Dinesh (@dineshkumarkg) reported@Rogers I have been trying to contact your customer support for almost half a day. But I am unable to contact via call or chat. This is irritating. Bell dint have good coverage but I was atleast able to reach their customer service.
-
Greg Rieben (@gregrieben) reported@RogersHelps yes I do. I'm still on hold. I set up a second mobile service on my account. I transferred the number to the new phone but the old provider (Fido - you/Rogers) does not have any confirmation that the number has been transferred to a new service provider.
-
yeah right (@maiti65) reported@RogersHelps you are cutting costs. How about clients leaving for poor service and going to bell because of your cutbacks. Losing more money for your poor service
-
Kanav Mehta (@KanavMehta7) reported@Rogers @RogersHelps You guys are Canada's biggest telecommunication scammers. A work from home employee should never get Rogers internet. Lesson learnt! Pathetic company
-
Marty Sullens (@Sumohax0r) reported@tobi @Rogers Had home internet issue yesterday, went to tether on AT&T on iOS 26.5 and it was stuck at 128kbps. AT&T customer service couldn't figure out reason why.
-
Mike Szeller (@mikeszeller) reported@MacDoug1 @Rogers Yup I get it. The idea would be to use Rogers for Internet and cancel your Bell Internet OR get Bell Fibe TV and cancel your Roger Ignite TV. You cannot mix and match. Both Bell and Rogers TV services require thier Internet service. Both essentially stream now, on their network.

DWhite. (@DWhiteBC) reported@RogersHelps @Rogers internet not working!!!!! What is on now?!?!
-
Bianca 🌻 (@SnoringMoose) reported@RogersHelps I said I need the new xfinity, as that was what i was told, not that I have to change all packages. Next round with customer care.
-
Your choice may not be mine & that's ok! 💙💚🌬 (@jmw52) reported@Rogers the downside of you now having the majority of broadband services to Canadians is that you have the shittiest customer service. Your agents might be okay but I'm sorry over an hour on hold to speak to an agent

BtheNorth (@BtheNorth) reported@tobi @Rogers This won’t be a problem anymore once we get those Starlink phones.
