@Bell_Support I’m new costumer I’ve been waiting a week for cable & wifi installation. contacted costumer service and what I got as a answer was “if you are not happy you can cancel you order” i will and go back with cogeco at least they’re nice ppl thanks !

@peggy_blair @FireAndIce48 I feel exactly the same way. Cogeco the exact same bs! It infuriates me. My mother's bill in one year went up 89%! I refuse to pay for cable, I have antenna tv, use locally owned internet provider with awesome service & a streaming service. These companies don't care about you.

@cogeco @cogecohelps Cogeco customer care is so hopeless, it has a 1000 options to select and once you somehow by pass to get to an agent they say reset modem and hang up via automated voice. Seriously!! I’ve had no internet since a day now and no one cares!

@cogecohelps wasting time trying to get to a customer service agent seems to be a normal part of the Cogeco Experience. We have periods of impossible to watch EPICO TV daily because of lack of bandwidth and signal drops. Will soon be going back to Bell Fibe unless we can ../2
