I have already tried talking on the phone with the agent to clarify things and it seems @Fidomobile will not correct your mistake at all for billing us for those “not made” calls and messages. I have been charged for roaming as Fido agent says, even roaming/cellular off I still will be charged if I receive msg /call in wifi. I m done with Fido 👎
