    @Bell I’m new costumer I’ve been waiting a week for cable & wifi installation. contacted costumer service and what I got as a answer was “if you are not happy you can cancel you order” i will and go back with cogeco at least they’re nice ppl thanks !

    @taykmr @mssweetmarie @Bell_Support @BellFibe I tried to get @cogeco but they said there was no line to my house and never ended up putting one in or setting me up. So seems that no one has good customer service. I wish there were options.

    @cogeco Hi Jodi... called about 10x.... had a technician out he said a crew would be out to fix things two days ago. We havent had TV, Internet or Phone working since last Thurs! I want to see!!! 🚐🚧⚒

    Fyi #HamOnt Cogeco is currently experiencing no service with the TV and internet services on JOHN ST S in HAMILTON. Technicians are working diligently to restore your service(s) and a follow-up message will be sent when the outage has been resolved.

    @cogeco Thanks! Your website was showing the outage, so that is really weird! It came back up at about 2:15 pm.

    @chrissanislo @DonJonescu @cogecohelps I've been with Cogeco since original Sopranos HBO start. I do like the options and usually service... I have always supported but I just want to know what the issues are. I've had outrages several times this month. Concerns me. I need my internet.

    @Execulink @cogecohelps @cogeco My biggest question is why Execulink relies on Cogeco owned lines? 2nd question is why Cogeco doesn't inform Execulink when there is a service outage? We were troubleshooting a long list of reasons for outage that would have been known if Cogeco let Execulink know about outage!

    @cogecohelps Our Execulink Internet service out since approximately 4pm. At 10pm called in to @Execulink and they say they have no reported issues on their end and suspect a @cogeco line issue that hasn't been reported to them by Cogeco. Is there any info you can provide? #BurlON

    @cogeco I have 1 box is shut down, rebooting has not helped. Just says “this channel available shortly”, also another box doing same thing but I shut off for 2 mins it comes back

    @cogeco Thank you 🙏 I use Cogeco internet and enjoy your service. Otherwise I don’t get why Cogeco contractors hang the cable lines everywhere like spider webs. Dynes road is an example of this type of Cogeco handy work.

    Service out & u have to fight to get a dollar back. Go to 'new arrival'section & MANY movies are locked??!! Wtf. They want you to pay for subscriptions. Outdated movies on cable so youll to pay for apps. scam. Bill is astronomical & service sucks. @cogeco

    Hi @Cogeco, could you please confirm whether evening phone support for existing-account and billing issues has been discontinued? It appears customers can still call in the evening to purchase new services, but not to deal with an existing account. Is that correct?

    @ArfinNathaniel @cogeco Maybe that wasn't an Air cooled DC, maybe it was bigger than what's proposed, but these things create a lot of light pollution and noise pollution, so I think people are right to be concerned if they're being built close enough for that to become an issue for the residents

And I am happy to see that your instincts mostly checkout :) : $QBR-B: 🟢 OPTIMAL | Quality 85, Opportunity 80. P/FFO 8.7x, ND/EBITDA 2.9x, 11.8% dividend CAGR. The model loves this one - Quality 85 is significantly higher than BCE (57) or Telus (58). The 2.2% yield is light, but total shareholder yield is 3.79% with buybacks. $CCA: 🟠 CAUTION | Quality 45, Opportunity 70. Yield 6.38%, P/FFO 1.5x. The $2.2B impairment on the U.S. segment (Breezeline) is flagged as a permanent structural problem, not temporary. The algorithm sees the value but doesn't trust the moat. The BCE management trust point is well taken. "The dividend is safe" → 42% cut a year later is exactly the kind of credibility gap no quantitative model captures.     Can someone please help us.I have a injured knee and Tati has been seen at the clinic for strep throat I also don’t have a working phone and Cogeco has made a ticket and doesn’t know why I cannot walk home.I scrounged change to get here and I’m glad I did as she has strep. 😭
