  @Fidomobile I originally signed up because of their $27 plan for 80gb Can/US/Mex, overall a great deal. Thing is, the service is really bad in my area. I can currently get around 500mbps down with Bell where I live, and with Fido I consistently get 2-3, maybe up to around 20mbps. (2/21)

  @Fidomobile I will never use Fido again even after unsubscribing to their emails I did not want when I started my account they won’t stop harassing me I’m getting hundreds of emails every month **** you fido you pieces of **** 💩 it’s been years I’m done

  @Fidomobile - your service absolutely sucks! My dad's eSIM isn't working and there's no way to talk to a human. Your chatbot tells me that a human will call me on Tuesday evening! It's Friday! Who has time to wait 4 days.

  @Fidomobile @CBC @CP24 Dear Fido! Your customer service was best till few yrs back. Now, it's worst among all. To get hold of customer service, one has to wait almost a week. What a pathetic service..... I guess Bell is far better.... SHAME....

  @Fidomobile cancelled within 14 days of activating, was charged in full and no refund as promised - trying to call, it's saying my phone was lost/stolen. help.
