I would suggest calling customer retention and explain what a good customer you are. In most cases they will work with you to keep you as a customer. Freedom wireless is where it is at if you want to save money, (as long as you live in a region with it) Rogers uses 3rd party call centers in India and other nations as well. While charging you premium prices.
