I have been noticing an issue with your Arris DCX525 boxes messing up CEC and HDMI-ARC on all makes and models of modern TV's. I work in the service industry and am not a Cogeco customer. Wendy Stafford (@WendyStafford14) reported@cogeco Not just Epico were impacted, my normal service was also. During the Grey Cup, screen would go completely black on numerous occasions, pixelated every 30 to 40 seconds. Tried calling tech support to no avail.Can you not handle the customer demand?
