    @rickk_james @freedomsupport Feeling the same way, being told tickets are resolved, when they're not, being told I might have to wait, meanwhile watching the phone sell out elsewhere. I was actually told my order was processed by an agent, only to find out it never was.

    @FreedomMobile Ha RIGHT mine was suspended in only 4 days of service..these people are in compedent...in more ways than ONE!!! Bad service😰😰😰

    @freedomsupport Called Freedom mobile when it happened, advised to go to kiosk to reactivate service. In kiosk payment can't be completed and I better of with postpaid plan. So basically needed to cancel phone number, and pay with SAME credit card for postpaid plan, which I also asked to prepay

    @FreedomMobile I upgraded my phone and my esim got deleted from my old phone. I have been trying to contact you constantly but didn’t get any help in particular. Can you please generate a new esim for me on my new phone asap! My work is stuck.

    @freedomsupport Can I permanently delete/get rid of voicmail? I never use it, all voicmail does is make me angry that a have to listen to voicmail to get rid of notification.

    @FreedomMobile was on prepaid plan, paid no problem monthly, same credit card use every day. You disconnected service for 4 days without warning. Pushed into postpaid plan & to change my number, billed 45$ activation fee and extra 50$ for postpaid plan that you pushed to prepay.
