@freedomsupport On the phone we install a device profile, it sends a text message to confirm we are with Freedom, then it logs in automatically for me. I have never had a user name/password for Shaw. I’ll give them a shout.

@FreedomMobile @freedomsupport I’m constantly stuck on 3G - it occasionally flickers back to LTE for a few seconds and then dies again. In the meantime the network is completely unusable! Is there some kind of outage on the network?

@freedomsupport I spent over 2 hours w/ your tech support before they told me it was defective & I'd have to get to a special store within 15 days of purchase-- even tho it's illegal to refuse to take back a defective product in Canada.. After my contract, you'll have lost a 8+ years customer.

@freedomsupport I just signed up $60 plan with friends and family which would give me $15 off per month. Just got the first bill and i dont see that promo applied. Called customer service, they said it will apply from second bill. Cant belive this..noone said anything like this when signed up.
