Understand Bell expects it to be up and running in the next hour so. And yes - message should change so new customers don’t go messing with their passwords.

So if I switched my ‘net to @Bell does that mean I could receive paper billing if I cancel a service that is one of your criteria?

You also double charged me $8 per day for being in the USA and $12 for being in Mexico for the exact same day!

Many of us signed up based on a specific monthly price. Instead of raising rates, Bell should be rewarding loyal customers.
