I have been with them for over 10 years and all original equip and still paying exorbitant $ I hate the process of calling, they absolutely suck and cannot speak directly with mgt.

I would suggest calling customer retention and explain what a good customer you are. In most cases they will work with you to keep you as a customer. They couldn't find our account in their system. Odd. They can always find us when it's time to pay. 3 trips to Bell before we got the router. Still no internet.

We call again and have to file another claim. Someone hacked our account and ordered a phone, using bells terms and authentication.
