Gord Smith (@gordsmith92) reported from Hamilton, Ontario@Bell why don’t you have a modem only option for your Bell Fibe customers? Your wifi pods work really well but your Home Hubs are terrible for customers wanting to run their own routers and wifi solutions.
-
Carrie Kan (@cckan79) reported from Burlington, Ontario@Bell_Support This isn't directed to those who work for Bell but rather to "the powers that be" @Bell. People are relying on your services for their income and YOU AREN'T PROVIDING SUPPORT. A week with no home services isn't acceptable now.
-
Diane Smyth (@missussmyff) reported from Hamilton, OntarioNew order. Really????? 3 phones with you since 2009 and this is how you treat a customer koodo? Time to check with @Bell @Rogers

Dr Allison Sekuler 🧠 👁🥁 (@asek47) reported from Hamilton, Ontario@Bell_Support - tech support said there’s an outage in our area (Westdale #HamOnt). Do you have an ETA on when service will be back on? Folks in our house are trying to teach @McMasterU courses, and do work with companies in Canada and US etc. Others will be in the same position.

Kristin Roe (@Kristin_Roe) reported from Hamilton, Ontario@Bell would love to figure out how you are going to support your customers who lost several minutes of coverage throughout the Raptors game last night. Currently I’m on hold with @Bell_Support and no one seems to know anything.

Galahad Hoad (@GalahadHoad) reported from Hamilton, Ontario@Bell Smart pay? What a ******* joke. An elderly lady was dumb enough to do give her banking info & was double billed for aprox15yrs & when confronted you magnanimously offered her a year's free service as if that made up 4 15yrs of the double billing. #GreedyBellCanadaSucks 🇨🇦
-

Lu (@lieu_days) reported from Burlington, Ontario@taykmr @mssweetmarie @Bell_Support @BellFibe I tried to get @cogeco but they said there was no line to my house and never ended up putting one in or setting me up. So seems that no one has good customer service. I wish there were options.

-
Monster Truck (@Monster_Truck_) reported from Hamilton, Ontario@Bell is quite literally the worst company in Canada. No one is more anti consumer and money/power driven. Any time you can choose an alternative you should do so. @startca @TekSavvyBuzz or any other 3rd party reseller will treat you better and give you better options.
-
Mike D (@med0475) reported from Hamilton, OntarioWow..@Bell_Support @Bell really sucks at customer loyalty. You’d think they’d be more willing to work with a 45 year customer. . Time to find a new provider for my mom because they sure do not deserve any more of her money. #bell #bellCanada
