@chopstix21 @mitch909 @Rogers @FreedomMobile NOTL is one of the worst areas for any service coverage I work in that area a lot. And it’s terrible

  • carpenter_maas Jorg Maas (@carpenter_maas) reported from Hamilton, Ontario

@freedomsupport @lade_mark You guys can’t even manage to broadcast a decent signal in the Hamilton area! I’m in my own house and can’t make a phone call!!!! Two bars!🤬🤯

  • TheRealMrMic Mr. Mic (@TheRealMrMic) reported from Hamilton, Ontario

@freedomsupport I've already explained in my previous tweet what the problem is

  • bhtoys Bounty Hunter Toys (@bhtoys) reported from Hamilton, Ontario

@Pedroramosr91 @FreedomMobile Bell was down for 6 hours once, Rogers was down for 8. Suck it up buttercup. Things happen.

  • abeventures Abe C (@abeventures) reported from Burlington, Ontario

Dear @FreedomMobile thanks for a decent 8 months! I tried sticking it out and your customer service was awesome (both online and on the phone) but right now, your coverage in Burlington is still a bit spotty and I've missed a few too many calls... #freedommobile #ontario #telecom

  • ktalbot70 Kim Talbot (@ktalbot70) reported from Hamilton, Ontario

@freedomsupport I'm a customer in Ontario, just an FYI, there's a scam text message out there claiming to be from you saying there's an overpayment on customer's account. It asks you to text them back probably to send you to scam website.

  • KevyBhoy79 Kevin Rea (@KevyBhoy79) reported from Burlington, Ontario

@FreedomMobile u suck! Couldn't even use my phone in Burlington for about ummm 15 mins. No uber....missed train. U and your network blows arses.

  • carpenter_maas Jorg Maas (@carpenter_maas) reported from Hamilton, Ontario

@tshirtbae93 @mitch909 @chopstix21 @Rogers @FreedomMobile Difference for me wasn’t the price. But more Gigs. But I regret switching because of lack of signal just about anywhere I go. Specially once I leave the so called home network. No service outside of home network. Even though they said it would be covered by their partner networks

  • TheRealMrMic Mr. Mic (@TheRealMrMic) reported from Hamilton, Ontario

Hey @FreedomMobile I am standing in a parking lot and I can't even connect to LTE to call a ride to let them know that I need to be picked up.... Your cell phone service sucks.... I think it's time to invest in better reception I wouldn't have came back if I had a choice

  • colinscameron Colin Cameron ⚽️ 🔴 ⚪ 🇨🇦 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 (@colinscameron) reported from Burlington, Ontario

@freedomsupport Thanks for the offer. There's nothing you can do. I used to overlook the spotty service area because the price was low. Now your plans aren't significantly different from other carriers, but your coverage area is. Solving that issue isn't in your job description.

  • cbrucemiller Bruce Miller (@cbrucemiller) reported from Hamilton, Ontario

@freedomsupport Hi, is there an issue with incoming SMS texts in the Hamilton area?

  • cbrucemiller Bruce Miller (@cbrucemiller) reported from Hamilton, Ontario

@freedomsupport SMS Text service down? I haven't been able to send or receive for the last 15 minutes...

  • hazardplay Ron Harwood (@hazardplay) reported from Hamilton, Ontario

@freedomsupport You should talk to your IT people... I’m sorry but I don’t have time to explain the problem further.

Freedom Mobile Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • baseball_layne Layne Douglas (@baseball_layne) reported

Hey @freedomsupport last few weeks its been very hard to get pictures sent to me via text messages; didn't have any problems before that. They often take forever to download/multiple tries, or don't download at all. Any ideas?

  • Jas30317962 Jas (@Jas30317962) reported

Changed the new sim to Freedom, and no issue was resolved, so I changed my network to Koodo for reliability. Does @FreedomMobile have little shame in at least refunding my money?

  • Art3mis3 Keith Sutherland (@Art3mis3) reported

@freedomsupport Looks like we're going on to day 4 then of not being able to login/process payments/ have service? Awesome. You think you'd just activate service for people who's payments happened to fall during your outage until it's fixed so we can do our jobs & live our lives

  • SethPSM Seth (@SethPSM) reported

@TrifGaming @FreedomMobile Cause youre a ******* idiot. Their support on chat is nearly instant. Buy a compatible phone for their network before exposing yourself as a little *****!

  • pseudandry12 Pseudandry 🐀 (@pseudandry12) reported

God damn it, @FreedomMobile added a 45 DOLLAR FEE for getting a new phone with a more current plan, very scummy to find this out with my new $$$ bill. If I wanted a 95$ phone bill I'd have used a different carrier

  • Bringthenoise19 яυℓє σƒ 9 (@Bringthenoise19) reported

I wonder if I cancel my phone if @FreedomMobile will give me better customer service? Like Rogers did when I left! Apparently the loyal customer means nothing to Corporations anymore!

  • advicepyro Denis Wong (@advicepyro) reported

@freedomsupport (last bit should read: “doesn’t mention outgoing global texts while on the Freedom network”)

  • PTammydactyl Tammy J (@PTammydactyl) reported

@freedomsupport Beginning of December was quoted a phone, was sent the wrong phone, with the wrong provider, sent phone back, still have not received the right phone or any information on the matter. Called back, no follow up, messaged customer support through app, no response. Very displeased

  • inquiringminds9 inquiringminds (@inquiringminds9) reported

@freedomsupport is My Account down? Have not been able login all morning

  • advicepyro Denis Wong (@advicepyro) reported

@freedomsupport recently signed up a phone for the yearly 50 GB plan. Question about texts: within Freedom’s network, can we text any number globally, including Canada? And on partner networks, it’s always 5 cents a message to text anyone globally and in Canada?
