But the crazy thing is that this new modem is known to have problems and yet they still sell and install them!

At 10pm called in to @Execulink and they say they have no reported issues on their end and suspect a @cogeco line issue that hasn't been reported to them by Cogeco. I’ve been sitting home waiting again. Hours have been wasted on this this week. And no internet since Tuesday.

And if you live in lower Hamilton you can’t get Bell or Rogers
