Never heard of waiting this long to fix a single broken wire. Glad I have my Internet with @bell #scarry

The 'Hydro Related - Plant On' outage means there's currently no power in the neighbourhood where our plant is; so we cannot distribute Cogeco services. If the ETA is always one-hour-out, it means the hydro company has not provided us an ETA to pass along as-of-yet.
