    Apparently Fido changed their Fido roam service such that you pay $7 a day even if you have data roaming turned off. So I got dinged $21 a couple weeks ago for phone service I never used. Thanks @fido !

    Wow, very disappointed in @Fidomobile. I’m a long-term customer trying to update a plan and the chat person basically said no. I wanted to keep to my price point but I guess no options. Not happy at all. 😔

    It should be a crime to force me to listen to top 40 for the 29 minutes i have to wait in the queue to talk to someone on the phone at Fido customer service😤

    Hi, @Fidomobile @Rogers. I still can’t receive texts or calls by the looks of things. A couple of my online accounts have two-step verification, and I haven’t been able to log in to any of them since this outage started. Just tried again, and still nothing.

    @Fidomobile My mobile service is still not restored (Vancouver BC). It’s been over 2 days without signal. Everyone I know got their service back 24 hours ago. I’m better off porting my number out than hoping my service would be restored at an unknown time.

    . @RogersHelps @Fidomobile @FidoSolutions I’m still having DATA ACCESS issues in Greater Vancouver area. The phone can make calls, BUT accessing internet data is choppy at best or not working. WHEN will this be solved?! Or I will switch immediately. #rogersoutage #rogersdown

    @FidoSolutions @Fidomobile No wifi for 48 hours. No update for 24 hours. Not working call center. Not taking amy complaint serious… First thing in the morning i am cancelling my wifi. Bye…
