    Horrible customer service from @Fidomobile . After being with them for over 15 years plus they increased my price and when I called to ask they tried a bandaid fix. Guess this is their way of saying they don't value me as a customer. 🤬 Time to shop around to other providers!

    @Fidomobile Fido is down in manitoba cant make calls or receive cant text and no data bill is fully paid cant get to speak to a person at fido its been down for over 2 hrs now

    @Fidomobile Trying to cancel my service, but there’s no way to speak to a human. No appointments until next week, when I’ll be out of Canada. Very frustrating.

    @Fidomobile I have rang your office and the line cut off while attending to me but they never got back. I have requested a cancellation of my number but you keep sending me account billings. Why give customers 5-7 days before you reach out?
