    @Fidomobile My sister's phone has no network or Internet and can't even make a call. I called from my phone and it says the office is closed. But your site says it's still office hours til 5pm. And your live chat says nobody is available.

    @Fidomobile I have been on hold for 2 hours and 24 minutes to speak with an agent 😱🤬 I have also been waiting for an agent from your online chat for 50 minutes. This is not something I can do online or if not be wasting my time! Terrible service!

    @Fidomobile signed up with you yesterday and now your network is no longer working on my phone. Keep trying to get through to support on live chat and told its full. Not able to make calls so can’t call in #fail
