@cogeco Thank you 🙏 I use Cogeco internet and enjoy your service. Otherwise I don’t get why Cogeco contractors hang the cable lines everywhere like spider webs. Dynes road is an example of this type of Cogeco handy work.

Fyi #HamOnt Cogeco is currently experiencing no service with the TV and internet services on JOHN ST S in HAMILTON. Technicians are working diligently to restore your service(s) and a follow-up message will be sent when the outage has been resolved.

The company should be proactive about this consider you can see everyone who's affected. I'll be switching companies in Feburary.
