    @vishmili @FreedomMobile Great idea by @FreedomMobile . Make sure you keep checking your bills. Freedom mobile overcharged me $500 and I have tried all their customer support channels and still can’t get my refunds in over 60 days! They sneakily charged my credit card so just check

    @hootchandcootch @FreedomMobile @FreedomMobile falsely charged me $500 on my credit card and account and suspended my line after I disputed with my credit card company. Then they said I have to pay an extra $125 to get my line opened even tho their credit card system not working

    @FreedomMobile I got an offer to upgrade to the SE but I have to go to a store to order it - during a pandemic!!!! Ridiculous 🤬 the only store near me shows that it is open but they aren’t picking up the phone. Your “offer” to upgrade expires on Friday - please help!!!

    Then @FreedomMobile DMed me. They offered an IPhone XR for zero down. $10 a month for 2 years for the phone and $55 a month for the Promo Freedom plan which is 6GB plus 4B at no additional charge. That promo is locked in for 2 years. They lose $550 on the phone.

    Wow! @FreedomMobile shipped my new device to the wrong address. While enduring 2 full days of support hell, they asked me to contact Canada Post, and the police to fix their mistake. Sorry Freedom, it's been a good 7+ years as a customer, moving on now!

    @freedomsupport Just switched to freedom mobile to get the S20FE...had to wait in store more than an hour to have everything setup and finally was told there were some system issues with setting up autopay on the account. Trying to call the 611 number but the IVR system just goes

    @FreedomMobile Your reps can’t seem to make up their mind when declining to give a long term loyal customer the $0/10GB Promotional add-on that has been offered to 1000s. They keep coming up with different reasons, each adding their own spice. 🙄

    @freedomsupport I've tried going through Twitter support to no avail, and calling. I keep getting told the exact same thing. That I have to pay the other half for full service, which I'm unable to do. I keep asking for 1 phone to at least be activated, since half the payment went through
