@Fidomobile Can you do anything to help me reach a customer service rep? I've been trying for about two weeks.

@Fidomobile Thanks, but I don’t have an active Canadian line abroad, so I cannot make that call. I’m asking again: please provide an alternative way to cancel my line or proceed with cancellation on your end. I cannot keep paying for a service I can’t use.

@Fidomobile Both the chatbot AI and phone AI cut me off, saying they're unable to make an appointment for a customer service representative to call me. I've been trying for days and keep getting the same message.

In short, @Fidomobile sucks, and anyone on that network should switch. I'm going to. Hell, I'm looking at new providers right now.

@Fidomobile When I try calling the number from an international line, I get a “call cannot be completed as dialed” or similar error. I’ve tried multiple times—this number simply isn’t reachable from my location. Please provide another way to cancel my service.

Hey @Fidomobile I set up pre-authourized payments but you didn’t charge me and now my account shows past due. And you no longer have human customer service… What the hell?

@Fidomobile Hi, I need to speak with an agent to request a refund for the unused credit on my account. When I call your support, it says there’s an issue coordinating a callback. I believe this may be because my account is cancelled, but I should still be able to get assistance.

@Fidomobile are you guys keeping this automated phone system where it takes 5 1/2 hours to hear back from an actual person? Or is this something you're just testing? Because I will cancel my service if this is the future of Fido.
