    One thing we can't lose in the @Rogers @ShawInfo buyout is the excellent customer service at @freedomsupport. So much better than the rest.

    I keep getting messages about my nationwide data pass being drawn down, so I check to see what's up and I'm still on @FreedomMobile network. The whole point of getting that data is for when I'm up in the mountains, so why is it being used in the city?

    @rickk_james @freedomsupport Feeling the same way, being told tickets are resolved, when they're not, being told I might have to wait, meanwhile watching the phone sell out elsewhere. I was actually told my order was processed by an agent, only to find out it never was.

    @FreedomMobile Ha RIGHT mine was suspended in only 4 days of service..these people are in compedent...in more ways than ONE!!! Bad service😰😰😰

    @FreedomMobile Went to Fido they took the time to explain everything, found the right provider for me, out of 3 carriers & went with Rogers, didn't need auto pay, got 100gb of data, better service, & walked out the store with a brand new Pixel 10 with no cost up front. That's how you do it.

    Hello @FreedomMobile I bought an IPhone XS Max from you as a customer and have since paid off the phone however the phone is till locked to freedom mobile after all these years. I have visited your service center and called tech support countless times.

    @FreedomMobile been on hold for over an hour twice to get a usage report for Aug 15- Sep 15 2025. Why is it so difficult to get in touch with support. Texted, WhatsApp, called. What else can I do? Please get in touch and help out. @FreedomMobile

    Hey @FreedomMobile... just filed a formal complaint to the CCTS on you. 16 years as a loyal customer and you wrongly shut my phone off due to an "unpaid balance" that wasn't posted until yesterday, and shows DUE MARCH 19. Your customer service reps were no help.

    @FreedomMobile find out it was an issue on your end. 5 lines not working all day, can't get a hold of anyone until 6pm. Asked what is going to be done about 5 ppl not being able to work all day. Responses was nothing.

    @FreedomMobile If you have freedom mobile your connection will be so poor that you can’t even watch the game! After the game your connection will be so poor that you can’t talk to your family about the game

    @FreedomMobile - impossible to reach on phone, WhatsApp and chat. Disconnected my line with no explaination and waiting for more than 2 hours with someone else’s phone. I don’t know how think someone can reach the support line using others phone for two hours.
