I would suggest calling customer retention and explain what a good customer you are. In most cases they will work with you to keep you as a customer. Questions DM me as I have spent way to many hours with Bell.

Bell Fibe TV is working, Bell home phone seems to be working.......Fibe Internet is not working......and my BELL Mobility is working but very slow on my iPhone and cellular iPad . So it’s not working

They charged me for internet bandwidth which I was never receiving due to their network limitations for 1 yr. I got most of it back via credit but you have to complain.
