I have already tried talking on the phone with the agent to clarify things and it seems @Fidomobile will not correct your mistake at all for billing us for those “not made” calls and messages. This switch to "5G" has made my phone slower, everything takes longer to open, chatgpt takes forever to give answers now. Podcasts just stop streaming as I randomly lose service. Switch us back, 5G isn't ready and it sucks.
