The whole point of getting that data is for when I'm up in the mountains, so why is it being used in the city?

No agents available on WhatsApp either. I’m having issues with my home internet and need technical support.

(@RyanCanadian) reported@FreedomMobile Went to Fido they took the time to explain everything, found the right provider for me, out of 3 carriers & went with Rogers, didn't need auto pay, got 100gb of data, better service, & walked out the store with a brand new Pixel 10 with no cost up front. That's how you do it.
