Hey @ShawInfo and @Shawhelp, my internet has been down in #MedHat since 10 pm on Wednesday night. Luckily my phone is through @RogersHelps so I can still go online. Any idea what the problem is?

Follow up to problems with @RogersHelps it took all day for them to finally deal with the one issue & then they disappeared in the middle of communications while looking for promotion or compensation. Now new service person & no promo. #Unbelievable #leavingRogers #badservice

@Rogers I've tried to get your help with a phone and affordable plan but your plans are huge. Your corporate rates are another thing to discuss with your corporate office. You offer a disabled rate to disability people but you inflate the plans - you need a shake up.
