At 10pm called in to @Execulink and they say they have no reported issues on their end and suspect a @cogeco line issue that hasn't been reported to them by Cogeco. We were troubleshooting a long list of reasons for outage that would have been known if Cogeco let Execulink know about outage!

But the crazy thing is that this new modem is known to have problems and yet they still sell and install them!
