@cogeco Thank you 🙏 I use Cogeco internet and enjoy your service. Otherwise I don’t get why Cogeco contractors hang the cable lines everywhere like spider webs. Dynes road is an example of this type of Cogeco handy work.

@cogecohelps It is utterly stupid. Your internet is down so you can't look it up. You give your pin an address with postal code. It is the most ridiculous policy I have ever experienced. By the way, I have called you five times and still have the same problem. I am at my limit with Cogeco.

So cogeco is down Imagine if the monopoly of phone/ internet services ended. US $50 get unlimited data / North American calling on a phone. You could work off my phone. @JustinTrudeau @PierrePoilievre this should be a focus on the next election.

@cogeco hi I dropped off my equipment last week to Canada Post office to be returned but only tracking info shows logged in at post office and “unexpected delay” under delivery date. I’ve initiated a service ticket but not heard anything. Can you help?
