At one time Fido had unlimited data plans, it was GPRS...not even 2G. It's still data. This is how Freedom Mobile and most US providers work as well. Simple slow downs, no overages.

Live chat wasn't able to help me get the good offer applied to all my lines. Can you help? If not I'll be exploring @ShawInfo Mobile.

Happened to two of my mobile numbers. Customer since 1999. You need to refund these charges ASAP.

Try to buy a whole new phone. Can't. Have to wait 30 days. How do i get a working phone?! Endless loop of people who don't want to help

Also, 2 staff saying they will email us to initiate a refund, but never doing so?

CircularLogic (@CircularLogic89) reported@HocKeysidhu @Fidomobile That 2-3 billing cycles is only after the verified the referral. Are you aware there are stipulations with the program? For example, if the referer had not been a customer for 30 days, they wouldn't be eligible to refer.
