    @Fidomobile was offered a plan and they agreed on it and now they took a flip on their words. Horrible customer service and they never fulfill their promises for the existing customers . Regret to be with Fido.

    @Fidomobile I have multiple phones on my account. One of them was offered 20GB for $50. Another was offered 15GB for $90. Live chat wasn't able to help me get the good offer applied to all my lines. Can you help? If not I'll be exploring @ShawInfo Mobile.

    @Fidomobile @FidoSolutions @Rogers I have a unknown charge in the bill and when i called customer service they don't have info on that charge and won't reverse the charge as well. I have never such a worst customer service.

    Wow, very disappointed in @Fidomobile. I’m a long-term customer trying to update a plan and the chat person basically said no. I wanted to keep to my price point but I guess no options. Not happy at all. πŸ˜”

    Hey @Fidomobile your customer service has always been fantastic, but the path to speak to an agent on the phone has become extremely tedious, especially when I already know what I need help with & that I can’t fix it myself online. I don’t need a text with deals. I need a person.

    @kuda_hove @Fidomobile Fido truly has some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Had to switch to Telus and so far the customer service has been pretty amazing *knock on wood*

    @Fidomobile I waited 3 days for a β€œ24 hour call back”- that never came. I called you about this, Fido. I got excuses, and a new β€œcase” opened. Waiting after another 3 days for the β€œ24 hour” call back. Very poor customer service...brutal.

    Having the absolute most stressful shopping experience with @Fidomobile, buying a phone should not be this painful. I had a better experience buying my car and today I need to call them again for the fifth time. Incompetent support team!!!
