@FreedomMobile I’ve had a 5G capable iPhone for over a month now and still no idea of when Freedom will provide the service. Should I just go back to @Bell? Please don’t send me a link to an old page on your site that’s been promising 5G for years. Give your customers a date.

I'm going to say goodnight as I am still having internet connection issues @Freedmobile & don't send your bots from @freedomsupport as it never turns out well. I'm really disappointed 🤬😡😠😤 & I don't want to blow a gasket over this. Next year things will change ! Believe me !

Today's #rogersoutage is yet another reason the government needs to divest @FreedomMobile from any sale of @ShawInfo. While all @Rogers brands including #chatr #fido are down, freedom customers have service because it's a separate network still.

Worst decision ever made after moving to @FreedomMobile, these guys just cheat on you. Worst customer service and customer service executives. They quote something else when selling and say something else after its sold.
