You said they RUN on the same network, not that their owned by those telcos. PC Mobile runs off Bell's network but is owned by Loaws. Petro Canada has service but its run off Rogers. Their own company tho.

You might imagine that negotiating your high fees to cancel their son's plan and return the phone is the last thing they need on top of their grief. "We'll take care of everything, the plan is canceled as of now, we'll send you a return package for the phone. Condolences."

So I first go to @FreedomMobile store & the rep there says I owe 21 dollars. I was like Wtf I just paid 40 for September. How do I owe a phone bill when i just switched friday

Ridiculous 🤬 the only store near me shows that it is open but they aren’t picking up the phone. Your “offer” to upgrade expires on Friday - please help!!!

I was there 2 weeks ago and all our Bell phones did the same thing. With Freedom I always found messaging from iPhone to be pretty responsive for support.
