    Everybody's giving deals for new customers. @Fidomobile has a good deal for @FreedomMobile customers, much better than what I'm paying now. If Fido internet wasn't giving me so many issues, I'd probably switch as it'd cut my bill 40%.

    @FidoSolutions @Fidomobile This is a joke. Why can't you just tell us the issue that has us all without data for well over 14 hours? I hope there is a nationwide credit coming to everyone's bills for this "intermittent service interruption"

    Spoke to three customer representatives of @Fidomobile and they all told me three different things. For someone who's been patient for over 5 years, I believe I had enough. Don't even try asking me to send you a DM. Check your @FidoSolutions DM and go over it yourselves.

    @FidoSolutions @Fidomobile Personally, I think this outage is in retaliation for the latest #crtc ruling. It shouldn't take almost 16 hours to fix these outages. I see a lot of compensation to customers for this outage today. Totally unacceptable!

    @Fidomobile Hey, I upgraded my phone online and ordered a store pick up. This was nov 16th, but I havnt gotten an update yet to pick up the phone! What's going on??? I called into CE and they say they cant help. Store wont pick up my call. ๐Ÿ˜  ๐Ÿ˜ก ๐Ÿ˜ค

    I've been trying to cancel my phone line with @Fidomobile, and as far as I can tell, they've made it completely impossible to do that. Every time I've called (4 times) and gotten to the point where the rep realizes they can't convince me to stay, they hang up. (1/20)

    @Fidomobile Hello I have a hard time to talk to a person or reaching you by email I canceled my account in November 2024 and you owe me $5 since. I was told I would get a cheque in June 2025 but I never did Iโ€™ve been trying to make a contact since but itโ€™s unsuccessful

    @Fidomobile Fido is down in manitoba cant make calls or receive cant text and no data bill is fully paid cant get to speak to a person at fido its been down for over 2 hrs now

    @Fidomobile Activating the plan is easy, but cancelling it is a huge bureaucratic process. This is an abuse and a lack of respect for foreigners who use the service. But I want to make it clear that I will not pay anything. I ask that you act with decency and cancel the charges.
