  • lieu_days Lu (@lieu_days) reported from Burlington, Ontario

@mssweetmarie @taykmr @Bell_Support @BellFibe @cogeco Hmmmm. They always tell me there is no problem. Maybe haven’t got the right person, or a helpful person.

  • med0475 Mike D (@med0475) reported from Hamilton, Ontario

Wow..@Bell_Support @Bell really sucks at customer loyalty. You’d think they’d be more willing to work with a 45 year customer. . Time to find a new provider for my mom because they sure do not deserve any more of her money. #bell #bellCanada

  • cckan79 Carrie Kan (@cckan79) reported from Burlington, Ontario

@Bell WE NEED HELP. WE HAVE TO WORK FROM HOME. NONE OF OUR SERVICES ARE WORKING.

  • IrishmanShaner Shane Kennedy 🇨🇦 👨🏼‍🍳 🧑🏻‍💻 (@IrishmanShaner) reported from Hamilton, Ontario

What a day. Rough @Bell_Support install of equipment appearently tech support hasn’t been trained on yet, and @StarbucksCanada filled my #latte to 70% so I’m low on fuel.

  • GalahadHoad Galahad Hoad (@GalahadHoad) reported from Hamilton, Ontario

@Bell Smart pay? What a ******* joke. An elderly lady was dumb enough to do give her banking info & was double billed for aprox15yrs & when confronted you magnanimously offered her a year's free service as if that made up 4 15yrs of the double billing. #GreedyBellCanadaSucks 🇨🇦

  • Monster_Truck_ Monster Truck (@Monster_Truck_) reported from Hamilton, Ontario

Never in my worst imagined hellscape could I have conjured up the banality and societal devolution of a @bell and @TikTokCanada backed return of @Much. May Lemmy have mercy on all of us.

  • LadyPolkaroo Lady Polk (@LadyPolkaroo) reported from Hamilton, Ontario

@Bell_Support I looked on the internet and it said there is an outage in several areas around us

  • lieu_days Lu (@lieu_days) reported from Burlington, Ontario

@mssweetmarie @Bell_Support I have the exact same issue with @BellFibe Its so annoying for the kids who are trying to get school work done. They have tested the lines say everything is fine, hello it’s not!!!

  • lieu_days Lu (@lieu_days) reported from Burlington, Ontario

@taykmr @mssweetmarie @Bell_Support @BellFibe I tried to get @cogeco but they said there was no line to my house and never ended up putting one in or setting me up. So seems that no one has good customer service. I wish there were options.

  • ThatGirlOntario Deb 🇨🇦 (@ThatGirlOntario) reported from Burlington, Ontario

@blaufman @louford1 @Bell_Support 👋 For the short time when I lived in Brantford (“The Telephone City” of all places!) I have a few Bell customer support & service horror stories.

  • missussmyff Diane Smyth (@missussmyff) reported from Hamilton, Ontario

New order. Really????? 3 phones with you since 2009 and this is how you treat a customer koodo? Time to check with @Bell @Rogers

  • aspeckledbethy JustBeth (@aspeckledbethy) reported from Hamilton, Ontario

So we're all agreed #BellLetsTalk is just performative horseshit by a multi-billion dollar corporation trying to get PR brownie points and tax write offs? It's ok to not be ok but it's not ok to use serious issues for marketing purposes only. Tsk tsk tsk @Bell

  • asek47 Dr Allison Sekuler 🧠 👁🥁 (@asek47) reported from Hamilton, Ontario

@Bell_Support - tech support said there’s an outage in our area (Westdale #HamOnt). Do you have an ETA on when service will be back on? Folks in our house are trying to teach @McMasterU courses, and do work with companies in Canada and US etc. Others will be in the same position.

  • cckan79 Carrie Kan (@cckan79) reported from Burlington, Ontario

@Bell_Support This isn't directed to those who work for Bell but rather to "the powers that be" @Bell. People are relying on your services for their income and YOU AREN'T PROVIDING SUPPORT. A week with no home services isn't acceptable now.

