    @CRTCeng hello, things are not well in Cogeco land. Only game in town in Burlington thanks to your policies. When was the last time you called Cogeco customer service and been on hold for more than 30 minutes? They have a pre recorded message, been like this for over 6 months....

    When I cancelled my services, they sent me an email that I was totally paid up now they are sending me bills again, anyone considering Cogeco consider this you cannot cancel with them without penalizing you!,,

    @cogeco customer service continues to be hard to reach with waiting times exceeding 30 minutes. They’ve been upgrading their billing systems for more than 6 months now. Thank you CRTC for supporting cable company monopoly in Canada, we are all suffering the consequences

    @Keyte17 @cogeco Cogeco has put me on hold for over an hour 3 or 4 times. They simply do not see it as a priority to answer to their clients. I cancelled my service. Apparently they feel having the recording of “Longer than expected call volumes” washes their hands clean of any customer support.

    @cogeco account suspended for 3 weeks while I was on vacation. First call while in Europe, agent very argumentative and not looking listening. Came back, takes me 4 calls to technical support to unlock the account. Trying to make sense of it from a technical point of view

    . @cogeco @cogecohelps you’ve billed me wrong again this month - that’s 3 months in a row, for a service I waited 2 hours on hold to cancel in JUNE! Get it together. I refuse to pay this bill until you rectify this issue and properly charge me. Cut me off, I’ll go to @Bell

    @cogecohelps I subscribe to Cogeco on-demand service and have never had a problem watching anything before. I have one season of Homeland where it is telling me I need to upgrade to watch. I’m confused. I already subscribe to on demand? Why would this one season not work?

    Asking for support from @CarmatTheSpec & @ConsumerSOS - Cogeco can’t get their systems fixed & many of Hamilton area customers are weeks/months without internet. Cogeco told me they can’t help as I’m not a customer however my provider uses Cogeco’s infrastructure & technicians...

    Beware of @cogeco! Used to have competent, friendly, professional customer service, but my experience these last couple of months with closing my account and moving has been rotten. Glitchy website didn't process my cc update, then I couldn't make online payment 1/2

    @Bell_Support I will never understand why Bell isn’t capable of sending a correct bill. Always full of excuses on top of the hours you spend just trying to pay a reasonable price for services. Also phone support from Bell is garbage, should look to @cogeco 4 quality phone support

    @cogeco great work by your engineers today!! Restored my neighbours internet by cutting my cable and leapfrogging from my box to theirs🙄 securing the cable to my down pipe and eavesdrops on my house. Called to get engineers back to fix and told 72hrs 😡 to fix a problem they did

    @Bell_Support please please please have Fibe TV and Internet service set up at my apartment in #Cobourg before I move there in December. I don't want to be stuck with lousy @cogeco @cogecohelps and their rude sales department.

    What’s happening is Cogeco is down in South Windsor. At least the TV part. This is ongoing. Same thing last night. I bet they are trying to figure out how much to refund me for my lost service....right
