@Acta_non_verba I'm not here to judge... But... Perhaps Fido #Sucks

  • oakridge604 Gav (@oakridge604) reported from Burnaby, British Columbia

Apparently Fido changed their Fido roam service such that you pay $7 a day even if you have data roaming turned off. So I got dinged $21 a couple weeks ago for phone service I never used. Thanks @fido !

  • thedannyyan Danny Yan (@thedannyyan) reported from Burnaby, British Columbia

**** you Fido scammer you ain’t getting me to enter my banking info

  • Sikadime Sikadime (@Sikadime) reported from Coquitlam, British Columbia

@lundartheclown I been with Fido since 99 but the coverage in Vancouver sucks. Telus, Shaw & Bell run ish out here so go with the better coverage

  • Photorrhorne Rick Horne (@Photorrhorne) reported from Vancouver, British Columbia

@reneritchie Seems pretty clear now ... Fido will not support Apple Watch. Time to go to Telus ... since I do not like Bell and Rogers is Fido’s parent.

  • ConradAu Conrad Au (@ConradAu) reported from Coquitlam, British Columbia

@FidoSolutions @CTVMcLaughlin @GlobalBC @CBCVancouver @CityNewsVAN @CTVVancouver @NEWS1130 Thanks for replying. I went to both @AppleSupport @Rogers stores in person, was told by staff at both the only way to get reconnected is to do a reset on the phone every time. @Apple says it’s a Rogers/Fido network issue. Rogers staff said no one wants to take responsibility.

  • joycelam Joyce Lam (@joycelam) reported from Vancouver, British Columbia

If you look at my roaming usage I made 0 calls, used 0 data and sent a single text message. This is not how fido roam should work. You can't add this service to my monthly plan and charge for it like this. $12/text message is unjust.

  • eddie_biggley Eddie biggley (@eddie_biggley) reported from Vancouver, British Columbia

@fido worst service I have ever experienced in my life. I was advised to buy a prepaid cc and now they won’t accept it!!!!!! I confirmed they would be accepting it before purchase and now they will not!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • fouadshalaby Fouad Shalaby (@fouadshalaby) reported from Port Moody, British Columbia

@FidoSolutions You don’t actually think that website does anything? Far easier to call the source (this is Fido) 611 and have your people investigate it- the number is listed as a Fido number; you need to deal with your own problems instead of blame shift.

  • Verena01S Verena S. (@Verena01S) reported

@nowinyow @jadeherr I agree with Ben. Fido sucks. I was a loyal customer to Fido since 2006 until last year when I made the switch to @FreedomMobile. We pay roughly 75% less now that we’re with Freedom. Fido ripped us off way too much toward the end. I don’t recommend Fido to anyone anymore. Ripoff!

  • SuchBadDogs Bad Dog (@SuchBadDogs) reported

Fido the loyal irish wolfhound loves to shit on my skunk

  • Jeridiculous Jerid, son of Andre (ง •̀_•́)ง (@Jeridiculous) reported

@johnsonave @TELUSsupport @Bell Honestly if they have the phones you want, Virgin Mobile might be a better bet. Uses the Bell network but the customer service and member perks are all Virgin. Not owned by Bell, like Koodo is by Telus and Fido is by Rogers

  • Fidoh_Official Fidoh (@Fidoh_Official) reported

@FaZeMew Screamed **** you fido every time the ghost from dog killed me, had a ring to it

  • iveyjanette_207 Ivey McClelland (@iveyjanette_207) reported

Just got on the 157. It's Saturday, which means the bus not only smells like a bar; but as I witnessed and filmed a few weeks ago; every idiot is on the bus heading towards Louisiana and Central. Including a homeless couple. Who brought Fido on the bus. #YouCannotMakeThisUp

  • PeterMichaels72 Peter Michaels (@PeterMichaels72) reported

@rickygervais "Personally, I’d recommend you get hold of a cocker spaniel, tie your suspect down on a chair, with a potty on his head, then pop his todger between two floury baps and shout, 'Dinnertime, Fido!'"

  • apollo_50th Apollo 50th (@apollo_50th) reported

CAPCOM: "We're considering a slip in the midcourse a half hour to give FIDO another half hour's tracking so he can get a little bit more confidence in his solution. If that's agreeable with you guys, we'd like to proceed that way. Over." Young: "Okay with us." #Apollo10 #Apollo50

  • GeorgeJoseph George Joseph (@GeorgeJoseph) reported

I just realized after my call to @Fidomobile @FidoSolutions customer care, they use voice match authentication aka voice biometrics to recognize customers. No more waisting time verifying postal code 👍and other personal info 👍#cooltech #fido #AI #MI #CustomerService
