I called technical support to ask if there is any way around keeping the Arris modem in operation. Call was at 15:54 for 6 minutes if you want to listen to it. I had to repeat myself. Your customer service chat drops and we have to start all over, it’s impossible to talk to anyone (such a poor connection on your end that they ended the call). This is atrocious for what people pay.
