But the crazy thing is that this new modem is known to have problems and yet they still sell and install them!

I called technical support to ask if there is any way around keeping the Arris modem in operation. Call was at 15:54 for 6 minutes if you want to listen to it. I had to repeat myself. Agent was clueless and useless

They’ve stolen from her in the past too, absolute scum of the earth.

I’ve been sitting home waiting again. Hours have been wasted on this this week. And no internet since Tuesday.

Netflix, 407 ETR and Amazon all send a courtesy email advising that “credit card ending 1234 is soon to expire..” 20 year loyal customer dinged $25 NSF because I forgot to update my cc expiry. Poor form Cogeco.
