    @cogecohelps What is the phone number for customer service? The phone number provided on your website 18662614447 is “not in service”. Cogeco has been extremely frustrating to deal with this week.

    @cogecohelps Our Execulink Internet service out since approximately 4pm. At 10pm called in to @Execulink and they say they have no reported issues on their end and suspect a @cogeco line issue that hasn't been reported to them by Cogeco. Is there any info you can provide? #BurlON

    @chrissanislo @DonJonescu @cogecohelps I've been with Cogeco since original Sopranos HBO start. I do like the options and usually service... I have always supported but I just want to know what the issues are. I've had outrages several times this month. Concerns me. I need my internet.

    @Execulink @cogecohelps @cogeco My biggest question is why Execulink relies on Cogeco owned lines? 2nd question is why Cogeco doesn't inform Execulink when there is a service outage? We were troubleshooting a long list of reasons for outage that would have been known if Cogeco let Execulink know about outage!

    @cogeco I am a senior recovering from stem cell transplant. Since May my neighbour has been calling to remove wire from my trees as the tree is a safety issue. It is now almost October. When will the wires be removed so that I can remove the tree a safety issue .

    Customers who have Internet, TV, Home phone though COGECO in some areas of Wallaceburg will be impacted by an outage due to the power outage and will have their services restored as soon as possible.

    @cogecohelps west Oakville is out yet again. Using our Bell wifi back up which we needed since there is always issues with cogeco wifi, but wondering when cogeco will be back so we can watch cable tv again??
