  @jonkay Why is that unsurprising from Rogers. I’ve always been with their discount brand, Fido, and always had great service from them.

  @RogersHelps @FidoSolutions @Fidomobile is there a known issue with landline CTNs calling Rogers and Fido wireless CTNs? I'm on Fido and can't call from ANY landline to my wireless CTN. Have no issues calling from a wireless CTN to my CTN.

  @Fidomobile I am close to phone rage at this time. How hard can it be to get human assistance and cancel my contract with you? This is precisely why I’m done with #Fido - the ridiculously expensive service too.

  @Fidomobile @CBC @CP24 Dear Fido! Your customer service was best till few yrs back. Now, it's worst among all. To get hold of customer service, one has to wait almost a week. What a pathetic service..... I guess Bell is far better.... SHAME....

  @Fidomobile you should get some real people on the help line. Not your stupid AI bot. It's not helpful, and I need my problem fixed now, not in three days time when your 'specialist' can finally call me back. Also your app needs some help.

Got a called yesterday from Fido to make a complain and the next mail I got was my account has been changed to a mobile plan of $45 monthly This is really wrong and I didn’t request for such. *** Fido should contact me immediately to correct

  @Fidomobile I am trying to PORT my number from FIDO to other carrier and your customer service(Aman) they are just disconnecting my call. Meanwhile you guys are just overcharging for nothing. If this is the thing i will escalate this issue and will not pay my bill.

  @Fidomobile @Rogers how can you only have virtual customer service? I have an issue that they can not resolve and the earliest I can speak with a human is Wednesday morning … how is this possible? This is unacceptable service!!!!

  @Fidomobile Hey, I upgraded my phone online and ordered a store pick up. This was nov 16th, but I havnt gotten an update yet to pick up the phone! What's going on??? I called into CE and they say they cant help. Store wont pick up my call. 😠 😡 😤
