  @cogeco @cogecohelps Cogeco customer care is so hopeless, it has a 1000 options to select and once you somehow by pass to get to an agent they say reset modem and hang up via automated voice. Seriously!! I’ve had no internet since a day now and no one cares!

  @cogeco raised my monthly invoice right out of the blue by $50. Poor service and pathetic customer support. Called to cancel and they only work 9 to 5 from Monday to Friday. These people should be taken to code or causing misery to their customers.
