    Wow, very disappointed in @Fidomobile. I’m a long-term customer trying to update a plan and the chat person basically said no. I wanted to keep to my price point but I guess no options. Not happy at all. 😔

    @FidoSolutions No need. I have already tried talking on the phone with the agent to clarify things and it seems @Fidomobile will not correct your mistake at all for billing us for those “not made” calls and messages. It’s fine. We are switching to another network as soon as possible. Thanks

    @Fidomobile was offered a plan and they agreed on it and now they took a flip on their words. Horrible customer service and they never fulfill their promises for the existing customers . Regret to be with Fido.

    @Fidomobile @FidoSolutions @Rogers I have a unknown charge in the bill and when i called customer service they don't have info on that charge and won't reverse the charge as well. I have never such a worst customer service.

    @deahgee @Fidomobile @FidoSolutions stop blaming everyone’s phones. Your service is down. Multiple areas across Ontario don’t have service which is not safe during this time of day. Solve issue ASAP instead of wasting time by telling us to reboot our cellphones.
