Only thing that works on the network is my Firestick. Iβve reset the modem as well, nothing worked! Thanks in advance

I called technical support to ask if there is any way around keeping the Arris modem in operation. Call was at 15:54 for 6 minutes if you want to listen to it. I had to repeat myself. Not only are there no humans to pick up the call, but the recorded messages they play while on hold are computer generated and mis-pronounce both βwi-fiβ and the name of the company itself.
