DARSHAN AILANI (@AilaniDarshan) reported@RogersHelps All of this has been done and I’m back in Canada now. I raised the issue with your customer service so that there is some co sideration for a huge bill thrown at me but no one seems to care about the poor network and still want to charge for all the services
-
Darryl Narain (@DarrylNarain) reportedBetween @TekSavvyCSR and @Rogers who do I blame for my internet being down for over a week now. They point the finger at each other while the paying customer suffers. Yet, if I turn off my CC so they can't take more money for said service, I'd be in the wrong.
-
Pea’s Pod🇨🇦🏴 (@peaspod23) reported@Rogers Customer service is ridiculous! I’ve been waiting for over 3 hours as we have had no service for 2 days now, yet your website states no outages! Yes bill is paid, whole building out and nothing is being done! Give me one reason why I should switch internet providers?
-
Revel Peters (@urbanlamb) reported@RogersHelps @KTheresa95 canned robot responses is not 'help'...
-
Craig Mask (@cjmask83) reported@allkindsXO @RogersHelps I’m having the same issue
-
Alper Dama (@alperdama) reported@RogersHelps @RogersHelps I sent you a detailed DM with my full account info, case numbers, and evidence. Your response? An AUTOMATED BOT directing me to the same broken chat that disconnected me 3 times. You asked me to DM to hide this from the public. You never intended to help. CCTS complaint filing. See you there.
-
Vinny J (@BanditVinny) reported@Canucks @Rogers The luck of this team is dog ****. Why do I even bother any more. We needed that number one.
-
Greg Weir (@CrescendoCove) reported@RogersHelps I've been through the ringer with the Credit Department, Customer Care, someone higher up in Customer Care. End result; I still have to pay, but I can launch a complaint against the first person I talked to--presumably to get her fired. She's the only one who was nice to me.
-
Bonnie Lee (@stitchlady) reported@RogersHelps I was told it was fixed. Unfortunately it is not fixed. And I will not waste an hour on hold to get through to technical support.

Michael Konikoff 🇮🇱🎗️🧡🧡🧡 (@loyaltybuff) reported@toddamus @Rogers @Bell I think the sad truth is that both do not deliver a level of service commensurate to the cost of their services. They defy loyalty logic and the knowledge that change doesn’t help is part of the catalyst IMHO!
