@cogeco turns out I may need some help... tech came, couldn’t install our new internet service due to some damaged line (totally understandable!). I called today to get an updated ETA on repair/install and they told me 5-10 business days 😳

Well @cogeco @cogecohelps and #YQG #cogeco customers: There is an outage. Unfortunately Cogeco website not updated. Nothing on twitter. No way to msg on Twitter and no response to my tweet. I had to find out from Shaun in a chat - wow, not good. #internet

@cogeco It’s blacked out in my area. I don’t think it’s a fixable issue. It just doesn’t make sense that Shaw can show it in this area and Cogeco can’t.

Hey @cogeco How is a channel I pay for (TSN2) blacked out in my area (Windsor,ON), but someone with Shaw can get it without issue in Maidstone, ON. I can drive there in ten minutes. This is ridiculous.

@cogecohelps @cogeco No it is bullfighting. The match is airing on this network in the us and this is supposed to be the us broadcast but it isnt and ive had to subscribe to something else in order to watch it, after already switching my channels on cogeco in order to watch it earlier. Frustrating.
