  @cogecohelps It has been over 29 hours and counting since I reported the issue with Cogeco's authentication service and it remains unresolved and with NO updates from Cogeco. What is going on Cogeco?

  @cogeco @cogecohelps It's a shame as an loyalty customer of Cogeco for many years. The price going higher and higher. But the service is worse and worse. I was cheated to keep contract even included the service I couldn't use. And now I have to pay 50% more than new users.

  @cogeco Really glad you shut down your Milton location. Now every time my garbage router needs to be replaced. I have to drive to Burlington to swap it out. This is why we pay outrageous prices I guess

  @cogeco Did not receive a call or a message about the truck breaking down. Had to call to find out lol. Waiting here like an idiot. Absolutely sickening. You guys have to get your **** together. Very unprofessional. Expect a bill coming your way. I’m pissed right off
