I keep getting messages about my nationwide data pass being drawn down, so I check to see what's up and I'm still on @FreedomMobile network. The whole point of getting that data is for when I'm up in the mountains, so why is it being used in the city?

@rickk_james @freedomsupport Feeling the same way, being told tickets are resolved, when they're not, being told I might have to wait, meanwhile watching the phone sell out elsewhere. I was actually told my order was processed by an agent, only to find out it never was.

After 12+ hours with @FreedomMobile trying to rectify issues with the same 5 troubleshooting techs and over 15 reps I asked them to simply refund me this months payment and I will go to THEIR OWN store and buy another sim. I even went further and said just give me a new 1. #nope

@freedomsupport day 2 of "server errors" when trying to make a phone call. Any incoming grts met with a busy tone (I am not on the phone at any point during this). Little hard to get things done when you cant contact anyone and they cant contact you.

@FreedomMobile You need to get better service before you can be trying out terrible health advice like this. Can’t even get service on Seymour Mountain or in parts of West Van. It’s disgraceful.
