And then I spent the next 2 hours trying to reset my phone and another 30 minutes with Apple support troubleshooting to no avail... until I checked the Rogers website on advice from the Apple specialist. Damn it, Rogers. Get your act together. @RogersHelps

Maybe, before dumping on Rogers, you should have waited to get the full picture. By the way, EVERYONE'S health is at risk right now, you whiner. Unacceptable. Do better.

Since @Rogers network was down nationwide yesterday, how are we supposed to shop with NO DATA SERVICE? Customer gave me 3 stars, complained and said I didnt follow instructions. Of course not! I can't call you. NO DATA SERVICE! Left the groceries in the lobby. It's not my fault!
