shutdown to resolve the problem.
