I have already tried talking on the phone with the agent to clarify things and it seems @Fidomobile will not correct your mistake at all for billing us for those “not made” calls and messages. Evan (@evanoftheyukon) reported@Fidomobile My issue is that I'm with Bell right now, and I haven't moved my number over (thankfully). This means that I'm stuck with a temporary Fido number that I would need to pay to port out to another provider. So I'm forced to call in order to cancel.
