I would suggest calling customer retention and explain what a good customer you are. In most cases they will work with you to keep you as a customer. If you don’t remove them without charging me don’t worry I’ll cut them myself and you can deal with the outages that it will cause.

Leo (@Leo71106092) reported@Bell_Support @Bell @Bell_Support lies again. Service repair for a telephone cable issue is now expected to be fixed by May 19th at 10 pm. That puts it at 10 days for 94 yr old who relies on her home phone for communication as well as safety with a life alert system.
