We were troubleshooting a long list of reasons for outage that would have been known if Cogeco let Execulink know about outage!

I called technical support to ask if there is any way around keeping the Arris modem in operation. Call was at 15:54 for 6 minutes if you want to listen to it. I had to repeat myself. I had the engineer here yesterday and another one last week. We can just go on and on, itβs something outside my house. Down to you sorry

Only thing that works on the network is my Firestick. Iβve reset the modem as well, nothing worked! Thanks in advance

Bell Canada is the worst of the worst with Cogeco and Rogers close behind. They render only services they have to give while controlling what we see.
