@cogecohelps Our Execulink Internet service out since approximately 4pm. At 10pm called in to @Execulink and they say they have no reported issues on their end and suspect a @cogeco line issue that hasn't been reported to them by Cogeco. Is there any info you can provide? #BurlON

@Execulink @cogecohelps @cogeco My biggest question is why Execulink relies on Cogeco owned lines? 2nd question is why Cogeco doesn't inform Execulink when there is a service outage? We were troubleshooting a long list of reasons for outage that would have been known if Cogeco let Execulink know about outage!

@the905guy @frizzle71849160 @cogeco That is the dumbest take. We paid for a service, they are failing to provide that service. Questioning about a discount or refund seems pretty reasonable when they can't even keep their service running, let alone at the speed that was advertised and agreed upon.

@cogeco guys, you MUST update your website for the outage. The phone IVR tells you there is an outage but nowhere online does it mention. As a former Cogeco employee, this is an ongoing issue that still hasn't been fixed since my tenure.
