    @BoehlerVaughan @Rogers That's the problem with Canada allowing a monopoly on communication/digital services. You, in a more rural area have little choice. Mind you, same here with Cogeco. But I don't have an issue with Cogeco, they've been pretty good all these years.

    @cogeco very, very disappointed in your chat function. Horrible customer service. Trying to help my parents, Jen from your chat wouldn't offer any help at all claiming the equipment supplied by your store wasn't there's. Thankfully we got Larry on the phone. Greatest tech ever!

    @cogeco is terrible company sent out a scammer to my sister place and now the management won't even call them to discuss the issues. What a joke do not sign up with these clowns only care about the money

    @cogeco @cogecohelps seriously can your team fix the internet and cable!!!!! Either that or your CSR’s enjoy hearing my voice as I am calling daily or multiple times in a day. AND I HAVE TO UNPLUG AND PLUG THE MODEM BACK IN. WHY???? Why I pay good money for your garbage product!

    @cogeco @cogecohelps Thanks for another surprise. My VALUE PACK which was 75.99 is now all of a sudden "out of the blue" now 81.99 a jump of 6.00 Nobody inquired to me or asked me if I was ok for this jump in price, you can't just raise prices with customer consent. I'm finished.

    @cogecohelps @cogeco I was on hold for an hour, then disconnected. Now have been waiting 15 minutes. I just want to reschedule my service appointment tomorrow. This is ridiculous!
