Not cool @Bell To avoid a wasteful delivery I never asked for I have to give you my name address and phone number. Not cool.

I would suggest calling customer retention and explain what a good customer you are. In most cases they will work with you to keep you as a customer. Questions DM me as I have spent way to many hours with Bell.

So if I switched my ‘net to @Bell does that mean I could receive paper billing if I cancel a service that is one of your criteria?

Pretending to ride in on white horse going "WELL ACTUALLY!" doesn't help. I gave up using Bell in favor of the slightly less horrid Telus, and at least I can get service when I call them. Hell, even that reply sounds like it was AI written. I have zero faith in your company left, and at 41 I hold a long grudge. It would take something significant to change my mind, after the hell you caused me.

We stopped all my elderly mother's Bell services, sent back the equipment, but they continued to charge her via a pre-authorized agreement. They told us they would do nothing and told us to buy a Fire Stick. Which wouldn't work as we cast to the streamer. So we aren't getting what we paid for.
