@rickk_james @freedomsupport Feeling the same way, being told tickets are resolved, when they're not, being told I might have to wait, meanwhile watching the phone sell out elsewhere. I was actually told my order was processed by an agent, only to find out it never was.

@freedomsupport Very frustrating that you wouldn’t be able to offer anything at all, even to meet me part way, for a loyalty customer who wants to stay with Freedom but you make it difficult. Perhaps you could reconsider please?
