Specially once I leave the so called home network. No service outside of home network. Even though they said it would be covered by their partner networks

@freedomsupport I am just wondering why I can't respond in a group chat with Google messages? It's a chat with Android and IOS users, thus is SMS. I am not able send a reply, it's says "service not activated on network".

@FreedomMobile So new customers on black Friday can get 40GB data deal for $80 Canadian but me a customer for over 5 years can't get mine changed from 25Gb for $100 to anything close to the above offer. Please make this make sense. Gain new customers while losing loyal ones?
