I'd like to encourage more tows like Toronto does. Toronto towed a constant FedEx scofflaw. So ticket plus tow plus impound plus customer refunds for missing delivery deadlines equals mucho buckos.

I would suggest calling customer retention and explain what a good customer you are. In most cases they will work with you to keep you as a customer. Appointment was made at store level by Sales person on the phone to Appointment desk. Yes, between 8 and 12. Up early...waited..no show. We had to go back to @Bell because @Rogers took 2 months to call us to say did we want someone to come out to assess the problem, with the contract we signed up in march or cancel the order. We kind of had enough. Missing out on the stanley cup games , my only regret.

A tech in the neighborhood told at least the end of next week. Can’t even speak to someone because they say they are aware - then give a fake date to be fixed.
