    @cogeco Hi Karen, following up with this- quite literally every day for the past week at around 9:15-930 I have lost internet service for approximately one hour until the situation seemingly resolves itself. This is quite unusual. Is there network maintenance going on or something?

    @cogecohelps What is the phone number for customer service? The phone number provided on your website 18662614447 is โ€œnot in serviceโ€. Cogeco has been extremely frustrating to deal with this week.

    @cogeco, the Food Network channel is unwatchable due to freezing and pixelation and has been for several weeks now. Can you please place a credit on my account because of this? I'm paying for something I can't watch, frustrating!

    @cogecohelps I did. They did a reset. Told me to check in 10 min. Speed still around 40. Now I have to call tech support again. I LOVE another day of this garbage @cogeco @cogecohelps

    @Execulink @cogecohelps @cogeco My biggest question is why Execulink relies on Cogeco owned lines? 2nd question is why Cogeco doesn't inform Execulink when there is a service outage? We were troubleshooting a long list of reasons for outage that would have been known if Cogeco let Execulink know about outage!

    @hudsonsbay you are not the company you use to be!!!! You just lost my $500+order and will be closing my account. You are as difficult to deal with as @cogeco - you share the same customer service traits!!!! Moving on!!!!

    @JohnFurrToronto @cogeco @BellFibe Yes itโ€™s interesting because when you go to the CTV app it will allow you to sign in with every other cable company in the country except Cogeco. Suggest a certain amount of contempt for their customers imho ๐Ÿ˜

    Terrible @cogeco experience Internet keeps dropping, tech has been out equipment exchanged etc issue continues, now itโ€™s a โ€˜known issueโ€™ and the solution is to downgrade my internet and wait upto 3 days with no internet while they send me another modem!!

    @KNugent4118 @Rogers @RogersHelps We have had Rogers for cell service for almost 24 years but left Bell for Cogeco for internet. I wish I could say Iโ€™m happy with either one. Make sure they credit you for time and services lost.

    @cogecohelps @cogeco I called Cogeco before about some issue. When I got a call back I was driving my car! Hardly useful. Yes they renewed a backyard cable (which should have been checked on installation!). I guess you get what you pay for

    @cogeco @cogecohelps Cogeco customer care is so hopeless, it has a 1000 options to select and once you somehow by pass to get to an agent they say reset modem and hang up via automated voice. Seriously!! Iโ€™ve had no internet since a day now and no one cares!

    @MulbearA @CTVNews THIS THIS THIS @cogeco does the same thing. They let you think you're locking in the price on a 2 year contract then when they raise your bill they THEN tell you it's the promotion you locked in. No competition & the CRTC allows these deceitful ******* to get away with this ****.
