I was actually told my order was processed by an agent, only to find out it never was.

The whole point of getting that data is for when I'm up in the mountains, so why is it being used in the city?

So basically loyalty with @FreedomMobile is rewarded with customers having to pay more. That’s one way to lose a customer 👋
