@Execulink @cogecohelps @cogeco My biggest question is why Execulink relies on Cogeco owned lines? 2nd question is why Cogeco doesn't inform Execulink when there is a service outage? We were troubleshooting a long list of reasons for outage that would have been known if Cogeco let Execulink know about outage!

So I waited to find it was a bogus ticket number. Opened another to find guy it was rejected due to operator error. The third guy gave a ****, it now works.

@philliphodgson Hi Philip. I can check for sure. Looks like we do have an outage in St. Catharine's. I'm not sure what the issue is just yet, but I can tell you there is a team working on the resolution. It should be fixed shortly #Cogeco #Alisha
