    @cogeco Just a heads up after the storm. Tree has taken out lines in my neighbours backyard and tore down our cable line for TV and Internet. PM for address as I know your phone line is very busy (to be expected)

    Years using internet services in two different countries and the guys from @cogeco and support team has the best customer service until now so far !

    @cogeco our internet line has been cut due to construction on our street!!! Dufferin is doing the construction and its corner of Agincourt Cres and Canterbury Drive!!!!! Out Internet has been down for more than one day and I have a university student here

    @cogecohelps Our Execulink Internet service out since approximately 4pm. At 10pm called in to @Execulink and they say they have no reported issues on their end and suspect a @cogeco line issue that hasn't been reported to them by Cogeco. Is there any info you can provide? #BurlON

    Hey @Bell I have had internet issues for three days now!! Whenever I call your tech support people will look into my modem and say everythingโ€™s fine. One minute my speed is lightning, and then itโ€™s gone. My cameras cut out, my alarm wonโ€™t work, but they refuse to do anything! This is why I left you before for @cogeco and Iโ€™m about ready to do it again!!!

    @CanucksFirst1 @cogecohelps @cogeco We had Rogerโ€™s doing this **** awhile ago they came at 8:45 at night I was at work my wife was there alone dude asked her where I was and if he could come in I called them and lost it and they told me there allowed to door knock till 11pm I said if you ever come back Itโ€™s over.

And I am happy to see that your instincts mostly checkout :) : $QBR-B: ๐ŸŸข OPTIMAL | Quality 85, Opportunity 80. P/FFO 8.7x, ND/EBITDA 2.9x, 11.8% dividend CAGR. The model loves this one - Quality 85 is significantly higher than BCE (57) or Telus (58). The 2.2% yield is light, but total shareholder yield is 3.79% with buybacks. $CCA: ๐ŸŸ  CAUTION | Quality 45, Opportunity 70. Yield 6.38%, P/FFO 1.5x. The $2.2B impairment on the U.S. segment (Breezeline) is flagged as a permanent structural problem, not temporary. The algorithm sees the value but doesn't trust the moat. The BCE management trust point is well taken. "The dividend is safe" โ†’ 42% cut a year later is exactly the kind of credibility gap no quantitative model captures.     @cogecohelps Absolutely no help in dm either. Phone disconnected after an hour of waiting for customer service. My 84 year old mother is now crying and beyond frustrated to see if her service has been canceled. Ask for a phone call cogeco wont do it. She was with cogeco 39yrs

    @LaciMarieKnight The CRTC controls all in Canada & creates regional monopolies , allowing companies to continue giving poor service at high prices. Bell Canada is the worst of the worst with Cogeco and Rogers close behind. They render only services they have to give while controlling what we see.

    @cogeco Some of you would remember this from when I lost my **** because of cable bill and others I lost over 1,345 from my bank account being on low income I had to go and ask around for us polices where backing me up not TD police even said closed your bank account many had problems
