Our technicians have been dispatched and are working diligently to resolve as soon as possible. Since 911 calling may be affected, please ensure you have access to a secondary phone for emergencies.   @YYZ2YGK @cogeco Well...I don't think they chose it? I mean who knows I guess! But it's still not a good service. I have had the worst experience with them and more outtages than I ever had with bell fibe. I switched because bell got crazy pricey but **** it's worth it at this point.

  @cogeco down now 36 hours. Internet down but cogeco says, "having an issue go to cogeco online" . How idiotic. Requested technical support(#5) but after 3 minute message..." customer service is closed" with a quick hang up. No cs during outage??? @crtc
