Imagine you are at the grocery store or the bank and the cashier line is an hour long. Are you going to come back to that store. Are you going to be angry when it’s your turn.

You dont offer remotes at your stores but must be sent to us BY MAIL. I was forced to withdraw cash from an in-store ATM due to a “digital payment not working” situation, and ended up being charged excessive and undisclosed fees. @Rogers
