I would suggest calling customer retention and explain what a good customer you are. In most cases they will work with you to keep you as a customer. I have noticed my ability to use cell networks in Ottawa and area seem to have greatly gone down on multiple devices(Apple/android) many friends agree the service has gotten really lousy and slow. Talk and scroll almost impossible now
