Preeminent Foundation (@PICEELL) reported from Burnaby, British Columbia@FidoSolutions No need. I have already tried talking on the phone with the agent to clarify things and it seems @Fidomobile will not correct your mistake at all for billing us for those “not made” calls and messages. It’s fine. We are switching to another network as soon as possible. Thanks

Paul E. Marquis (@RiskManagerCa) reported from Vancouver, British Columbia@FidoSolutions @Fidomobile I'll just quit my job and sit with the phone between my fingers because in 2022 this is the SINGLE ONLY OPTION for Customer Service

Jennifer Leigh (@WriteLinesInk) reported from Vancouver, British Columbia@Fidomobile you stupid people. I have better things to do with my life and spend 45 minutes waiting on the phone for you to answer tech support. And if I had goddamn data God I wouldn't need to phone you would I? I can just go online. Not very well-thought-out
-
Karthi (@S8Karthi) reported from Surrey, British Columbia@Fidomobile @FidoSolutions @Rogers I have a unknown charge in the bill and when i called customer service they don't have info on that charge and won't reverse the charge as well. I have never such a worst customer service.

JustinCredible.TV (@JCredTV) reported from North Vancouver, British Columbia@enmand @Bell It's totally unlimited. Speed is another subject. At one time Fido had unlimited data plans, it was GPRS...not even 2G. It's still data. This is how Freedom Mobile and most US providers work as well. Simple slow downs, no overages.

Fido Issues Reports
Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:
-
SC (@shark7456) reportedSigned up with @Fidomobile in March because of $30.51 plan. Few months later, price increased by $5/month - 16% increase. How is it reasonable to attract new customers with one price and then increase it after they sign up? Seriously undermines customer trust.
-
richard breath (@richbreath420) reported@Fidomobile does not want to help any customers
-
Josh Robins (@joshie2424) reported@Fidomobile It got fixed. Fido refused to acknowledge it was your cellular system. Once articles came out your company did something. Terrible service.
-
Shrikant Gupta (@Shrikan15918909) reportedShame on you @Fidomobile @RogersHelps — 24+ hrs and no callback. After onboarding me back, you became irresponsible. Ambassador agent Chinedu misled me with false info. Fed up with this scam-like experience. Kindly confirm my issue ASAP or I’ll move back to old provider.#scammer
-
Shrikant Gupta (@Shrikan15918909) reported@Fidomobile @RogersHelps @FidoSolutions You guys are trouble makers. I was at peace after leaving but you brought me back with false promises—no hotspot, no free US calling. And no one is calling me back, which is disappointing. Fix this ASAP or I’ll move back to my old provider
-
connor (@_connorrr_) reported@Fidomobile I have tried to cancel my mobile data plan and the only way to do so is by calling. I cannot do this because I am not living in Canada anymore and the international number does not work.
-
Lino's Version (@LinosVersion) reportedDo you folks @Fidomobile still provide customer service? Is there an email that I can send a follow up letter? @Lino_Matteo
-
Red Hunt (@redhunttravel) reported@eranxah @Fidomobile Ya, just got my bill text message and it was $5 more than usual. I already had a +$5 increase last June. WTH? There is zero added value / improved service I’ve seen to validate it. I thought the @CRTCeng clamped down on sketchy price increases like this.
-
Evan (@evanoftheyukon) reported@Fidomobile My Bell plan is actually even cheaper than the one with Fido thanks to some special discounts, so I was actually willing to go up a bit higher for the supposedly better Rogers network. I am not impressed. No big deal though right? (3/21)
-
Pierre(Peter) Nault (@WesleyAdams17) reported@SolaTheAnalyst Phone bills are another issue. My @Fidomobile bill went up $8 in two months. Every month is another $4 increase. They say it's necessary to serve us better and that it's a one-time increase. Then, next month, it goes up again.
