Tom Broen 🛤☘️ (@tombroen) reported from Hamilton, Ontario@JohnFurrToronto @cogeco @BellFibe A friend of mine knows someone I’m not sure what the company is but the thing about Cogeco I hate is that they’re charging cable prices but they’re streaming service is terrible with hardly anything available. And if you live in lower Hamilton you can’t get Bell or Rogers

Tom Broen 🛤☘️ (@tombroen) reported from Hamilton, Ontario@JohnFurrToronto @cogeco @BellFibe Yes it’s interesting because when you go to the CTV app it will allow you to sign in with every other cable company in the country except Cogeco. Suggest a certain amount of contempt for their customers imho 😐

Patrice Castagner (@patricecastagne) reported from Burlington, Ontario@hudsonsbay you are not the company you use to be!!!! You just lost my $500+order and will be closing my account. You are as difficult to deal with as @cogeco - you share the same customer service traits!!!! Moving on!!!!
-
Jennifer Gould (@msjengould) reported from Hamilton, Ontario@cogecohelps What is the phone number for customer service? The phone number provided on your website 18662614447 is “not in service”. Cogeco has been extremely frustrating to deal with this week.
-
Scott Mills 🇨🇦 (@GraffitiBMXCop) reported from Burlington, Ontario@Execulink @cogecohelps @cogeco My biggest question is why Execulink relies on Cogeco owned lines? 2nd question is why Cogeco doesn't inform Execulink when there is a service outage? We were troubleshooting a long list of reasons for outage that would have been known if Cogeco let Execulink know about outage!

Tricia Robson (@robson_tri87484) reportedSo over service from @cogeco. Constantly have to restart/update just to get the TV to work. The price is getting ridiculous, they give you offers say its good for so long but no not true. should not have to keep calling to adjust. Loyal customer for years but time to move on.
-
Justin Smith (@JustinSmith1087) reported@cogecohelps In other words, what can I do because @cogeco goes down so often, which takes me offline, which costs me a lot of money and reputation??? And I can't even reach you on the phone, or I'd be asking there. It's pretty gross service... Feels disrespectful.
-
Jeremy- Now what? (@Bubba_76) reported@TSN_Sports Too bad @cogeco **** the bed today I would have loved to have watched it
-
Scott Dillon (@dillon4412) reported@cogecohelps Why are you making this so hard? I live a hour and half from Detroit. I want to get the Detroit feed every night. Cogeco for some reason never puts on the Detroit feed. I know it is not Rogers's fault. The one night I complained. Cogeco during the game flipped to the Detroit feed
-
Steve Pipes (@steve_pipes) reportedSigned up for 2Gbps service from @cogeco this morning! Was done very conveniently online through their chat service and had the modem in 2 hours! Got home and set it up and only have 1Gbps! Now I have been on the phone with 3 agents who can’t help! @cogecohelps #help
-
Dom (@Dom_Posts) reported@MinorityFinge @blunt_always @andyalbertan For 1Gbs internet with Bell my family was at one point being quoted 112$ ans that was in the full bundle. Cogeco gave us 50$ for the same thing. Bell has better infrastructure but if a new customer goes to get their 1Gbs it only costs about 60$. Both have discount brands
-
Griff0n (@_griff0n) reportedI helped my parents switch internet away from @cogeco because of the slow upload speed. Fifty megabits per second upload is slow. Seven months after switching to a competitor, a contracted technician with no signage on his van was rude and cut my father's two coaxial cables outside instead of unscrewing theirs and left almost a meter of coaxial on the line at the road. A month later, two Cogeco sales men showed up at supper time were audibly annoyed while asking why we switched to a competitor and offered "the highest speed" and did not want to say if the upload speed is close to a thousand megabits per second.
-
Robyn (@robynsmills) reported@cogeco why do you charge an arm and a leg for services that crash CONSTANTLY?! Each time an issue comes up… you increase your prices….
-
Jenny 🇨🇦 (@jennylee198) reportedAnyone else in Hamilton having internet issues? #Cogeco
-
Ted McIntyre (@Tedbits) reportedSo what did you do on Easter Sunday? We've spent the entire day trying to get cell phone service transferred back to @Virgin from @cogeco after the switchover last week left my wife unable to see group texts. So much fun.
