  @cogeco that’s two days in a row that the service is out at 230pm. Is this an overloading issue? The quality of connection has been an issue for too long now. Switching to fibre optic might be necessary if your fibre coaxial system can’t handle the load. Or is it server based?

Tired of paying $$$ for bad service & you blaming "planned maintenance" but ur website states no maint'ce happening. Been customer here for 25 years and losing patience.
