Hey @ShawInfo and @Shawhelp, my internet has been down in #MedHat since 10 pm on Wednesday night. Luckily my phone is through @RogersHelps so I can still go online. Any idea what the problem is?

The issue still hasn’t been resolved and multiple of my neighbours have called with this same issue, it’s been escalated a few times and still nothing. @RogersBiz @rogerstv come and fix this issue and I expect credit for me using all my data. This is Getting ridiculous.

@RogerHelps @RogersHelps Thanks Todd. We finally got through to a very rude manager but he changed the plan to fix the technical error. Rogers need to educate staff:"Flex 5"=customers can pick 5 channels, not 4. It took over 2 hours; 1 hour was spent getting a manager to understand what a flex channel is

2 - @Rogers you still charge the same for Nextbox that are refurbished & break all the time. @Rogers you're aware the economy is bad on Canadians, you act like it's 4 years ago. How about Seniors discounts? New Nextbox for certain customers instead of Refurbs? Good idea huh?

@RogersHelps At this point the technical issues in my area will require a rogers technician to actually preform work and replace the shotty lines my neighbors and I are connected to. I was just making sure people knew the risks of using Rogers and working from home as Rogers will do nothing!
