Everybody's giving deals for new customers. @Fidomobile has a good deal for @FreedomMobile customers, much better than what I'm paying now. If Fido internet wasn't giving me so many issues, I'd probably switch as it'd cut my bill 40%.

Talking to @Fidomobile is always a pain. First, their callback service never works (they end up leaving a voicemail message instead of calling me, which is useless!) Then I was on the line with one of the agents after waiting for a while. Before sorting out my issue I lost her!

Nothing on their web site, app, phone message etc. They had tens of thousands of people plugging and unplugging routers around the province. So dumb. Companies please learn !
