@Bell Hi after 40min in the phone on the phone no help at all! but you will be raising my rate without my consent $3 & $5 more per month! You also double charged me $8 per day for being in the USA and $12 for being in Mexico for the exact same day!

@Bell also thanks for charging me for my internet during the black out in Ottawa Sept 2018! And being rude to me on the phone when I asked to be credit for the days without service! I’m so glad I’m a 20 year customer! Oh and let’s not forget the round the minuet charge ups!

It’s now been an hour dealing with @Bell_Support. I’ve spoken to one agent then transferred to “level 2” only to explain my issue again and be told I’ll need to speak to a different “level 2” rep. Been on hold for 36 minutes. Oh and I have to be at the airport in 4 hours.

@Bell_Support I was with your cc team four times today. The last two calls were for 40 mins each. I dont think I have the patience to repeat all of it again. I am hopeful people see my tweets before they get your internet service and not get it.
