@Fidomobile Considering we got our warning of this a month ago or so. I call BS on your 6 months buffer. And tacking on a 80+ fee is not customer care. It's greed. Maybe Rogers/Fido should focus less on virtue signalling and do less scummy fee's.

@Fidomobile It says they can't tell if my device is compatible. Obviously, my device IS compatible - I have been using it for 2 years on your network with absolutely NO problems! I'm not interested in getting an expensive new phone if that's your next suggestion.

@Fidomobile I just realized my device is 5g compatible and I did speak to customer service agent few weeks ago who advised me to do nothing because my phone is 5g compatible but yet I still cannot make or receive calls?, My phone is oneplus 12R and it definitely supports all the bands.

@Fidomobile I got it from Fido, it's Motorola edge 2024, my old phone was not covered by fido network anymore so fido sent me a new phone. I activated the new simcard on my new phone yesterday and it was working but today I received the text saying my service is suspended

@Fidomobile your 3g transition I was advised would not affect my service. And you have instead suspended my phone and I cannot call nor receive any. I've tried to call and keep getting terminated. #FidoG3 I need you to message me here and contact me with a number and name
