    @freedomsupport Anyone else still waiting for their Pre order for IPhone Pro Max 13? I am and I did my preorder on Sept 17 2021 and no one from Freedom knows anything. No one can help. So much for Freedom. Maybe it's a code for leaving your company

    Today's #rogersoutage is yet another reason the government needs to divest @FreedomMobile from any sale of @ShawInfo. While all @Rogers brands including #chatr #fido are down, freedom customers have service because it's a separate network still.

    Hey @freedomsupport @FreedomMobile My account +1 226 5078470 is billed Incorrectly. Payment deducted from my credit card automatically. While talking with Support They said Your refund is processed and you will get back within 5 working days. It's been 10 days but no resolution.

    @freedomsupport @FreedomMobile Now when I try to call customer Care, they keep disconnecting my call after sometime automatically. I visited the Freedom store Fairway Mall Kitchener , They said we cannot do anything , it's a billing issue only handled by customer care service.

    Went to the mall today the guy convinced me to to switch from @chatrmobile to @FreedomMobile I can only deal with bad service for so long like literally everything was bad and I mean everything
