    @RogersHelps When my parents go to a retirement home soon my @rogers.com email address of 20+ years could be lost, because where I & my sister live, you don't have service. Is there a plan we can get to keep our emails? I thought there used to be years ago, can't find now. Thanks

    @RogersHelps outage again in Brampton. Every 4-5 days there is an outage - what is wrong with you Rogers? Dont tell me to DM, Ive already talk to an agent. Just tell me when the hell will the outage resolve??

    The @RogersHelps agent had me sign in and out on multiple devices, and eventually said that they could not confirm that I was billed. To be clear, by this point I had already received charges on my CC but no indicator how or for what I was being charged.

    @Rogers Nope. I’m already waiting on a call back from your resolutions team. I have the messages and none say it’s re occurring. And I’m filing the complaint with CRTC. Rogers is a greedy and untrustworthy company
