They offered an IPhone XR for zero down. $10 a month for 2 years for the phone and $55 a month for the Promo Freedom plan which is 6GB plus 4B at no additional charge. That promo is locked in for 2 years. They lose $550 on the phone.

Ridiculous 🤬 the only store near me shows that it is open but they aren’t picking up the phone. Your “offer” to upgrade expires on Friday - please help!!!

Same cost, same data, same service, same basically everything. Best thing is: it's on postpaid, which will help me in the long run.

You said they RUN on the same network, not that their owned by those telcos. PC Mobile runs off Bell's network but is owned by Loaws. Petro Canada has service but its run off Rogers. Their own company tho.

Oh wait, they've got wireless network connections to a router in the store. Turn on Wi-Fi, setup wi-fi calling and make use of it IN the store.

I was not informed there will be cost implications for changing plan before the old plan ends and your customer service insisted I have to bear that cost myself.
