    @freedomsupport @306amazingalex Network is not good. Lots of dead zones in the city of Vancouver. I go to Chilliwack BC once a week. No service at all past Abbotsford for me. No cell service no data. Absolutely bs.

    @freedomsupport Your customer service is shockingly bad. First time my wife called to address a billing question and customer service didn’t listen and try to solve issue and was belligerent😤topped off by disconnecting. Sadly, Can’t recommend Freedom anymore.

    @FreedomMobile I'm standing here in a Canadian city of medium size and we are now going into day five of having limited to no service in the middle of the city. Standing outside of a building in an open grass field, Freedom is not able to deliver proper services over a week now

    @freedomsupport Yeah kinda figured there wouldn't be an awful lot you could do but thought I would make you aware of this as I can imagine quite a few customers are probably experiencing this. Me and my housemate used to get the same calls 15 minutes apart from each other before she left.

    @freedomsupport Hi Freedom, it has been very frustrating dealing with your network and system, we were given the run around with your online support, tech support and in-store clerk and after 2 months of trying to solve this and hours and hours of chatting, this is still not resolved!!!!!! 😡😡

Esp annoying that I got the holiday miracle plan which was supposed to be unlimited for life, but now after 5gb its slow as hell. And no, I don't want to pay more for what was promised when I joined practically on day 1.
