They can take ownership of the situation but refuse to do so. It feels punitive for having chosen a reseller, who incidentally provides fantastic customer care.

I called technical support to ask if there is any way around keeping the Arris modem in operation. Call was at 15:54 for 6 minutes if you want to listen to it. I had to repeat myself. Agent was clueless and useless

The call is because of the Cogeco creep, every few months the bill goes up! Is there better service, obviously not. Loosing channels but prices keep going up. So damn frustrating!!
