@cogeco I got tech support by phone and they promise service will be restored by 2:30. I hope so because my job requires internet acesss.

@cogeco Thanks for the reply. I won’t bother calling tech support & waiting forever. Still no tweet yet about the outage. These tools help reduce the number of calls, use them.

@cogecohelps @cogeco I only cancelled my service because I moved to an area you don't cover. The staff on the phone kindly cut the cancellation fee in half but that was all they could do. I'm still charged $112.50. This was not my choice.

@cogeco absolutely terrible service. I have called into your call centre twice now and got horrible service from your reps. I have asked to speak with a manger twice and both times I was hung up one. Brutal

@cogecohelps Anyone know why I’m unable to log in to stream @Sportsnet through my Cogeco account? Getting various errors such as the login page freezing/not loading properly, TVERR500 error, XML error, or “subscription not found” error. Internet is working fine otherwise. Thanks!

My internet connection during my class in Thursday afternoons is brutal, and I have a feeling its definitely because Cogeco has the most traffic during this time of day. Didn't have this issue at all last semester. I wonder if schools going more online has anything to do with it

Surely it’s easier, faster, fewer customers calling/on hold, less frustration to just tweet or post online that you’re having a system outage for a certain area... My goodness - even Cogeco can manage that...
