  @rickk_james @freedomsupport Feeling the same way, being told tickets are resolved, when they're not, being told I might have to wait, meanwhile watching the phone sell out elsewhere. I was actually told my order was processed by an agent, only to find out it never was.

  I keep getting messages about my nationwide data pass being drawn down, so I check to see what's up and I'm still on @FreedomMobile network. The whole point of getting that data is for when I'm up in the mountains, so why is it being used in the city?

  One thing we can't lose in the @Rogers @ShawInfo buyout is the excellent customer service at @freedomsupport. So much better than the rest.

  @CRTCeng Finally. It has been long due. Telcos have been charging it to exploit customers further, although the plans pricing is still high compared to rest of the world but thanks for @FreedomMobile, at least now overall service providers charge less than what they used to few years ago

  @FreedomMobile just ended the call with Aya c10480. After 2h, still got scummed by your company. Never again! No more talks! Folks - do not sign with FreedomMobile especially the prepaid services.

  Hello @FreedomMobile I bought an IPhone XS Max from you as a customer and have since paid off the phone however the phone is till locked to freedom mobile after all these years. I have visited your service center and called tech support countless times.

  @FreedomMobile Mind you, my phone bill is paid. Everything’s paid. So humour me on why I haven’t had any service since yesterday & it keeps saying no sim or invalid sim. Mind you I have a sim from yall & an e sim too. So kindly humour me on why my reception is on sos on day 2?
