I keep getting messages about my nationwide data pass being drawn down, so I check to see what's up and I'm still on @FreedomMobile network. The whole point of getting that data is for when I'm up in the mountains, so why is it being used in the city?

@rickk_james @freedomsupport Feeling the same way, being told tickets are resolved, when they're not, being told I might have to wait, meanwhile watching the phone sell out elsewhere. I was actually told my order was processed by an agent, only to find out it never was.

@freedomsupport I have not had difficulty. Your company decides to make little rules so I cannot. Even though I get sent offers right to me by mail and email. You send me offers on products you know I just bought, then deny me the offer. Really rude. I pay $200/mnth to you guys and get nothing

So figured it out myself by a simple Google search while the @FreedomMobile customer service agent basically told me she doesn’t know how to switch to a new SIM card and asked me to hold to transfer me to level two technical help. Then hung up 👎🏾#badcustomerservice #fixitjesus
