But the crazy thing is that this new modem is known to have problems and yet they still sell and install them!

At 10pm called in to @Execulink and they say they have no reported issues on their end and suspect a @cogeco line issue that hasn't been reported to them by Cogeco. There are rules on the books now but they have you got around and around leading nowhere. This is why we need competition up here for the 3 big suppliers to shake in their boots.

But even the cogeco awards was only a photo of Fran/ Hudson, so why not Fran/RGK? For that one and HudCon for this one? Their pr team really are Ffing up so badly!
