Marty (@martymcflythedj) reported from Mississauga, OntarioIt's always disappointing when you're on the phone with @RogersHelps (*611) and they tell you they can't help you and then they suggest something you didn't ask for. Sadly going to @FreedomMobile as they sell the data only option I want for my cousin who's visiting Canada soon.
-
SungManitu/2020 (@sungmanitu2020) reported from Toronto, Ontario@freedomsupport It's astounding when you speak up about a lack of service it suddenly gets better ! Perhaps if this keeps up I may stay with you.

SungManitu/2020 (@sungmanitu2020) reported from Toronto, Ontario@freedomsupport I'm so fed up with your lack of service I will most likely switch my cellular phone needs elsewhere in 2021 ! I have had this conversation with you too many times before with no resolve to the situation of poor connection etc. I'm not going to waste anymore time.
-
Wayne Rodrigues (@WayneRodriguez) reported from Toronto, Ontario@freedomsupport Sure, if I live in a basement or somewhere rural, but I refuse to believe this while I have excellent @Rogers and @Bell cellular service in the same condo unit which is located on a very prominent street in the city. My network is not even at half status as I type this.
-
Nunya Biznez (@GwapogiTalaga) reported from Toronto, OntarioIt's curious: of all the carriers I spoke with, @FidoMobile was able to offer what I was getting with @FreedomMobile. Same cost, same data, same service, same basically everything. Best thing is: it's on postpaid, which will help me in the long run.
-

Black Hippy (@LeonDies4jays) reported from Toronto, OntarioSo @FreedomMobile really wants me to travel 1 and 30 mins to a different city just to return a phone when it’s not in the return policy...that’s some prime customer service right there
-
kat (@katlikethief) reported from Toronto, Ontariohi @FreedomMobile can you tell me when my iPhone I preordered two weeks ago might arrive? I called the store I purchased from and was told simply, “we don’t know” which is kind of the worst possible answer?
-
Delroy Dyer 🇻🇨🇨🇦 (@DelroyDyer89) reported from Toronto, Ontario@ShawInfo needs to sell @FreedomMobile at a discount. They have neglected the network. It's unacceptable that in this day and age rain interrupts mobile data.
