@ShartyMcWaffles @cogeco Hi there. I get your frustration. Silly question. How is it @cogeco fault if someone doesn't call Ontario One Call before digging? Or there is a vehicle accident that takes out infrastructure? At least they are trying to fix the issue and alerting us to the issue.

@cogeco i hope it's repaired fast however in my experience with Cogeco if an outage happens on a Friday it won't be repaired until at least Monday

@cogeco Do you prorate credits $$ a customer was given due to lack of service when they leave in the middle of a billing cycle? I did not get it back in full.

@cogeco So to clarify you have a single cable providing service from Hawksbury to Deep River? That’s over a thousand square kilometres! Nearly 400km by highway! All served by a single cable?!? Please at least try to make the excuses sound plausible.

@cogeco can you please fix your wifi services. Literally been 2 weeks and it keeps disconnecting from the internet all the time. A cogeco employee even came to take a look yesterday and said "everything is perfectly fine" but we get disconnected every ******* 10 minutes still?

@cogeco Why can we not go longer than a couple of weeks without our service being interrupted around here? Makes Rogers and Bell look more appealing every day.
