Only thing that works on the network is my Firestick. I’ve reset the modem as well, nothing worked! Thanks in advance

They can take ownership of the situation but refuse to do so. It feels punitive for having chosen a reseller, who incidentally provides fantastic customer care.

This is quite unusual. Is there network maintenance going on or something?

I will let you know if I go down that route.

hockeynut (@snowmanonfire) reported@cogeco the worst internet service pods that you have to pay for barely give you 10mb of 1 tB available it’s a joke I have to use my mobile cellular to watch Netflix on my tv I create a hotspot with it. The pods are garbage which is an understatement.

Was on the phone with Support between 3:30 4:45 this AM and was told there’s a problem in the area. I don’t mind calling Support again; internet’s been down for about 12 hours.
