  • JCredTV JustinCredible.TV (@JCredTV) reported from North Vancouver, British Columbia

@enmand @Bell It's totally unlimited. Speed is another subject. At one time Fido had unlimited data plans, it was GPRS...not even 2G. It's still data. This is how Freedom Mobile and most US providers work as well. Simple slow downs, no overages.

@FidoSolutions @tjham2 Same thing for me. Pretty annoying. Very frustrated with Fido's live support chat. I've tried 2 different browsers and the mobile app... Guess I half to call. 🙄

  • Robby_Nightmare Robby🍁Nightmare🇨🇦 (@Robby_Nightmare) reported from Coquitlam, British Columbia

@Acta_non_verba I'm not here to judge... But... Perhaps Fido #Sucks

  • oakridge604 Gav (@oakridge604) reported from Burnaby, British Columbia

Apparently Fido changed their Fido roam service such that you pay $7 a day even if you have data roaming turned off. So I got dinged $21 a couple weeks ago for phone service I never used. Thanks @fido !

  • thedannyyan Danny Yan (@thedannyyan) reported from Burnaby, British Columbia

**** you Fido scammer you ain’t getting me to enter my banking info

  • Sikadime Sikadime (@Sikadime) reported from Coquitlam, British Columbia

@lundartheclown I been with Fido since 99 but the coverage in Vancouver sucks. Telus, Shaw & Bell run ish out here so go with the better coverage

  • Photorrhorne Rick Horne (@Photorrhorne) reported from Vancouver, British Columbia

@reneritchie Seems pretty clear now ... Fido will not support Apple Watch. Time to go to Telus ... since I do not like Bell and Rogers is Fido’s parent.

  • ConradAu Conrad Au (@ConradAu) reported from Coquitlam, British Columbia

@FidoSolutions @CTVMcLaughlin @GlobalBC @CBCVancouver @CityNewsVAN @CTVVancouver @NEWS1130 Thanks for replying. I went to both @AppleSupport @Rogers stores in person, was told by staff at both the only way to get reconnected is to do a reset on the phone every time. @Apple says it’s a Rogers/Fido network issue. Rogers staff said no one wants to take responsibility.

  • joycelam Joyce Lam (@joycelam) reported from Vancouver, British Columbia

If you look at my roaming usage I made 0 calls, used 0 data and sent a single text message. This is not how fido roam should work. You can't add this service to my monthly plan and charge for it like this. $12/text message is unjust.

  • eddie_biggley Eddie biggley (@eddie_biggley) reported from Vancouver, British Columbia

@fido worst service I have ever experienced in my life. I was advised to buy a prepaid cc and now they won’t accept it!!!!!! I confirmed they would be accepting it before purchase and now they will not!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • fouadshalaby Fouad Shalaby (@fouadshalaby) reported from Port Moody, British Columbia

@FidoSolutions You don’t actually think that website does anything? Far easier to call the source (this is Fido) 611 and have your people investigate it- the number is listed as a Fido number; you need to deal with your own problems instead of blame shift.

Fido Issues Reports

  • MaryRohlfing Me? Mostly just chagrined. You? (@MaryRohlfing) reported

@Sharp208 I like to offer people walking with their bag of shame to toss it in my garbage so they can walk the rest of the way home stink free. I say this not because I'm good, but because they had the decency to fetch their Fido's ****. You did no wrong. She is horrible.

  • whoisnemoverne The Hairy Chested Libertarian (@whoisnemoverne) reported

@NineCato Sorry to say it but Fido needs to be put down.

  • DickSpaulding Dickie Spaulding (@DickSpaulding) reported

@KILLUCHROME The dog ****** one is weird and scary and hilarious. Seems more like a matter of taste than a race issue. Shouldn’t have let Fido hit it.

  • CMRanapia Craig Ranapia (@CMRanapia) reported

Shorter @nytimes: "The dog ate my book report. Don't bother pumping Fido's stomach, he's been put down."

  • bilalshakir Bilal Shakir (@bilalshakir) reported

@Fidomobile 's "Brighstar" employs a pattern of delaying tactics to wear the customer out instead of enhancing their experience. This is a pity as my experience with Fido itself has been largely positive. Fido should verify before outsourcing to thugz like Brighstar.

  • waysmymind Nay (@waysmymind) reported

I've been a customer with @fido for over 10 years and was promised a plan that they don't want to honor anymore. Great job!

  • DanMill38559480 Dan Miller (@DanMill38559480) reported

@MichelBossche @BlueSea1964 Hey,come on now. My **** stinks, but no where near as bad as a Dem. Sincerely; Fido.

  • Alaskan_Breeze Alaskan Breeze (@Alaskan_Breeze) reported

@DastardlyRick @deplorable_gigi @TheRISEofROD Why you talking to me with anger, look go walk the dog or feed "fido" but relax i give a **** about or your internal disease. Its not my fault God gave you Cancer deal with it

  • SeanWrightSec Sean Wright (@SeanWrightSec) reported

This is just for FIDO2 (or WebAuthn), so the service needs to support that. U2F (or just plain FIDO) will still need the hardware key unfortunately (such as Google).

  • Payne4TXSHRD120 Ronald Payne (@Payne4TXSHRD120) reported
