    @FreedomMobile I got an offer to upgrade to the SE but I have to go to a store to order it - during a pandemic!!!! Ridiculous 🤬 the only store near me shows that it is open but they aren’t picking up the phone. Your “offer” to upgrade expires on Friday - please help!!!

    So @FreedomMobile really wants me to travel 1 and 30 mins to a different city just to return a phone when it’s not in the return policy...that’s some prime customer service right there

    Then @FreedomMobile DMed me. They offered an IPhone XR for zero down. $10 a month for 2 years for the phone and $55 a month for the Promo Freedom plan which is 6GB plus 4B at no additional charge. That promo is locked in for 2 years. They lose $550 on the phone.

    @FreedomMobile I have been a loyal customer ever since the company was Wind mobile and still trust and adore the company since it has the best rates out there... please rectify this problem by tomorrow at least!

    @bijuleni @zamlos I've had the low speed option for years now and haven't had any issues tbh. I first had it with @FreedomMobile and now with the @Rogers infinite family plan. I also jump on wifi when traveling and usually buy a local SIM if I'm somewhere for more than 10 days.

    @freedomsupport I had no Internet last night. Even after restarting my phone as your operator suggested as a fix. This morning it works. Without any change.

    It's curious: of all the carriers I spoke with, @FidoMobile was able to offer what I was getting with @FreedomMobile. Same cost, same data, same service, same basically everything. Best thing is: it's on postpaid, which will help me in the long run.

    @FreedomMobile , to think that the other network am coming from ported my line in minutes, and now I decided to return to my network after a day, it’s taking days to process a port request to my old number is really sad.

    @jacklynthinks @RogersHelps @FreedomMobile @Rogers Wrong, Skippy. You said they RUN on the same network, not that their owned by those telcos. PC Mobile runs off Bell's network but is owned by Loaws. Petro Canada has service but its run off Rogers. Their own company tho.

    @MichCWilliamson @FreedomMobile I’m staying with @Bell myself for now. I’m still using my trusty iPhone 7 so my data plan is fine and the cell service is more developed.

    @freedomsupport I also don't think I've ever experienced rude customer service agents from @freedomsupport like I have experienced tonight. Customers can't complain or question services or ask for help I guess.

    @nathanyyc @freedomsupport Are you using the app? I have had issues with it in the past. I can logon via web browser firefox. Try mobile view first, but if you still have issue try "desktop" view, sometimes the multi factor authentication pop ups don't display correctly.

    @freedomsupport If there's something practicable to be done on that, telling you the phone should at least be enough for you to know if you can in fact help with it. I'm not going to waste even more time on DM's to resolve this. Why offer this to your customers when it's basically a farce?

    @FreedomMobile spoke with multiple different people at cust service about a rep that failed to cancel a phone plan, continued to charge me without any notice. Anyone care about this?
