    not really happy with @Rogers for business. It has been over 3 weeks that i have been trying to get a new phone. now the 1 I was sent was broke. I need to get a new one & never used this one. Service & equipment suck.

    @RogersHelps on the line with Rogers for business trying to get a new phone. This has taken hrs. and a month. need to send the broken phone I got back. i am going forth and being on hold. not getting the right person. Third hold at present.

    Hi @RogersHelps, how many times do I have to call tech support to resolve my Internet flapping? Connection continues to degrade. Conference calls drop, video, streams buffer, mobile games lag! 3 technicians have not been able to resolve the issue. The 4th one is coming today..

    OF COURSE @RogersHelps internet is down, their website won’t let me log in and their app won’t load at all. This is a ******* joke for a service I pay $150 monthly for.
