At 10pm called in to @Execulink and they say they have no reported issues on their end and suspect a @cogeco line issue that hasn't been reported to them by Cogeco. Dufferin is doing the construction and its corner of Agincourt Cres and Canterbury Drive!!!!! Out Internet has been down for more than one day and I have a university student here

We were troubleshooting a long list of reasons for outage that would have been known if Cogeco let Execulink know about outage!

They’ve stolen from her in the past too, absolute scum of the earth.

But the crazy thing is that this new modem is known to have problems and yet they still sell and install them!

After days of multiple calls and even a technician visit, no one has been able to fix the issue to provide at least a decent, stable internet connection. STAY AWAY FROM COGECO!
