I called technical support to ask if there is any way around keeping the Arris modem in operation. Call was at 15:54 for 6 minutes if you want to listen to it. I had to repeat myself. Agent was clueless and useless

They’ve stolen from her in the past too, absolute scum of the earth.

But the crazy thing is that this new modem is known to have problems and yet they still sell and install them!

It helped but still we had issues. A tech came back, replaced the end connector at house box. Been fine for a year. Is it Cogeco or CBC?

Pair my remote once a wk, system just re-start while watching a show, the dvr error out and re start shows, the list goes on.

A yr ago Cogeco replaced the line to our house to solve the issue. Surely t can't be that again so you or CBC? I will wait till tomorrow.
