Bell Fibe TV is working, Bell home phone seems to be working.......Fibe Internet is not working......and my BELL Mobility is working but very slow on my iPhone and cellular iPad ....so it’s not normal or fixed....

I would suggest calling customer retention and explain what a good customer you are. In most cases they will work with you to keep you as a customer. Questions DM me as I have spent way to many hours with Bell.

I have been with them for over 10 years and all original equip and still paying exorbitant $ I hate the process of calling, they absolutely suck and cannot speak directly with mgt.

Two or three times a year now, I'll have Bell sales people come to my door trying to convince me to switch back. They're wasting their time, and mine, even if they were to offer me free service. She is telling me to do the same thing over and over and said she can’t send a technician! I’m about to switch to another provider if you can’t solve this problem!!
