    @Fidomobile customer care failure. You cannot call to speak to an agent and askJack is a technical flop. Looks like Fido is dead.

    currently on hour nine of customer support from @Fidomobile and my 10th customer service agent who has no clue what is wrong w my account but cannot do anything to fix it for me and get my money back 😝😝😝😝😝😝😝 hour NINE !!!!!!!! 😭😝😭😝😭

    .@Rogers You down? Can't make phone calls to friends with Rogers and @Fidomobile Cells. Only to Bell and Telus Cells.
