Ok you techy lot I have a bloody LG Cell phone that will not let me delete or answer messages, I hit the delete button and it says failed to delete. so frustrating and nobody at FIDO @Fidomobile @FidoSolutions will answer the phone to help me, any ideas? apart from smashing it??

Hey @Fidomobile : Do you not care to inform customers of planned outages and rebuilds ?I was informed by ur customer care that rebuilds will go on for another two days since 3 weeks I have poor internet. Very very poor support & services. Total fail for Fido and Rogers #Fido

@Fidomobile @FidoSolutions Just a Feedback - Customer service is worst. CSR either don’t understand anything and don’t want to understand anything regarding request over the call. To open a new account take 10 minutes at store but to correct mistake made by in-store (1/n)

@Fidomobile HORRIBLE customer service!! HORRIBLE!! After 5 calls and 10 hrs, in total, on the phone, they issued and escalate another ticket for a simple 'My Account' login problem. They promised, the same as the last 4 times, to be fixed in 2 days. Their word is worth nothing

@Fidomobile Hey Fido, tell me why it's so damn hard to get a charge removed after a buyer's remorse? CRTC: "You can return your cellphone within 15 days, without penalty, if you are unhappy with your service. Use up to half of your allowed monthly usage during the trial period"
