@rickk_james @freedomsupport Feeling the same way, being told tickets are resolved, when they're not, being told I might have to wait, meanwhile watching the phone sell out elsewhere. I was actually told my order was processed by an agent, only to find out it never was.

@freedomsupport I requested for a change in plan a day earlier to my cycle bill, I wanted a bigger data plan which they did. I was not informed there will be cost implications for changing plan before the old plan ends and your customer service insisted I have to bear that cost myself.

@FreedomMobile gave me a horrible experience. Spent 10 hours on my phone with 5 different agents just to port out my number. In the end they couldn't do it for the most ridiculous reason I every heard. I am beyond dissapointed. No freedom here. #badservice

@freedomsupport Hi there! I’ve got an issue and I’m unsure how to solve this. I receive around 10-30 phone calls from scammers a day. I’ve silenced unknown contacts but they will leave a voicemail with me with no one speaking then I also get a text on top of that. Plz help me

Hey, @FreedomMobile @freedomsupport why is it so difficult to change a billing address; why do you guys even have an address that’s saved and verified, that’s an address I haven’t lived at since 2014, and would have never given that address out to you, but yet it’s verified? 🤔
