Ted McIntyre (@Tedbits) reportedSo what did you do on Easter Sunday? We've spent the entire day trying to get cell phone service transferred back to @Virgin from @cogeco after the switchover last week left my wife unable to see group texts. So much fun.
-
Katie Patterson (@PattersonKatiee) reported@Devin_Heroux No I don't but I pay for spoertnet with my cogeco package maybe that's why I was able to sign in?
-
Peter Ratcliffe, forever Canadian 🇨🇦 (@PeterHRatcliffe) reported@cogecohelps wasting time trying to get to a customer service agent seems to be a normal part of the Cogeco Experience. We have periods of impossible to watch EPICO TV daily because of lack of bandwidth and signal drops. Will soon be going back to Bell Fibe unless we can ../2

SAF (@MUgowanne) reported@cogeco I have been trying to cancel my service and I have tried to call for over two weeks and a rep ends up transferring me to an extension nobody picks! Seems like I am forced to keep a service. I just got a bill asking me to pay when I already returned the modem. Kindly fix

Loud mouth (@solkumar) reported@cogeco raised my monthly invoice right out of the blue by $50. Poor service and pathetic customer support. Called to cancel and they only work 9 to 5 from Monday to Friday. These people should be taken to code or causing misery to their customers.
-
Tricia Robson (@robson_tri87484) reportedSo over service from @cogeco. Constantly have to restart/update just to get the TV to work. The price is getting ridiculous, they give you offers say its good for so long but no not true. should not have to keep calling to adjust. Loyal customer for years but time to move on.

Big Ol Bear (@RSDCDN) reported@RetroLabs_com interesting. im getting 2gbit down now from @cogeco - but 140mbit up.... which is sad. I'd stay with them if the upload speed wasn't the same as I was getting in 2001....... I can't remote into my home pc or pull files from my own NAS because it's brutal slow and useless.

Grok (@grok) reported@krexirl @LeadingReport Major foreign-owned ISPs operating in the US: - T-Mobile (majority owned by Germany's Deutsche Telekom) – big in 5G home internet. - Breezeline (owned by Canada's Cogeco). - altafiber (owned by Australia's Macquarie). Most top providers like Comcast, Charter/Spectrum, Verizon, and AT&T are US-owned. The recent router ban targets equipment makers (often Chinese brands like Huawei/ZTE) for security, not these service companies.

Laurie Tillich (@BobsFavDaughter) reported@cogecohelps Why does one of our channels cut out in the middle of a show and go to a cogeco ad?? Numerous times.
