Marty (@martymcflythedj) reported from Mississauga, OntarioIt's always disappointing when you're on the phone with @RogersHelps (*611) and they tell you they can't help you and then they suggest something you didn't ask for. Sadly going to @FreedomMobile as they sell the data only option I want for my cousin who's visiting Canada soon.

Dominica Larkin (@DominicaLarkin) reported from Toronto, Ontario@FreedomMobile I got an offer to upgrade to the SE but I have to go to a store to order it - during a pandemic!!!! Ridiculous 🤬 the only store near me shows that it is open but they aren’t picking up the phone. Your “offer” to upgrade expires on Friday - please help!!!

Nunya Biznez (@GwapogiTalaga) reported from Toronto, Ontario@jacklynthinks @RogersHelps @FreedomMobile @Rogers Wrong, Skippy. You said they RUN on the same network, not that their owned by those telcos. PC Mobile runs off Bell's network but is owned by Loaws. Petro Canada has service but its run off Rogers. Their own company tho.

Virve Aljas (@VirveAljas) reported from Toronto, Ontario@freedomsupport With all due respect, your process could go something like this: "My child died, I need to cancel the plan and return the phone." "We'll take care of everything, the plan is canceled as of now, we'll send you a return package for the phone. Condolences."
-
Michelle Williamson (@MichCWilliamson) reported from Toronto, Ontario@EricaEhm @FreedomMobile Good choice! We switched our teen to @FreedomMobile a few months ago and no issues with service. I’m following as soon as I can get out of my Bell contract. 😕
-
Virve Aljas (@VirveAljas) reported from Toronto, OntarioHi, @FreedomMobile. A friend's son died of cancer. You might imagine that negotiating your high fees to cancel their son's plan and return the phone is the last thing they need on top of their grief. Anything you can do to show some basic humanity and compassion?

-
Nunya Biznez (@GwapogiTalaga) reported from Toronto, OntarioIt's curious: of all the carriers I spoke with, @FidoMobile was able to offer what I was getting with @FreedomMobile. Same cost, same data, same service, same basically everything. Best thing is: it's on postpaid, which will help me in the long run.
-
Terri Dorrington (@Beautylicious82) reported from Toronto, OntarioI then request that they quickly switch my ass back to prepaid and make sure I still have my holiday miracle plan. -
Jorg Maas (@carpenter_maas) reported from Mississauga, Ontario@freedomsupport Your assistance means nothing. Since you can’t improve my connection to your Network. you’re still miles away from being able to get the same signal strength as your competitors! According to you coverage Map,I shouldn’t have any signal issues, but the truth proves otherwise

WyzeOne (@Remlam) reported@MAKHKHKHKHZOUMI @FreedomMobile Because their prices and value save thousands of dollars. I’m part of this outage but this is the first hiccup I’ve had with them in 6 or 7 years I’ve been with them. Compared to Rogers and Telus, freedom is far superior!
-
Al Sadius (@Alsadius) reportedHey, @FreedomMobile, quick question. Have any of your employees ever used your customer service systems? Riu (@SiuRaymondsiu) reported@FreedomMobile Hey @FreedomMobile! 🚀 I'm a loyal customer with a Samsung Galaxy and I’d love to see Freedom partner with Starlink Direct to Cell. Right now, I have to pay Rogers $15/month for a separate satellite add-on just to stay connected in remote areas. Any plans to bring this feature natively to Freedom? #FreedomMobile #Starlink

Duster (@dustkrei) reported@FreedomMobile your cell coverage is so awful since switching to your service my phone is basically useless unless I am on wifi. It’s horrible. SOS mode constantly and we’re 10 min from a city.
