They’ve stolen from her in the past too, absolute scum of the earth.

At 10pm called in to @Execulink and they say they have no reported issues on their end and suspect a @cogeco line issue that hasn't been reported to them by Cogeco. But the crazy thing is that this new modem is known to have problems and yet they still sell and install them!