  • MackHenderson_7 Mack Henderson (@MackHenderson_7) reported from Hamilton, Ontario

You know when you’re Internet provider is stupid when Internet was a good speed during quarantine(No extra fees). Now paying for extra fees(July 1st), it has gotten progressively slower everyday. Hmm.... I think Bell really wants people to leave their Network @Bell_Support

  • med0475 Mike D (@med0475) reported from Hamilton, Ontario

@Bell_Support Get better training for the “highest level of customer service I can speak to”...reward loyalty..and don’t be arrogant. You’re not a monopoly anymore. That’s what you can do

  • gordsmith92 Gord Smith (@gordsmith92) reported from Hamilton, Ontario

@Bell why don’t you have a modem only option for your Bell Fibe customers? Your wifi pods work really well but your Home Hubs are terrible for customers wanting to run their own routers and wifi solutions.

  • treytke Mike T. (@treytke) reported from Burlington, Ontario

@bell_support experiencing an outage New & Wilson in Burlington. Estimated timeline? #desperate

  • Monster_Truck_ Monster Truck (@Monster_Truck_) reported from Hamilton, Ontario

@whytock79 @Bell @startca That’s what I had before. Massive latency. 2-5% packet loss. And they couldn’t fix it.

Bell Canada Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • jk_wallace James K Wallace (@jk_wallace) reported

@Bell doing a good job pissing off people this week. First you take a bunch of gov't aid you didn't need, then you just stomp out @CJAD800 cuz what, you can't pay them??? Actually wish I was a customer so I could call and cancel. But I knew you were a bunch of asshats long ago.

  • SomeRandomRob Some Random Rob (@SomeRandomRob) reported

@TekSavvyBuzz @Bell Everyone piling on poor @AndyRichter for some reason! Leave the guy alone! 🧖🏼

  • RealAndreDumais Andre Dumais🇨🇦 (@RealAndreDumais) reported

@brianvendramin @Bell is this a good time to point out that this souleless company took $122M of COVID money, yet made tons of profit. Behind insurance companies and banks, Bell is the worst.

  • BuddyBrennan Buddy Brennan (@BuddyBrennan) reported

@bell.ca makes starting a business next to impossible !!! Maybe its time for the government to step in and do something . $89 -3yr term W/ $25 CANCEL RATE/ $169 no contract. We do not know if we the new business will last ! SOMEBODY HELP SMALL BUSINESSES. TIME FOR BELL TO GO

  • milem22 Michele Lemire (@milem22) reported

@wewebb @TekSavvyBuzz @Bell Actually when all the stores had to close due to lock down, yes they had to let people go. Also, they had to limit technicians visits on installation and repair, so they were also let go. In order to maintain service they had to equip their employees for teleworking.

  • GrampsRusta Russ Brooks (@GrampsRusta) reported

@TekSavvyBuzz @Bell Why are the Canadian banks who have made billions not helping out. The pennies they are offering as loans are not for small businesses. They are making it difficult to even gain access. I am sure they will help the good friends, big business and rich corporations.

  • RayBayliss2 Ray Bayliss (@RayBayliss2) reported

@Bell time to get new customer service reps. The ones in the chat live have no clue what they're doing & didn't help a bit.

  • crod Cláudio Rodrigues (@crod) reported

Really funny that companies like @Bell do not have a way (or interest) in beating what the competition offers. Called them, saying I want to move four (4) wireless devices to their network. They cannot give me anything that even matches the competition. CAD 4000 a year lost...

  • NPayneEditor Nancy Payne (@NPayneEditor) reported

Three and a half hours on the phone with @Xplornet including a call dropped by @bell_support after an hour on hold. Nothing solved. Too late to reach the service company today. I live in southern Ontario minutes from a town of 20,000. This is the digital divide.
