    @cogeco Thank you πŸ™ I use Cogeco internet and enjoy your service. Otherwise I don’t get why Cogeco contractors hang the cable lines everywhere like spider webs. Dynes road is an example of this type of Cogeco handy work.

    @moi1975 No we have TekSavvy for internet. It was Cogeco that we were with that caused us to be down for 2 months and never got resolved so we left all services with Cogeco.

    I am absolutely dumbstruck at the service from @cogeco and @cogecohelps They haven’t shown up AGAIN for an installation appointment for internet. I’ve been sitting home waiting again. Hours have been wasted on this this week. And no internet since Tuesday.

    @BradleyMTOR @Media371 @cogeco @cogecohelps No kidding, they cut our service off completely today and said it would cost me the couple hundred owed, plus 150, for reconnection. I asked about that statement on their website. I was told that they know nothing about it. And pay up

    @cogeco @cogecohelps Cogeco customer care is so hopeless, it has a 1000 options to select and once you somehow by pass to get to an agent they say reset modem and hang up via automated voice. Seriously!! I’ve had no internet since a day now and no one cares!

    @cogeco raised my monthly invoice right out of the blue by $50. Poor service and pathetic customer support. Called to cancel and they only work 9 to 5 from Monday to Friday. These people should be taken to code or causing misery to their customers.
